The food is delicious as always, the prices are perfect and the service is the best. I recommend going there, you could even go shopping there after eating.

It took me 40 minutes to order and get a simple Mcflurry here. A hurricane of kids around making a lot of noise... so much that i went to the pharmacy after to buy paracetamol for the head anche... please avoid

Relatively large portion with a nice view of the river out the window. But sadly the food has an average taste and the service is extremely slow. I would typically the McDonald’s to serve food in 2mins but it takes approximately 3-4 times more for a “fast food” restaurant. Staff are still quite friendly but the tables can be a little oily and sticky at times too. Not to forget the crumbs that go uncleared from the tables and chairs. This outlet has a nice playground for little children to play too. Good for a nice relaxing meal on a Sunday in bilbao. Well at least it is opened on a Sunday.

Well placed and fast service. But forgetting to put the 2 sauces I ordered and then making me pay an extra 30cents for that sauce is unbelievable!!!

The Mac’s are not that great. Not as tasty as other places. The Mc Chicken was pretty good. We also ate at KFC which was much better.

Good food, very very rude to Americans

I asked my money back after waiting more than 25 min my order (1star because they reimbursed me). Poor, unprofessional, awful service, not respecting client. The team was lost with their order screen, unable to manage the order of the meals (my order was n.50, after 25 min they were serving n.56, mine was on the waiting list, no explanation). 1st time in my life I write a so negative review, will never never never go there anymore.

Häufig bin ich mit dem Motorrad 🏍️ unterwegs, bekommt man Hunger haben normale Restaurants geschlossen. Mit der Lust auf etwas Ruhe, einen Kaffee ☕️ und mal in Ruhe zur Toilette gehen zu können haben wir schon vor vielen Jahren den Weg zu McDonald’s gefunden. Hier meckerte noch niemand wenn man bei Regen mit nasser Kleidung kommt oder wenn man einen Moment länger am Tisch sitzt. Das Essen ist immer frisch, der Kaffee heiß und stark, das Personal freundlich. Das ist doch super 👍🏼

Ich habe mein Essen um 0:50 am Automaten bestellt, meine coupons und Punkte eingelöst und „Bezahlen an der Kasse“ gedrückt. (Der Laden hat bis 1:00 offen) Als ich an der Kasse war hieß es „wir haben geschlossen, ihre Bestellung ist nicht eingegangen“. Auf die Frage was jetzt mit meinen Coupons und Punkten ist wurde mir gesagt „können wir nichts machen“. Ergänzend kommt noch, dass kurz vor uns eine Familie bestellt hat… Für diese war wohl noch Zeit. Jetzt habe ich also meine besten Coupons eingelöst und nicht bekommen, weil die ihre Technik nicht im Griff haben. Absolut lächerlich, nicht mal meine Coupons können die Amateure zurück geben.

This may sound harsh for a fast food but : undercooked tortillas, overcooked chicken (as hard as a rock), ONLY 1 TOMATO in my salad. I came in expecting nothing but my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

We had to wait 14 min before one of the cooker took a look and we could paid. It's not a fast food .....
