We came here for celebrating the lunar new year 🐯. The food has a good amount (way more than enough) and the price is very reasonable. We are 9 people in total and they gave us a spacious table that we can have enough space to enjoy. The service is also very friendly. The toilet is clean. The best hot pot I’ve ever tried in Berlin! Definitely recommend!!!!

Based on good reviews, I finally tried this place for a business lunch. Although my customer quite liked his duck dish, I really didn't like my fish dish. Ingredients are are Frozen fish balls and some convenient food that anyone can buy at Asian supermarkets. I couldn't understand what a waiter was saying at all. They were all in a hurry and didn't pay attention to details

It's a great place for Chinese food with a huge variety of options, generous portions, fair prices, and friendly service. I have tried the egg fried rice with chicken (C1). The chicken was really tender and it was more than enough to make me full.

Authentic Chinese food They specialized in spicy food. It tastes very good. The serving is very efficient and friendly. We like especially 毛血旺 and 干鍋肥腸. They are kids friendly offering kid chair and they prioritize kids food, serving really fast. However, it was a bit warm at where we sat so we were sweaty. It’s a pity that it’s quite loud there so quite different to chat. Otherwise, it’s a good restaurant with good food.

One of the restaurants I returned to several times for good chinese food where the portion sizes are perfect. Good atmosphere, staff is always in a rush but they speak good english and are happy to help. Highly recommend

We recently dined at a local spot that offered a distinctly Chinese ambiance, adding a pleasant and authentic touch to our experience. Our meal selections included M7 (crispy fried duck with sweet and sour sauce) and E1 (crispy fried duck with eight delicacies). Contrary to the waiter's suggestion that our choices might not be enough for two, we found the portions to be generous. M7, featuring an out-of-this-world sweet and sour sauce, was enough for one person, while E1 could have comfortably fed two or even three. The quality of the food was top-notch. The M7's duck was cooked to perfection, and the sweet and sour sauce was simply divine. The E1, meanwhile, impressed us with properly done shrimps and the intriguing flavors of the eight delicacies. A minor hiccup in the service was the provision of cutlery without being asked, while other guests were given chopsticks. Though not a complaint, a query about our preference would have been a nice touch. When we found ourselves unable to finish the ample servings, a different waiter graciously provided paper boxes for us to take the leftovers home, at no extra charge. All in all, the delightful and very Chinese-looking setting, the delicious food, and the mostly attentive service made for a memorable dining experience. Don't be swayed by the waiter's portion warnings; trust your instincts and your appetite, and you're likely to leave satisfied. We'll certainly be returning to explore more of this establishment's offerings.

Very good Atmosphere. The food was bad. The main waiter (woman in her 50s) was rude and did not greet us at all. The duck was tasty but everything else was hard to eat. We took the menu for 2 persons. I would not go there.

That was a surprising experience. We were a bit worried that it’d be a typical Chinese restaurant tailored towards Germans, but we were pleasantly surprised when we found chicken feet on the menu. So we had chicken feet, pigs ears, jiaozi and tian mian pork. All of it was delicious and really nicely prepared. Will be back for the hotpot, however, Jiaozi where prob the 2nd best I had in Berlin so far. One downside is that it’s in the mall and it’s extremely busy. Don’t mind busy restaurants, but there were constantly people waking around, McD employees passing etc. Other than that, great spot, great food and fair pricing.

Sehr gut besuchtes Restaurant zentral gelegen in Berlin.

To me Ming Dynastie has the best taste of Chinese food in Berlin. I visited both branches and all of the dishes we ordered taste exactly like authentic Chinese food. Basically it would be quite safe to order anything on the menu! The staff are very friendly as well but it would be best if you could make a reservation since it could be quite packed at dining time:)

The most authentic Sichuan Food I ever had in Germany. I’m saying it as someone who lived in Chengdu for over 4 years. And the service is absolutely great. I’d totally come back again.

One of the most authentic Chinese food you’ll find in Germany. We visit Berlin often and when we do, we always try to have a meal here especially the pickled cabbage fish (very good quality and super tasty) and the soup dumplings (a must). We also tried the roast duck today for the first time and it was juicy and very tender.

Absolut empfehlenswertes chinesisches Restaurant. Etwas unscheinbar und versteckt in einem Einkaufszentrum. Riesige Auswahl an chinesischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir hatten diverse Speisen ausprobiert. Alles war frisch und lecker. Gute Portionen.

I had an overall good dining experience at this Chinese restaurant. The crispy fried duck with sweet and sour sauce and crispy fried duck with eight delicacies were both flavorful and the portions were huge. At the start, the waiter warned me that crispy fried duck with sweet and sour sauce was a really small portion, but it was more than enough. One thing that bothered me a bit was when the waiter brought cutlery without inquiry, unlike chopsticks provided to other guests. While not a huge deal, asking about our preference would have been a thoughtful gesture. I should mention that the prices were a little high, but that is quite fine as we couldn't finish our meal from how large the portions are. A waiter offered paper boxes for us to take the leftovers home, at no additional cost, so that was really kind of them. Don't let the waiters warning fool you, the portions are quite generous. The food itself was quite enjoyable, and the staff was understanding and accommodating when we needed them to communicate in English. Overall, a satisfying experience that I would recommend to others seeking a flavorful Chinese meal.

Great Ambience and delicious food. Arguably the best Chinese restaurant in Berlin. Near-authentic Chinese food, super generous portions and good taste. Highly recommend. Make sure to book in advance for dinners especially in weekends as there can be wait-line.

Die Panade der Hühnerbrust schmeckte nach Frittierfett. Reis und das gesamte Essen waren nicht mal heiß. Süß-sauer Sauce gab es mit Ananas 🍍. Das alles kann jeder Imbiss besser.

Service was good. The soup was tasty. But I can’t rate more than 3 stars for the dish I ordered. It was fried beef with onions. I didn’t understand either by taste or by appearance that it was beef.

The most authentic mala hotpot in Berlin. Excellent service and the staff were very kind to my group of 8 friends. Remember to book your table a day in advance as it tends to get crowded. Great value for money as the hotpot costs 75 with a huge variety of meats, vegetables and seafood. They even have prawns mussels and fish 🐠 my friends and I always have a great time You have a choice of soup base as well and can request for 2 different types of soup.

It is in effect a corner of China in the middle of Berlin. We came in without a reservation and had to wait a while, but not much. There has been a line for the whole time we have stayed there and it is understandable, since the restaurant is quite nice and the food is even better. The customers were 90% Asians and that was enough to understand the authenticity of their food. Extremely recommended, will come again if in Berlin.

Awesome lamb leg, even came a second time for it. The other dishes are on the more authentic side for Germany but slightly too sweet and mild for a northern-Chinese palate...

The food is very good, significantly better than their other restaurant in Mitte. The location, on the out side, is much less charming as it's inside a commercial center and e.g. the toilet is the one of the center. Portions are generous but prices are at restaurant level, a bit too high considering it's a commercial center. I'd recommend it for a tasty Chinese meal.

The location is good, very close to the zoo, on the second floor of the shopping mall, the store signboard is very big and you can see it from a distance. The portion is large, and the taste is heavy with rice. Although it cannot be compared with domestic Sichuan cuisine, it is very good for satisfying cravings. The hot pot set meal ordered by the Vietnamese friends who lead the table is also good.

We tried a bunch of dishes - Mini spring rolls -8/10 Fried chicken with vegetables - 7/10 (The chicken wasn't flavoured well and a bit greasy) Spinach dumplings - 9/10 (Would recommend) Vegetarian stir fried noodles - 8/10 (It was decent, nothing special) Apart from this, the service was quite disappointing. Some dishes took 30 mins to arrive, had to flag the waiter multiple times to make them take the order and get the bill.
