Dann wurde von einem Dr. mit spanischem Namen, der zwar in Eile, aber durchaus freundlich war, versucht, der restliche Zahn zu entfernen...nach ca. 45 Minuten mit starken Schmerzen musste ich abbrechen, da ich das Gefühl hatte, mir bricht gleich der Kiefer und mein Mundwinkel so aufgerissen war, dass ich es nicht mehr aushalten konnte. Der Arzt sagte, der Zahn ginge schwer raus, weil meine Kiefermuskeln zu verkrampft seien. Auf meine Frage, ob es nicht in Vollnarkose gemacht werden könne, wurde mir gesagt, dass das 300€ in bar koste, die ich vorher zahlen müsse, da sie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hätten. Der Arzt hätte allerdings auch einfach sagen können, dass die Narkose notwendig ist, dann hätte die Kasse es übernehmen müssen. Die Schwester fragte mich, ob ich damit einverstanden bin, dass auch noch andere Zähne behandelt werden, während ich in Narkose bin. Als ich ihr sagte, dass ich aber gerne wüsste, was genau denn dann noch gemacht werden solle, wurde sie komisch und sagte sowas wie "ja dann muss ihnen der Arzt das halt vorher noch sagen". Zwei Tage später sagte mir der Arzt dann, was noch gemacht werden solle, was auch angebracht schien und ließ mich mit der Schwester zwecks Termin zurück. Für die "stationäre Aufnahme", sprich das Aufwachen im Aufwachraum sollten dann zusätzlich nochmal 100€ eine Woche vor der OP bezahlt werden. Daraufhin habe ich den Termin gleich wieder abgesagt und habe mir von meinem Zahnarzt eine Praxis in der Karl-Marx-Straße 188 empfehlen lassen. Dort kam ich nach 20 Minuten dran, der Zahn wurde unter örtlicher Betäubung(mit Nachspritzen bei Schmerzen) von einem sehr freundlichen Doktor in ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, lieber dorthin zu gehen, wenn er von Ärzten und Personal freundlich, einfühlsam und kompetent behandelt werden möchte.

Meine mich behandelnde Zahnärztin war leider im Urlaub und daher war ich auf diese Notversorgung angewiesen. Der mich heute behandelnde Arzt, auf dem Terminschein als Oberarzt ausgewiesen, nahm mir den am Vortag eingelegten Desinfektionsstreifen heraus und meinte, er könne mir auch schon die Fäden ziehen. Daraufhin hatte ich ihn gebeten, ob er mir einen Arztbrief ausstellen könne, in dem er mir bescheinigte, dass nach seiner Begutachtung bereits ein Ziehen der Fäden gerechtfertigt sei, da meine Ärztin erst am Montag in einer Woche die Fäden ziehen wollte. Als Antwort meinte er, wenn ich das nicht wolle, könne er das auch lassen, drehte sich herum und ging hinaus. Ich finde die Bitte um einen Arztbrief in diesem Fall gerechtfertigt und verstehe nicht, warum ein Arzt nicht zu seiner Behandlungsalternative stehen kann, wenn er sie für gerechtfertigt hält. (ich war als akuter Schmerzpatient dort !) Als nächstes wollte sie ohne Betäubung oder überhaupt eine Vorwarnung bohren !!!! Sie hat den Zahn offen gelassen !!! Der Folgearzt hat sich den Namen notiert und meinte er würde sie definitiv melden.

Und wat aber vorher 2 mal zur Untersuchung wegen den langanhaltenden Schmerzen und der Herr hat nichts gefunden. Es sind mehrere zahnsplitter noch raus gekommen und wie geschrieben ein riesiges Stück meines Unterkiefer. Mein neuer Arzt empfiehlt eine Anzeige wegen den andauernden Schmerzen und der nicht erfolgten Kontrolle (die 2 mal dort hätten die es sehen müssen)

Mir wurde währenddessen nur gesagt das wir schon längst fertig wären wenn ich mich nicht so anstellen würde. Beim zunähen wurde zur Arzthelferin (sie war hingegen sehr nett) gesagt das es (seine Arbeit) problematisch aus sieht und wurde dann mit verschiedenen Antibiotika zugepumpt.

Mit akuten Zahnschmerzen inkl. Kopfschmerzen wurde ich abgewiesen mit der Begründung es wäre schon zu spät obwohl noch eine Stunde geöffnet. Eigentlich macht man einen Termin bla bla. Als hätte ich es mir ausgesucht die Schmerzen erst so spät zu bekommen. Was sind das für Zahnärzte. Nie wieder…
