HORRIBLE experience. If you are a foreigner who doesn’t speak German, forget getting any customer service at Bauhaus Wedding. The first sales assistant who was at Information desk just replied with “In German please” and thanks God another client could help translate. The second sales assistant at the Info desk in the Plants section was extremely rude. I asked if he spoke English and he just answered “No” and kept looking at his computer. I thought I didn’t hear so I asked again and he replied “No” again, with very annoyed intonation. Nothing else, no effort to help or find another colleague who can help or at least try to solve it in German. Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. I won’t be back and I want everyone to know they should avoid this place, especially if they don’t speak German.

Complete building interior materials are available. Garden machines, all types of seeds and saplings are available for sale.

Bauhaus offer variety of things from small screws to big drill machines, flooring lamination, home improvements, decor and especially gardening material from soil to full fledged plants. I really appreciated their service at the store as the staff was very friendly and they speak English too.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. Always good to get a bit of advice before starting a DIY project. There is plenty of free parking and also there is a small café at the entrance which is very popular. The store is on two floors.

It's very big, and it has everything you need to build a house.

a wide range of materials and tools with fair price. would be better to have a floor plan/map at the entrances. took me a while to find the stuffs I want. A pre-search on their website is recommended!

You can find most materials for home improvement here. Had very bad luck with buying shower hoses, already on my fourth one this year - though I've never had an issue with replacements/returns.. so I guess it's ok

Excellent service at the wood cutting station. We came to buy a wooden countertop. Stefan from the wood cutting station helped us to select a wood piece that is appropriate for our diy kitchen project and gave us some valuable tips on how to proceed on our project to achieve the targeted results. He and his college worked together to provide quick and high quality service, cutting the wood into the sizes we needed. We are looking forward to our next visit for upcoming diy projects :)

Very well maintained and organized place. Staffs are very helpful. Even though I don't speak German very well, they were very kind and helpful. I just love the garden there 🥰 also I bought most of my indoor plants from bahaus itself. They are very good. All the products are at reasonable prices. Overall it is a great store.

I went to the store in August to ask for a proposal budget to substitute/repair the windows in my flat. The staff in store was kind and helpful, even with the language barrier which was really appreciated. But waiting four months to have the final proposal to go on with the job is just beyond my understanding. When contacted two months ago about what was happening I just had a very vague answer and now I don't even have answers anymore. Super frustrating service.

Waiting for over 30‘ to find an employee who can help with Colors. Every employee we met said they are not responsible or don’t work there - extremely frustrating. Never spend your money with Bauhauses!

Reservation system doesn’t work. I reserved something online and it said I will be able to pick it up at 4pm. Unfortunately I never got an email that the item was ready for pick up. The next day I got a click & meet to see whether I can just get it regardless of the reservation. On the information desk they told me that they didn’t prepare the item of my previous reservation but that someone will get it for me. After I purchased it I got an email that it is ready to be picked up but I would have to call a number beforehand. Utter incompetence of Bauhaus. It also said online that certain vinyl is in stock, however, it wasn’t. The lady told that the systems are not kept up to date.

Like that Bauhaus. Enough parking very helpful.
