The manager is good but only talks. Can't rely on his words. There is a problem with the room's electrical system , as soon I switched on the AC ,it was about to get short. Dirty quilts . Good AC. Small room . No use of TV as the hotel hasn't subscribed for an chanel.

They abide by the norms which is a good thing. However, their staff ain't professional. I ordered for a water bottle to my room and their staff stood leaning on the door pane, peeping into my room while I just smashed the door back at him.

Location is not that good. It's better to visit directly without through rickshaws. Bcs ricksha wala has his commission.

A prime place for stay. The service staff and reception is very helpful and friendly. Food facilities is also available in the hotel. I was giving 4 star because of washroom maintenance. They promised to get it done as early as possible. All the best

** Worth to stay. ** Rooms are nice, ** Near to Bikaner Railway Station. ** Staffs are nice. ** Restaurant is inside the hotel. ** Foods are so oily, not worth to price and not good, I suggest management to give good food, ** Give 3 stars for the food otherwise it is a nice budget hotel.

The room was spacious, but was not so clean but manageable. The bathrooms was also not clean. The location was okay and it had outside parking. One good thing was that we got the room late night when we reached Bikaner.

Very nice and friendly staff and Mr. Ayub (owner) is a very nice person having a good supportive assistance and it is one of the best Hotels in Bikaner. Thanku and i m happy for being stayed here..

It was good though but the washroom doesn't have any essentials like soap and towel. Even the AC remote is not there. But very cost effective. Good overall.
