😐 Great workouts. Shame the gloves really stink and the heartbeat belts are still wet from the previous person's sweat. Great workouts. Shame the gloves really stink and the heartbeat belts are still wet from the previous person's sweat. They should have way more gear to allow sweat to dry and have it fresh for the next group. It's super non-hygenic. At times, music is way to loud (and I like it loud, which means, if it's too loud for me, then it's illegally loud and can harm one's ears. Had to block my ears a few times. I do like the workouts though, so I hope the above could be improved somehow. Sell the gloves? Sell the heart rate thing belts? Cheers.

I travelled to Berlin for work early in October 2020 and thought I would check out STORM. I loved it. Fantastic experience, its on another level. So professional and clearly dedicated to providing that something β€˜extra’. I love the concept. It felt unique, modern, forward thinking. The workout was intense and the lighting was amazing. I really liked the change to red lights when you were in the working zones. Lina the coach was superb. I felt incredibly motivated and left knowing I’d had a brilliant all over body workout and I cannot wait to go back next time I am in Berlin

Super good work out, lot's of fun, the boxing part is great! Love the concept and good trainers. 2 stars off because the work outs always start way to late (10 to 15 min). If you want people to come 20min early (as requested upon booking) but you always start late, some people will be waiting up to 35min before they can finally start working out. Since the new check in procedure, the work outs are starting even later.

I've really enjoyed my first few classes w/this studio! I've been to other bootcamp classes in Berlin but I find this one to be the most well-paced, thorough, and varied. I love that you get to transition to a boxing set, which feels rare at similar sessions. It's also nice to have longer breaks in between switching stations, because some of these HIIT-type classes rush you like crazy which can cause injuries/end up in less progress overall. Also, Lina (the trainer) is so sweet and welcoming!! I felt a lot less intimidated my first time there and she made me want to come back. It makes such a difference :)

Good workout with nice music and equipment. However, I didn’t like the fact that even if you are a beginner you have to run in the treadmill at a pace of 12 to 16 km/h. I find this a bit too much if you are not comfortable in the treadmill. the trainer should let you decide at what velocity you are comfortable with. Most probably this will cause an accident.

Fun atmosphere, nice variety of exercises. The 50 minute bootcamp is intense but always leaves me feeling good.

Nice and intense workout. Although they should improve in starting the class to the scheduled time. They always starting 10-15 mins later which is pretty annoying.

Great workout, super intensive and pushing to the limit. Lot of available classes in both studios. Trainers are amazing, especially love classes with Ammar and Lina

The storm is a nice work out but the gym is inside the Holmes places gym and just because we are not registered or using the Holmes places they employees are rude with us

Great boutique bootcamp fitness classes. 3 sections- tread, weights and boxing area. 50 or 35 min in short HIIT rounds, monitored by heart rate sensors. All paired with great trainers (especially LINA!!!) and good technology / sound. Leaving happy after every hour :) Its insight the Holmes Place Fitness studio but can be booked individually (keep an eye on their instagram promotions) or as part of Urban Sports Club.

If people ask me what I do for fun, I tell them that that I take part in a something that reminds me of a fun-fare for grownups. It’s called Storm HIIT Bootcamp. Storm is a magical 30 min or 50 min journey with amazing fitness results. It’s a must have in my life and perhaps in yours?

Whether you take an online class or come to train in person at the studio, you'll find yourself finishing the class with a big smile. Coaches are great and their energy is felt from the moment you walk-in or turn on the zoom video-call.

Really engaging class, and an Amazing experience if you are looking for an immersive workout. Especially the heart rate tracking makes it really fun and kept me on my toes. It is not an easy class, but thats not the point of High Intensity I guess :)

Nice atmosphere and great experience. Good facilities (shower and changing rooms), so handy if you want to go straight to work after.

They are lairs and con artists. They will tell you that they will give you some offers and they will try to charge you and ignore your emails and threaten you with a lawyer. I should have listened to the other bad reviews

Really nice Bootcamp that consists of a treadmill, floor/weights, and boxing section. But you only do each once don’t move back and forth like you do in most bootcamps that have a treadmill & floor part. The sections are challenging and trainers motivating so great 35 minutes workout

😠 I've been there for over 15 years, but at most times it's now so crowded that relaxing training is no longer possible. Many lockers don't work and when devices are broken they won't be repaired for ages. And that with overcrowding! Apart from that, the studio is also very dirty. And the staff is als...

😠 Definitely do not sign a contract or take a look at the studio first. Several devices have been broken for months and no one has thought about repairing them. 🫀 The good thing is the cheap price. The staff is nice but definitely not enough: everything is always a mess, you can never find a weight in the proper place and nobody is taking care of it.
