One of the best museums I’ve ever visited.😍You’ll have the opportunity to witness some almost-forgotten Anatolian arts and traditions. Each room inside the mansion is decorated to host a different one. I myself experienced a pour leading (to repel the evil eye) session (paid service) there. There is also a lovely cafeteria (photo below) at the backyard. The other pictures below tell us an Ottoman tradition which is organized for the poor to be fed without their identity ever being noticed thanks to the revolving cabinet. This place is a must-see! 💯

Keine Informationen vorab über das was einen erwartet. Leider muss man den Ort mehr oder weniger finden, da keine besonderen Hinweise auf diesen sehr schönen Ort deuten. Es lohnt sich und ist der Geheimtipp! Alles liebevoll und detailreich aufgearbeitet. Die Führer sind ein muss! An jeder Station gibt es eine Attraktion die dann ausführlich erklärt wird ggf. kosten gewisse Tätigkeiten wie z.B. das Bleigießen dann doch Geld. Das Erlebnis ist es Wert! Es gibt einen kleines Souvenirlädchen mit annehmbaren Preisen. Dieser Ort ist es wert besucht zu werden. Wer in der Nähe ist sollte unbedingt hier einkehren und ca. 2 Stunden Zeit mit dabei führen. Im Stadtkern kann dann noch flaniert werden, den Hunger kann man in diversen Restaurants mit heimischer Küche stillen. Sehr schön sind die alt Osmanischen Häuser die hier zahlreich besichtigt werden können.Die kleine Stadt besitzt ausserdem viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Great Ottoman living testimony.. just 1.5 hours drive from Ankara in the restive town of Beypazari

Sind rein zufällig rein, das Museum ist am Ende der sehr stark frequentierten Fußgänger Zone der historischen Altstadt. Aber der Besuch hat sich gelohnt, für Klein und Gross. Für die kleinen wurde historische Spielzeuge gezeigt, Schattenspiele, die Kunst der marmorieing usw.. und für die Erwachsenen die alte Lebensweise nochmal verdeutlicht. Auch sehr nett, auf jeder Ebene wartet ein Mitarbeiter und gibt eine Führung.

A must see place in Beypazari. You can dive into the historic lifestyle of inhabitants and the places where they used to live. In every room, another poetic experience will meet you. Do not skip the unique marbling art experience!
