the worst experience i had ever , NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL , they dont show any respect to customers , they are giving apointment and then they act like they didn’t do it , my nails got broken after 10 days from the roots, don’t waste you’re money and you’re time with them 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I definitely do not recommend it, I went about a week ago, the reason I went was to have my existing nails taken care of. A so-called instructor did my nails. He glued the broken areas directly with glue without removing them and continued. Naturally, my nails started to break within a week. I went again and they compensated me with color and gel that did not match my other nails at all, the shape and color were not compatible! I passed the visual, I am an individual who does work with my hands, I could not do work because my nails were broken, you made me a victim!

It was an unprofessional environment. Maintenance and renovation was done, but my nails were so bad that I couldn't use them. The lady who did my nails cut my cuticles and made them bleed while she was doing my manicure. Thick nails were made for 450 lira, far from what was desired, and it looks like the old layer underneath could not be closed. I wanted a new one, but then I gave up because I was afraid they would ruin my nails even more.
