I’ve been to a lot of doctors in my life but this was the worst and rudest place I’ve ever been to! Starting at the reception and ending with the doctor, I came with my entire body in so much pain I could barely sit. The doctor came in and immediately told me that this was only a 5 min appointment and she could get me pain medication and a sick note. I started crying because I ACTUALLY needed help, I tried to explain her my problems and pain and that every doctor keeps sending me away. She kept interrupting me while I was explaining to her why I was there but she didn’t listen for a second. Then told me again she could give me ibuprofen and physical therapy. I kept trying to explain her that I’ve tried that before and it didn’t work, she rolled her eyes and said ‘well now the 5 mins are over anyway so let me check’. Even after that she still didn’t seem to understand she’s checking for the wrong things because she didn’t listen to me at all! I hope everyone in this clinic gets to read this because this is a friendly reminder that you work at a doctors clinic - people that come to you are usually not feeling well or even in a lot of pain. I don’t care if you’re stressed out or if there is no time, it costs 0 seconds to treat people friendly and with a little empathy- even if it’s fake and you deep down dont care !!! From the beginning to the end, everyone. Period!

I came by the practice of Kaleth & Kollegen to make an appointment because of a muscle tear. Instead of helping me make an appointment the assistant at the reception did everything she could to make me leave again asap. "No there is no office/surgery hour, so somewhere in the next month I could plan an appointment" I asked: "When next month?" The assistant:" Are you sure you want to make an appointment? I don't want open the computer programme and you then decline..." Unbelievable. Now I was getting really annoyed: "When next month Miss? Early, at the end of the month". What followed where sighs and a short "in the middle of next month". What kind of service is this? I declined and found another orthopaedist who would take me in the next day. I recommend you do the same thing!

I came in with hand pain and a trigger finger. After an initial cortisone shot, the pain returned at which point the doctor suggested we do a simple little outpatient surgery to remedy the trigger finger. So I came in, they gave me local anesthetic and performed the surgery on a Friday. On the following Monday I came in for a follow up at which point we both realized the trigger finger was still there, meaning the doctor failed at the ‘simple little surgery’. He had to do the surgery AGAIN, give me more anesthesia and then call his colleague in to finish and do the surgery right. Now almost two weeks later, my hand feels WORSE than before with way less flexibility and more pain! Thinking back on it, they didn’t even perform an MRI or any kind of scan to see what was actually wrong inside my hand before taking needles and knives to my body. I’m so sad worried that I’ll never be able to do yoga again as something as simple as a downward dog is close to impossible right now, almost two weeks after 2 ‘simple little surgeries’. These people are nice but extremely incompetent, I would never recommend coming here if you don’t have to! Run!

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before going here. But I was desperate and this was the only place I got an immediate appointment. Makes sense why that is.. From the receptionist, to the assistants, to the doctor - they made me feel like I was the biggest burden and they couldn’t throw me out faster. The assistants amongst themselves got into a fight because they couldn’t figure out which room I should go to. After which I was spoken to in a rude fashion, as if I had caused the issue. The doctor herself spent less than 5 mins to check me and understand my issue, and then when I asked for more details around my diagnosis she behaved as if I was committing a crime by asking. As a first time patient, including the check in process, waiting, getting checked, receiving an überweisung etc. I was in and out in I kid you not - 15 mins flat! Shows you how thorough they were. Truly disappointed. I’d suggest you think twice before going here.

After waiting weeks and months for a appointment I decided to get an appointment from another doctor. First thing the doctor asks is why i would even wait so long and it doesnt seem like i even take it so serious enough to visit. After many years of back pain, i started to get severe neck pain this year. That was my reason to visit. The extremely annoyed doctor asks if I was doing any exercise or taking medication for the pain. well obviously no, because i was never able to get an appointment and i'm here to start a new therapy??. then she rants that she could give me a receipt for therapy but it probably wont help because i haven't done anything till yet and probably will not take it seriously enough to make the effort on a regularly basis. it only took her max 5 minutes to ask me unnecessary questions, wasnt interested of hearing what i had to say. to be honest, this appointment literally traumatized me to ever go back there again. insulting your patient for not being able to make an appointment early enough, not knowing what to do, just made me extremely anxious and insecure. p.s the older lady at the reception really has to control her temper and lose the arrogance. i understand it's a stressful job but yelling at people and shooing confused patients doesnt fix things

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I also feel extremely cheated by my time with this practice which, it becomes clearer every day, never actually knew what was going on and offered 'remedies' that seem to have been intentionally short-termist. Long story short: I have had chronic shoulder and hip pain that these people never found an explanation for. Well, they did find one explanation - rheumatic condition - but then refused to treat it as such. Instead they offered me pills and very poor therapy an increasingly antagonistic consultations (I was shouted at one a couple of occasions by my treating doctors). As if they thought my failure to recover was my fault, as a patient, rather than theirs, as the treating doctors. This clinic has serious cultural problems, to say the least. It's true that people come to Google to leave more complaints than compliments but I sincerely implore anyone with a chronic condition to go elsewhere, because these people do waste your time, not to mention your sanity with their bizarre, let's-gaslight-the-patient behaviour. Their attitude ranges from negligent to borderline abusive. I feel I'd have been better off waiting in pain for longer and finding someone who'd listen at least once in a while, and try to get to the bottom of the problem. These people seem more like nurses than doctors, afraid to give anything as certain as a diagnosis. If you want more than that, well, the problem is obviously you. Or so they like to pretend.

Refused to give a second AstraZeneca vaccine although the government recommendation is for at least 4 weeks after the first shot and 6 weeks had passed. Incredible waste of time and resources, since appointments are so hard to come by online. Incredibly busy, hot and still allowed in patients who were not wearing an FFP2 mask, despite the rule.

None of the appointments started on time, every time I had to wait at least 45 minutes or more, a waste of time, would not recommend this place. The reception is also unfriendly.

The practice pretended to speak english on doctolib but in reality they cannot or didn't want to. Poor service, poor empathy, poor organization, poor treatment, poor quality diagnosis. The doctor insisted in asking me what was my job which I also found very unappropriate an unprofessional. I do not recommend this practice to anyone nor I will ever go back again.

Let be clear, the attention from Dr Christina Panelli here is probably the best that I got form any doctor! From my point of view, the personal here was very polite and professional for the amount of people that could be waiting for attention, but the times are not bad (1 hour with appointment max), also they speak English and if they don't they can understand English and are open to help you to understand instead of rolling the eyes as in other places. About the Doctor Panelli, my physical issue in my spine was managed really professionally, she understood my pain, ordered the needed medication, was open to questions, send me to other specialist and follow my case really closely (even calling me to update about radiologists results). I talk about my experience, I know that some people may have a different one, but I just can have a real gratitude for the for Panelli attention and professional praxis. Thank you Dr Panelli!

The doctors office is very competent and provides good care. They have helped me a lot. The only thing is that without an appointment the wait time can be significant because they are so popular. A great place also for acupuncture.

I was treated really well in the clinic! By everyone, I was attended by the dr. Dominic Fazel and he was great and very nice to me I had to do a X-Ray and I didn't get the name of the operator, but she was also really nice to me Thank you very much

To be honest, I was quite put off by the bad reviews and only chose this doctors office due to the immediate availability of an appointment. But… + Quick and efficient reception + Almost no waiting time, despite the fact that the waiting room was busy + High quality doctor (Dr. Domaschk): friendly, patient, listens, does not seem rushed, thorough, versatile - absolutely ecstatic with this doc! + Not hesitant to provide Physio prescriptions (in Germany this is quite an issue) + Good advice regarding follow up care I was super happy and hope that my broken leg will recover soon.

😠 I had booked an MRI of the hand with a coil through doctor lip for today at 3:45 p.m. and sent my transfer slip in advance. I was on time for the appointment and when, after waiting for over an hour, I was finally asked to go to the changing room and was undressing, the MTA explained to me that unfo...

🫤 I visited this clinic for my ankle pain. Despite going there 15 mins before the appointment, I waited almost an hour to be examined by the doctor.
