Just to clarify people,the hotel management is a total gundaraaj, they beat up staff and make them work forcefully by paying less,and confiscating their belongings. It just happened to one of my friend,luck I escaped without facing such situations.

The ambience is very nice. Staffs are very polite. Hygiene is being maintained in the hotel.

Great place to stay in Bikaner, and I stayed overnight. The property is very good. Service is excellent. Room service is good. The wash room is incredible. Great value of the money. I would highly recommend it.

The rooms were decent and the service was good. Issues were resolved speedily and the management was on their toes. The hotel has hosted a large gathering for a family function.

The hotel is situated in a posh & calm neighborhood. Very royal exterior and interior. Intricate work and tasteful decor soothes the mind. Food is delicious and all the servers were very pleasent in nature.

Very nice upscale hotel at a reasonable price. Place is clean, service is good and food (breakfast) also delicious. Only area of improvement: provide hot water for bathing and breakfast for drivers.

It was nice stay. Rooms are good. Support staff are helpful. We have left our ID cards and they helped us for getting couriered to our next destination which we really appreciate.

Please look at some other hotel.Worst Hotel in bikaner, if you want to maintain your dignity. While checking in behaves very well but -After you get inside your room they start changing the prices. -They make you feel humiliated by denying services.( Even if there are only 1-2 rooms booked in the hotel they don’t start their gyeser for hot water) - There is no one to complaint. They don’t give their owner’s phone no. Hotel looks good from outside but people working inside will ruin your day..!!!!!! If thinking to check in with your family so BEWARE..!!!! They ruined my day, my holiday plan.. Definitely gonna sue you.

Very nicely maintained heritage hotel. People are very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent and staff went out of the way to make experience overall great. Family had good time and very appreciative. Keep up the good work team. It goes to show you that, guests come to your doorstep and nothing more important than to make them feel special. Thanks.
