The young female doctors were lovely. Nonetheless the absolute lack of empathy, competence and actually sheer rudeness of lab and reception staff, in addition to waiting time exceeding an hour on many occasions in the period of 4 months, was just beyond my tolerance. As a result I have invested the effort and personal time to get a new treatment plan from insurance company and move to another clinic. I was also charged for a test that was never conducted which I called out two months later and got refunded retrospectively. Some of the staff don’t wear the mask properly (covering nose). At my new clinic, I am subject to far less blood tests, much more professional, efficient and attentive service. It just works and people know what they’re doing. It’s a shame regarding the great doctors at Kinderwunsch but the patients actually have more touchpoints with the staff - a point to consider. Kinderwunsch clinic particularly (compared to my current clinic) takes blood every single visit (about 3 times per monthly menstruation cycle) which involves waiting times exceeding frequently 30 mins or at times 1 hour, in addition to the wait for consultation with Doctor. Once I had told the pathology staff that I waited over an hour, to which she replied Well, every patient needed blood test, so what? (it was a woman with dark, long, curly hair). Do you find this amenable for patients that are waiting for over an hour just to provide a syringe of blood, shifting around her work meetings in anxiety, not knowing when she can finally go home? I should have records in Uber which will indicate how much time I had spent each time at clinic (between the two trips from and to) but I really don't have time and energy to dig those out to prove the genuine nature of my review, and I should not have to - Google after all is missioned to democratize information and this doesn't feel right. I was clearly a patient at this clinic for months, followed by yet another significant effort to move to another clinic, because it was that bad at Kinderwunsch team. My current clinic is not perfect, nowhere/nobody is, but the wait rarely exceeds 15 mins and I am not handing out blood every consultation which reduces the tension, invasiveness and waiting time, the staff is much much more competent, empathetic and friendly. Wir hätten gerne ein Vertrauensverhältnis zu einer Ärztin aufgebaut, evtl. nochmal eine 2. für Ultraschalluntersuchungen, aber das was wir erlebt haben war für uns oft unangenehm. I honestly thought I was only getting an HIV and iron test, and may not have agreed to so many additional tests if I had been told what they would be, as they seem to me like a source of unnecessary and potentially harmful extra stress, given that we are still right at the start of our fertility journey. I have been a patient at this clinic for a few months now and today I just wanted to write about my experience getting my tubes checked. I had read up a lot about the test and heard horror stories about how incredibly painful it can be so of course I went in with my nerves through the roof. To make matters worse my regular doctor is on maternity leave and my new doctor was off sick so I was not sure what to expect. Needless to say I just worried myself sick for nothing. Dr Halis herself took over my appointment today and she and the nurse were just amazing!!! She performed the test as gentle as possible and talked me through every step. They both did their very best to lighten the mood and make me feel comfortable which I really appreciated. I did not have any pain at all only a bit of discomfort. All in all, it was a very good consultation. I hope i never have to do it again but if need be, I know I am in good hands with them 🌻

The buses who takes blood test are the worst nurses I have in my life seen, have no ethics , can’t deal with humans , must have some respect to human. I am giving 1 star to the receptionists and nurses that were always very nice and friendly. I was followed in this clinic for almost a year and I 95% of my appointments were delayed by at least 45 mins and max to 2.5 hours. There is no respect for other people's life, job or time. I have complained several times and Dr.Halis would get quite irritated which I find very unprofessional. We made 3 AI and all of them were unsuccessful which can of course happen. I was shocked that the Dr starts talking about IVFs after the third attempt when both my husband and I are quite a young couple. I was extremely disappointed. Maybe the chances do not go above 40% but every new attempt, is a new chance. It is very difficult to go back home and be positive when your doctor is not encouraging you or supporting you in your choices. We decided to pursue with the 4th attempt but the more I thought about it, the less I wanted to go back to this clinic. We found a new friendly clinic in between but we never managed to try it as I remained spontaneously pregnant 2 days after cancelling my appointments at Dr.Halis. All similar clinics are money-machines but here I found no comprehension, no empathy and no respect. Chose wisely.

We can't understand all the negative reviews. Anyone who complains about waiting times should work on themselves. People can't do magic! The team takes time for the patients and you cannot plan a general time for an appointment, as you cannot know in advance what questions will arise and how extensive the conversation will be on the quite complex topic. I can only report: We had various appointments, ICSI and also cryo transfers. We always felt we were treated well, of course there were waiting times but in general these were still within reason. After all, you shouldn't stress about this topic and approach everything calmly! We now have 4 wonderful children who would probably never be in the world without the help of this wonderful team! Our desire for natural fertilization didn't play a role but we quickly noticed that she was focusing on in vitro fertilization. Numerous blood tests were then carried out. I lost track of what we had to pay for and what we didn't have to pay for, but €900 for laboratory tests is far too much. Even two years later, they charge €25 for a copy of our practice documents. I understand the positive reviews because when the wish is fulfilled the euphoria is huge and everyone is grateful. But if you have doubts or are concerned about money, perhaps look for another practice. But this is just our opinion and experience…
