House is good best.

Best hotel in bikaner, I liked the rooms design and housekeeping service.

Standard Rooms are good for overnight and Budget friendly stay. Bathrooms are spacious but could be better in cleanliness so one star less for that. Service is good. Co-operative staff. Food is also good.

Hotel is ok rooms are nice but one thing if you are trying to book your hotel online.. then this is not for you.. staff only welcome you if you book the property offline.. otherwise they will treat you very badly.. specially manager or receptionist don't know who was he.. he is very arrogant.He behaves very awkward with us . M from punjab and I visited the hotel last week during my jaisalmer trip only for night stay. i was with my family (mom wife and me) I want to gave 3 star for property but m giving only 1 star because of that person What are you doing man peoples who want to stay in your property are your guests.. Property is good but don't t go there guys they will specially that man spoil your mood and journey too....

Overall a good experience. Lack of few facilities as tv was not working

A lot of things to improve. Our room was not cleaned up with dirt in the bathroom (floor, washbasin and on the tiling around it). Also the toilets are dirty, inside and outside. The blankets provided were not clean with an overblanket completely ripped. Holes in the bedding. We are in India and it's easy to find a tailor to repair those things! No wifi in the room. Concerning the welcome, it was cold with poor communication. You can tell that all tourists are not treated the same way at all, especially if there were a local guide... However the food was good. I will not recommend this hotel.

Food quality poor compare to last time, I use to book this for our groups from last 20/25 years, Need to provide better breakfast, My guest from Singapore and provided only toast, jam, butter, tea coffee, banana, One of the most basic breakfast during the 13 days tour.

The hotel is a great location near the Junagarh fort. It has good room service and offers great food. The room quality is amazing with large sitout areas and high ceilings. The architecture is also very traditional. It serves alcohol as well and the staff is very polite. I would highly recommend it as one of most value for money stays in all of Bikaner

Bad experience manager behaviour was very bad no manner to talk to much expensive and misleading to the client

Not recommended, find other as too many cons, bad .. 1) The rooms are in seperate building, If you book online .. they will give u 2nd floor rooms, even if other rooms are empty, they will just say rooms are booked, even if their register says not booked yet. 2) service is pathetic, takes 30 mins minimum to reach if you ask anything 3) rooms were clean, but bedsheets are not properly clean 4) Hot water comes for 5 mins only, then cold water for 25 mins, you have to keep taps open and wait wait wait, water feels cold, they won't do anything 5) parking is not available inside hotel, 2-3 spaces outside hotel, but they will insist you to park on opposite side of road which is completely unsafe. They take no responsibility of cars park outside I will totally recommend not to book here, find somewhere else.

Rooms not having required aminities even tv will not be available in rooms. No lift services in hotel to go for 4floor.

Rooms are stinky and not upto the mark, booked it for 1 night, they are missing basic amenities like hot water in winter, restaurant is ok, there is no room service thing in hotel, food is served without water even after asking no. of times, recommend to explore other better option available in the city

Probably a best hotel in Bikaner. The haveli is so beautiful and you will love to stay there. Cost is bit high. Staff is cooperative Location is good. Just 1 km from Junagarh fort.

Hotel was good with satisfactory services and accommodation. Room and bathroom was properly clean. Staff was extremely polite and cooperative. Breakfast was tasty. Very approachable location for all the tourist places in the Bikaner. It was a satisfactory stay in the Harasar Haveli. Full value for money! Will recommend to all!
