We purchased a kitchen at Obi, we had Mr Proetel to design, plan and schedule the whole kitchen project. He certainly have is great advice and gave us a good price. We received the kitchen and it got installed by their workers, it's really faultless! And I'm taking about a kitchen nearly less than 5k. Thank you, this was a great accomplishment.

They have everything you need, I usually just go straight to the plant section though. I love their selection of plants, overall everything is easy to find and at decent prices. Anytime I have any specific questions I always get detailed and helpful advice. Great place.

OK place to shop as long as you never have a question for their staff. Germans aren't known for customer service but the crew - nearly everyone I've ever interacted with - at Obi-Steglitz wins the medal for rudeness. I have asked technical questions through their app, and the responses have been kind and helpful. Maybe human to human interactions aren't their thing.

Had a good time here as usual. Solid product selection, very decent service and polite staff. Found all the wood I need to here. Very good quality wood usually. Highly recommend this OBI for any DIY needs, or home finishing touches! Can always rely on this OBI to stock most items found on their website as well which is a great plus point!

One of the most diverse OBI in Berlin, with quite a large number of products for each section. I've been renovating my apartment, so I've bought from them tons of articles for a few thousands of euros, never had a problem regarding quality, purchasing was always simple and returns likewise. Employees are also very helpful, they even helped my father in English, although they weren't fluent speakers.

This place is so weird. It’s a serviceable Obi, with most things in place, though some shelves are occasionally out of order. But jeez are the people here in a bad mood! Maybe it’s the whole pandemic thing. Hmm.

Good hardware store. They also have plants and aquariums. It can be hard to find what you're looking for. It seems like there must be a way to get a better overview. Maybe customer computers could be used to help find out whether a specific product is available and if so where exactly to find it.
