The moment you enter the hotel, you’re warmly welcomed by Oyo staff and the check-in timings was also not very long. They also give assistance in finding them en route and are prompt to response for raised queries. Now even i was more curious to know, what a budget hotel can offer in a city like bikaner. The moment i entered the room, i was jaw dropped shocked by mere appearance of room. It was exactly the same as it was shown and described on their website.

Hotel is open now. Nice hotel to stay,dine and drink. Bar is quite spacious and variety of liquor brands are available. Staff is good, hotel well managed and well maintained. Location is nice. Covid guidelines are being followed well.

This hotel is on the sri Ganga nagar road. Can be seen easily.This is a budget hotel with all the facilities such as parking space, lift, hot water supply. Size of rooms is quite good. Washrooms are neat and clean. For the lovers of cocktails there's a bar also. But the service is slow and not satisfactory. Can be a good option in city

Booking no RWJH6519 rent₹804 Checked in at 8:35 a.m The hotel owner told me give me 300 cash for early check in or come at 12 pm. As I was in a hurry had to check in paying extra ₹300 for which I never got an invoice/bill. At which basis 300 can he demand? Oyo Early check in charges is 0-30% , if I consider even 30% then also he took more money than expected.. But where is invoice? I tried to contact customer care more than thrice, every1 kept me on hold and didn't respond again or cut my call.

Good room size with simple but effective furnishing. Attached bathrooms were large and clean. Hot water for bathing was supplied promptly. Breakfast was serviced in the room which saved a lot of time in the morning. Staff was courteous.

This is my worst experience of life poor service ..first denied for online booking bcos that charged 400 extra on compare of online .. I was trying to book from Oyo bus they refused we didn't accept Oyo booking ..I was in hurry so I booked offline but still provided Oyo gel in room . I want to ask if it hotel doesn't allow Oyo booking thn y r u using d items of oyo ... Room service was too poor .. whenever ringed for any item it will served after 30 mint n every time one or two were missing .. no alternator for AC . It was very hot night . electricity was not available .. too worthy ..

Very bad experience of here service was not good rooms are ok but you know reality of Oyo hotels....no need to say anything i think and food was very unhygienic....pls don't plan to stay here with family request
