We
wrote

previous
comment"for
wrong
branch
by
mistake
"
but
the
email
is
the
same
as
I
saw
in
the
comments
While
waiting
for
a
response
to
our
case.
We
contacted
customer
service
and
SIXT's
account
on
Instagram..
Unfortunately,
we
did
not
get
a
satisfactory
response.
We
were
answered
by
the
previous
branch
with
the
e-mail
"same
as
the
email
provided
in
the
comments
below
".
we
send
full
details
more
than
a
week
ago
and
we
did
not
receive
any
response..(I
have
screenshot)
Therefore,
I
will
write
our
full
experience.
....
We
have
a
reservation
through
the
RENTELCARS
website.
So
we
went
to
this
branch
to
receive
the
car
and
spoke
with
the
branch
manager
and
he
was
very
cooperative..
He
told
us
that
the
system
is
down
(please
go
back
to
the
store’s
cameras
on
April
30
and
check
what
I
mentioned
here)
and
in
order
not
to
delay
us,
he
will
need
to
make
a
new
reservation
with
a
new
amount,
and
he
promised
that
everything
will
be
returned!
We
asked
him
for
a
paper
to
prove
what
he
says,
and
he
replied,
The
system
is
completely
broken
and
he
cannot
print
any
paper,
and
there
is
no
need
to
worry.
We
can
enjoy
our
trip
and
trust
SIXT..
We
trusted
the
branch
as
we
are
dealing
with
a
INTERNATIONAL
company
with
a
GOOD
REPUTATION
...
until
the
unexpected
happened.

amount
they
promised
to
return
was
withdrawn!
Emails
series
began
by
the
end
of
May!
We
are
now
at
the
beginning
of
July..just
imagine
the
amount
of
time
wasted
in
these
correspondences!
We
sent
to
customer
service
all
the
documents
of
the
previous
reservation
from
Rental
cars
and
the
next
reservation
that
was
made
in
this
branch
at
the
end
of
May
for
inquiries
and
we
were
answered
6
days
ago
by
requesting
documents
that
are
basically
there!
We
were
answered
by
the
previous
branch
via
Google
Map
that
we
need
to
send
the
documents
to
the
email
that
we
were
provided
with...
We
sent
and
did
not
receive
a
response
from
them..
We
communicated
on
Instagram
and
were
requested
to
re-communicate
with
customer
service!
Bad
experience...
Two
amounts
were
taken
from
the
same
company
(the
last
amount
is
higher
than
the
first)
for
the
same
period
for
the
same
customer...
We
were
not
contacted
from
the
branch
as
they
mentioned
here.
Up
to

Aug
.
No
update
No
money
coming
back
.
Is
this
how
Sixt
deals
with
the
their
