I have been a guest in this hotel several times and so far it has mostly worked out, considering the price. Unfortunately, during my last visit at the beginning of February, the hotel debited my contribution twice and has not yet managed to charge me back. I tried several times to make amends, but in vain...

My wife and I booked two rooms one for ourselves and another for my friend who at the time had not yet arrived from traveling. We all later came back to the hotel to find that my friend had booked another room online so all together we had 3 rooms. Obviously we were not using one and was aware that we would not get refunded. My friend who booked the third room online had booked to stay two nights so my wife and I wanted to make arrangements to add one more night to our room. They refused which we faithfully agreed however, there was an EVILISH DEVILISH TURKISH front desk agents ( an older looking young man and a middle age looking lady) who decided to call the police for what reason? Only God knows. They police came and we explained everything to them and asked what do we want to do, we told them we would like to leave the hotel and get our refund but they refused and still didn’t want us to stay for the day but instead wanted our friend to stay alone if he wants which we are not comfortable to that idea. Long story short, the front desk guys are RACIST for calling us black people SHUT UP. At this point the police have left and we didn’t want to engage them further. We recorded entire conversation without them knowing and when we decided to address the facts above, the front desk agent said she was just angry and the police confirmed it. This is really absurd and do hope no one really goes through this horrific ordeal. Basically this is a RACIST HOTEL and good people of the world should never support such an entity harboring hatred around when the world is going through turmoil. We were lucky to be comforted by the restaurant attendant down stairs and encourage us to call the police but it wasn’t warranted.

I wish I could rate this hotel with minus! I don’t think that I have stayed in worse hotel in my life. You enter the building and you cross by cigarettes and garbage. The receptionist is very rude and doesn’t speak, or doesn’t want to speak, English. She gave us the key and we went to our room only to face: a broken mirror, broken and filthy furniture, dirty floor, dirty walls, dirty toilet! The answer about these conditions was that they can’t watch the cleaning staff and changed our room because they don’t refund. The new room was in a little better condition but not clean enough again. The floor and the walls were dirty too and one of the blankets had woman’s hair on it. In our 4-day-stay, the cleaning staff every morning was shouting like crazy out of the rooms. They never cleaned the room, except of emptying the trash. Also, there was a lot of noise in general. You could hear the other rooms and at night you couldn’t sleep because of the junkies and the alcoholics downstairs. The TV never worked, there wasn’t a safe for our stuff and the room was smelling smoke, even though there were everywhere “announcements” (wrongly written in English but ok), forbidding smoking. I wouldn’t expect the best hotel with this price, but this was a nightmare! Think about it twice if you want to book a room there!

I sent this hotel a non-binding request for a 2-day overnight stay. Unfortunately, the "bad" system made it impossible to get an answer. An employee (who I had spoken to on the phone) told me in annoyance that my request had been missed. Really very unprofessional, and also extremely unfriendly! I don't even want to know what else is going on in this property!

Had a window facing the inner courtyard. I couldn't open the window. Didn't have air conditioning in the room. Only one ventilation slot that didn't work properly and one in the bathroom that was dusty and sticky. I always had the bathroom door open to get some air. The small table fan ran simultaneously to get air movement. Carpet dirty. Front of bed dirty and broken. Mattress ok. Overall, it seemed like it wasn't cleaned before check-in. Check-in was also possible after the normal time with a pink box on the first floor. Hot water in the shower didn't work properly. Price performance is not right anywhere here. The only good thing was the location.

You will be warmly welcomed by other guests with the words “have fun” and a nice laugh 🤣. The room has a few stains and the TV is, let's put it that way, not public law anymore and that's with luck. We stopped eating breakfast when we saw the rooms responsible for it. The furniture can possibly accommodate 3 guests and you shouldn't leave food in the fridge if you don't want it to live. I can recommend it if you don't particularly like someone and want to punish them.

They are really disrespectful people. I am engaged. But when I arrived he said I wasn't taking bookings and you had to pay cash. and an additional €65 is added. When I refused, he treated us very disrespectfully. In one instance he said, “I have no room. You have to wait until ten in the morning.” But I told him I would be there at 4 in the morning. But he refused to let me in without paying extra

Please keep your hands away!! I booked a room for a week and it was disastrous! The bed was already dirty, but I only noticed it after I saw a stain on the edge of the bed. I then took these photos Furthermore, the room wasn't cleaned once in four days, even though I reported this several times. I then had to buy bags and take out the trash myself! When I complained and requested a part of the amount as a refund, I was treated very rudely and even racistly, so much so that I had to call the police and cancel my stay three days beforehand. I was promised that the money from the last three days that were not used would be transferred back to my account and now more than a month has passed and I still have not received any money. Lying fits exactly into this strange combination alongside dirt and racism!

This place is a complete disgrace. It doesn't have much to do with a hotel. The toilet is just disgusting. Lighting partially defective.Heating? Just cold. Tables and TV cabinet disgusting. Breakfast cannot be booked at the hotel. You will be referred to a local bakery All in all, the worst room I've ever had to pay for.

0 stars, The hut is as bad as staying in Leipzig Eisenbahnstrasse. Tv doesn't work in the entire hut, windows can't be closed because there's no handle on them anymore. Extractor hood shower totally dirty like the toilet. Room not vacuumed. Almost no free parking possible. Minibar no drinks but mold. Beds broken. Never again !!!

It was similar to my last accommodation in Hoppegarten at the S-Bahn station, only not quite as close to the subway but in a shopping center consisting of several buildings. Very flexible in terms of time too! What still makes me sick to my stomach is the thought that they took a photo of my ID card. I hope this doesn't cause any mischief. That won't happen to me again! Especially since I was traveling alone. I would have preferred to sleep on the bench if I had known that beforehand? I will definitely never go here again!!!

Maybe we should have read other guests' reviews beforehand. So we had to say to ourselves, it was only two nights and we had to quickly find something nearby for a party. In the 90s I lived better as an assembly worker in the old federal states.

Worst hotel I've been in. There were no light bulbs in the room The TV didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. The refrigerator was still full of leftover food

The appearance is already pretty run down. The bathroom ventilation in the room ran the whole time even though the light was turned off. In the room itself, the bedside table and the TV table were dirty, sticky and there were clear drinking glass rings. You couldn't open the windows either because it was just too loud outside. The breakfast we ordered simply wasn't available.

I would give zero star if I could, it is a tourist trap, overpriced for such a bad hotel, it is dirty and smelly and not friendly staff.

During the arrival our overnight stay was canceled by the hotel. It had been confirmed to us the day before. We were then offered a more expensive hotel in the center of Berlin. Luckily, Google also knows other hotels in Hellersdorf. I absolutely cannot recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. I would love to give 0 stars. Room was dirty. Some of the lamps didn't work. Stains on the walls. Very warm in the room. It didn't smell good in the room. Calling it a “hotel” is an impertinence.

Booking confirmed our first booking, we paid €351 per week for a room for 2 2. you will solve the problem every day on the spot 3 the service is reluctant and will try to throw you out at any cost or charge you extra fees 4. Every day we had a locked room and it was impossible to enter 5. If you don't pay for parking, you won't be allowed in the room but we paid 351€ and ať the reception he Told as we dont pay and he cannot give us our room 6. The TV is not working 7. The water does not flow 8. The electricity goes out 9. Breakfast and hotel service are not functional The worst hotel in the area, I definitely do not recommend even for 1 night, if you go elsewhere you will be satisfied, they just want to rob you here

One star is still too many. This is certainly the dirtiest and worst hotel in Berlin. The staff is unfriendly and extremely rude. I would not recommend this “hotel” to anyone. We left immediately. When we left we tried to force us to give a good rating. The money was not transferred back. This is a deliberate fraud on the part of the operator. I would advise everyone to have the rooms shown to them first.

Absolutely underground! Incompetent staff, furnishings broken and dirty, TV not available at all. In my opinion, the authorities should take a closer look at a pure money laundering hotel. It's a shame to even offer something like that as a hotel!
