Stayed on 13th July 2023,during my business meet in Bikaner from Delhi.This is best place to stay,rooms are well managed,and services are upto mark,Go straight with out any doubt there,however Milk sachet were not available in rooms and I called too but unfortunate I also forgot to re call to them,anyway This hotel is perfect place for family and business visits. I booked this hotel for my parents who needs to check-in early morning, check out same day. Called Hotel twice for confirmation, got confirmation 2 times with Hotel that no extra amount is needed as checkout is same day but when parents reached, Hotel staff demanded extra money 1000 rupees. Pure harassment and disappointment. Be very careful to book this hotel....they don't want to serve customers but just want to rob them.

NOT RECOMMENDED Manager is very rude and impolite. Despite paying him extra for the late check out (which was already agreed to during check in) , he interacted in the most unprofessional manner and threw things on the check in counter. The food bill was not correct and I had to get it corrected which was additional headache. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT A STRESSFREE TRAVEL

I stayed there for a single day on a business trip. The rooms were well maintained and tidy. However they fraud on bill items by adding food items which are not even ordered. Many items I told them to remove which I noticed on the spot but some of the items I found after coming back. So I recommend you this place but check the bill 5 times so that they can’t take your extra valuable money.

I stayed there 3-4 times on my visit. It's good to stay. Big clean rooms, but food is costly. Nice room service. Some of the receptionists are rude, but most are good. Don't keep windows open, they dont have grills, so birds come in.

Hotel and the rooms are neat and clean. They have a pure vegetarian restaurant in the ground. So, all the required stuff for a traveller is available in one place. They provide complimentary breakfast also. Moreover this hotel is located just 400 metres from the bikaner railway station.

I couldn't get a room here, so can't tell about room interiors. But the person on reception dealt nicely and guided me positively. This hotel is only 800 meters away from Junagarh Fort Bikaner Rajasthan and also close to main bazaar.

Not recommended as the food and service is not at all good. And they're least bothered if you complain if there is no hot water even in winter days. Pathetic experience.

Nice place to stay with family and friends. Rooms were good. Food items served in attached Kesarr restaurant were tasty and services were good. Will prefer staying here for future visits.

Situated opposite DRM hospital at modern market this hotel is not at all impressive for me. We booked this hotel for a seminar and we were out of space. We demanded the conference hall but they provided us their restaurant area for our conference. All other amenities are average.

Room and washroom were neat and clean. AC was awesome and in the high time we able to manage the room here like on the next day there was an exam and due to marriage season all hotels are running out but here we able to manage time in a good price room. 3 people can stay in one room. Food quality not good and water is expensive.

Rooms, their service is just wonderful.. Would definitely love to visit again.. Centrally located and local food is also avlbl near by.. 👍

A decent place to stay if you are visiting Bikaner for business purposes and want a hotel near the industrial area to avoid all the commotion in the city. Slightly expensive but well maintained.

Two bed room has been given by providing extra bed. But, provisions for tea, coffee etc., have been provided for 2 guests only. Management should see this and provide facilities to all the occupant guests.

Hotel is good for stay. But the service is pathetic, moreover they provided water in jugs which is not clean and when we checked we found hairs in them. Not worth your money but if you have no other options then be careful during stay.
