Not a good place. The entrance is too hard to find, the room was ok, the shared bathroom was ok, the shared kitchen was completely disgusting and dirty and the service was THE WORST, they're so gros and disrespectful.

Rooms are awesome with clean washrooms. However, it was difficult for me to find the location of this hotel (apartment actually). And the surroundings are not that great. I would not recommend for a family to stay at this place unless they are really budget constraint. Host was ok but not great. If you are just looking for good rooms without any consideration go for this.

I have to admit, when I saw the building from the outside I was pretty disappointed and worried. It looks old, beaten up and run down. Seeing rooms from the inside was a very pleasant surprise though, as my room was very clean and huge! The owner was pretty nice and the place had a pretty chill vibe to it. A few remarks: - The kitchen is missing quite a bit of equipment. There is only one big pot, no pan, as well as a microwave. Quite limiting, but oh well. - The doors need some greasing for sure. Put some WD-40 in the joints, they desperately need it. Overall, this place gets the job done. The location is good, one of the main streets of Berlin, close to public transport and a few attractions. Would recommend.

The owner is highly racist. He made me cancel my reservation and kept trying to charge the room on my card.

Alles, es ist sehr dreckig, das Gebäude wirkt als würde es auseinander fallen und ist generell sehr dreckig und sehr unordentlich. Das eigene Zimmer besitzt keine Teller oder Gläser, sowie <ein besteck. Das Licht ist grade so nutzbar unc die Wände sind dreckig. Die Nacht im Zimmer ist sehr laut und es existiert keine Isolierung, mar hört alles. Die Fenster lassen sich nur schwer schließen. Die Dusche ist improvisiert und die Duschtür fällt von selber auf. Von außen ist das Gebäude beschädigt und sichtbar ein Altbau. Die 'Rezeption" bestehend aus einen Schreibtisch der komplett voll ist in einen komplett vollen und kaputten Raum, ist wohl spätestens der erste Hinweis das man auf das Marketing reingefallen ist. Parkplatz ist unebenen und muss bei einen separaten Hotel gebucht werden. 10€ pro Nacht fürs Parken Tipp für andere, lieber mehr Geld ausgeben, es ist es wert. 0/10

Wer gerne Abfalltonnen direkt vor seinem Fenster hat und dabei hunderten Ratten bei quietschen und Essen zuhören möchte, kann da gerne übernachten. HORROR! Einmal und nie wieder!

Nie mehr wieder. Nächstes Mal gebe ich lieber 200-300€ mehr aus. Die Fenster in unserem Zimmer ließen sich nicht schließen. Die Rezeption war sehr unordentlich und unseriös. Dazu war das Bad ein Desaster und mit sehr viel Kreativität noch am "funktionieren" . Die Küche war schmutzig. Die Türen Die klemmen also ist es auch etwas gut Glück ob man rein oder raus kommt. Also statt littleFriedrichRooms wohl eher littleNightmareRooms

Reception open time is a little short, but if there's any problem they are available on the phone. The bed and room are big, share kitchen and bathroom are clean.

Clean, kinda noisy but oh well. The owner is nice but hard to contact. Otherwise than that the hotel is good for it's price, would come back again :^)
