Hotel is good but not best, Booked Hall has good Facility. Cleaning of washroom is not ok.

I and my wife stayed for 3 nights in this facility and our experience was very good. Initially we were given a room on 2nd floor but the sound from their disco was very loud so they were nice enough to shift us to the third floor where the noise was very reduced. Mr. Gaurav the manager was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The breakfast was wholesome though limited but nevertheless filling and adequate for us. We did not have any food in the hotel so cannot comment on it. Besides a great place to stay a very big attraction is its locality. Being next to Halwasiya is like being in the center of Hazratganj and Metro station. So all in all it is an excellent place to stay and would stay again in it in our next trip to Lucknow.

It was a dirty buffet, tasteless sub standard food, people are there in a crowd for cheap buffet just for 399 so the birthday and other parties are holding there from those hosts who do not wish to spend money but are willing to invite friends and relatives. Poor service by unskilled staff.

This is an old hotel located next to busy road of hazratganj.. rooms are very spacious but unfortunately my room had a smell .. rooms n toilets have all required amenities.. restaurant on rooftop is nice ..food is good in taste n overall it's a value for money budget hotel ...

Though valet parking service is available, but still one has to tread across to reach here. Follow traffic rules but if you miss "the turn" you are struck out to make unwanted detour. Food is awesome....!! Once you visit the place, rest everything else you would forget. Must visit for food lovers. Good ambience. Nice, polite, supportive staff. For any small gatherings up to 20-25 you need to prebook the availability to avoid long wait and inconveniences. It's buffet is famous and affordable to all pockets. They hoist up to 4 buffet per day.

I have booked hotel for my fiance and they denied me guest visit and said that they do not allow female guests and female was precise. The sevices was sooo disgusting and shallow and not bearable. Just to make money they asked me pay 700 per day for guest visit just because i am a female.

Good rooms but lacks in room service. We hosted a wedding there. They say they were short on hotel staff and that is why the housekeeping and other services were often put on delay, but why should the customer suffer due to this when they are paying in full. If you know there is a lack of staff and services, why not give your customers some discounts? Food is good, other wedding arrangements were on time and properly done.

Loved the food from starter to main course everything was good, good drinks options. Only one suggestion for the service part which can be improved.

Rooms need maintenance as soon as possible. Staff was very polite and ready to accommodate all requests in our visit. Located 3 mins away from hasaratganj metro station,many famous eateries around. We will come coming back Thank you,Great efforts.

Today I visited with my wife and child to have dinner, it was booked for outdoor dining on terrace. Starter and service is good but not best. Sorry to say this but main course was worse, food was stinking. Also, sofa covers were dirty. I visited #Dastarkhan on 3rd March and food was much delicious 😋

visited woodpecker for the first time with friends. The place is really budget friendly. food was decent and drinks were priced at very economical rates. staff was but ignorant at times which could be improved.

It's a buffet restaurant with plenty of choices for both vegans and non vegans. Costs around 500/ per person. Looks beautiful enough. Has both indoor and outdoor seating available. Can be crowded because of it's small size.

Rooms are good but there is banquet inside hotel. The loud music noise from banquet is too much in rooms even throughout night.

Went with family for dinner. The quality of the food and the service was exceptional. The staff was polite and attentive. Great variety of dishes as well. It is evident from the taste that they use high quality ingredients. Had a good experience.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, untrained staff, In a digital age of today they think Internet is not required ;for the two days I stayed there Wi-Fi did not work for the entire hotel. Ambience is decent , but the hotel needs to spend on training manpower ( specially the customer facing ones )

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Firstly, the WiFi was non-functional for three consecutive days, which was extremely inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and it felt neglected. The room key card had issues, forcing me to repeatedly go down the lift just to access my room. Adding to my frustration, there was a persistent issue with the doorbell ringing between 1 to 2 am every night, disrupting my sleep. To top it off, when we checked out, the staff didn't seem to care about our concerns or provide any resolution. I used Airpods for charging and when I came back I couldn't find it when I asked the staff and they said you had not brought it at all. This property doesn't even deserve 2 starsThis was a subpar experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

They will book without any advance. But if you get late by 15-20 minutes, they will allot your seat to someone else and ask you to wait till the table gets available. You will then have to raise voice to get the basic attention. If you are one who avoids rush on your important days, STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Cheap and Best buffet in Lucknow. You will get varieties of options and the charges is just 399 per person. The staff is helpful and will take care of everything. I have organised 2 family get together at this place and I am fully satisfied with their hospitality and services. You need to do reservation to book your seat in advance or else you won't find place to even stand here.

Avoid this place if you want to sleep at night. They absolutely blast music at the pub downstairs. The music is so loud that its completely audible even on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I really struggled trying to sleep because of this. Called up the reception but they plain refused to intervene. This is even at 11 pm at night. I highly recommend people who prefer to relax at night to avoid this place at all cost

Banquet halls are nice, hosted function for my new born here, food quality good too. In built speakers in conference rooms or halls would be nice.

Actually I know about banquet hall, its a nice place for gathering of 200 peoples at a time, and if there is a movement than it can go upto 300 people. Environment is good, food is awesome, service is also much better. Over all place is nice for small gathering. 5 star from my side

Rudest staff. If you are booking here, be prepared to be staying like a hostel kid under warden rule. They shout at you, don't listen to reauest, and the person (Gaurav) claims to be manager and receptionist both

This place likes to change it's colors The first time I visited this place they gave us pretty good service then I expected but the second time was like a nightmare.There were honeybees flying around our lemonade and one even fell into our lemonade jar.They gave us stale non veg The chicken was not upto mark and please it's a warning TRY TO AVOID EATING THE MAIN COURSE the starters was not that bad. Now let's talk about what you shouldn't eat,First from the starters all veg item except corn chart now the main course, The non veg items are terrible there was lot of salt in mutton keema and fish cury so that you can't eat those two dishes a lot and the mutton biryani was nice but every time mutton in it was a bit raw instead I would recommend you to eat fried rice and all the gravy chicken dishes were good there was nothing much to complain about it. In the desert part you can eat cake and mousse also the ice cream and gulab jamun was very nice you can go for it rest of the dishes in desert was not good.Going to give it a five star so that maximum people can read it there are not much people who really read the one star comments.

The ambiance is fantastic but the only problem is the location a person who's not local will find it difficult to reach the hotel. Should have sign board or something thing to help.

The rooms upkeep is not good. We were there only for 1 night last Saturday, we were given bit dirty and torn sheets on bed. Size of the room is big, but the Sofa was so dirty that one wouldn't feel like keeping anything there, forget sitting. Don't know when it was last dry cleaned or vacuumed. And a very strong and peculiar smell in the corridor

A rather run-down but livable hotel in the busy hazratganj area of Lucknow.. Near shopping hub but the hotel itself is not much to write home about.. On the ground floor is located a pub/discotheque which is quite noisy and keeps the hotel busy till early morning hours.. Thankfully the sound does not disturb you once inside the room.. Service is not automatic and has to be asked for... Complimentary breakfast was good.. Nothing to remember much about... Averege budget hotel for night or two stay... Do have the morning tea from the nearby shukla tea shop with bun-butter...

Room service was poor as they were short staffed due to marriage function happening here. here and they informed about the situation upon check in. The rooms are as good as Radisson hotels ans very very spacious. I was very pleased. Would stay here again and hope the room service is better next time

Nice place to be with family or friends. Banquet hall spacious enough for small to medium parties. Rooms are comfortable. Service is at par with any 3 star hotel.

Located in center of Lucknow, decent place to hang out for parties & get-together,food was good & so was the service,music & crowd was also good,only concern is the parking,they don't have ample amount of parking available hence there are chances you will have to park the vehicle on the road that is also very narrow,rest a good place to party.

Bad room service. Location is near market place. They change dinner/lunch dinning area and services on their mood. Reception ppl have arrogant behaviour (mine was eating gum and talking) management have scope for betterment.

Nice staff, nice service. For party and reception they provide good service. You can stay here and eat yummy food. Also enjoy club dance in open air and lounge. I love this place , very VIP location in Hazratganj.

Extremely poor service. No hot water in rooms even in extreme winter. Counter staff has no courteous behaviour when reported. When asked for drinking water bottle, first they ask if we are ready to pay or not. Staff does not know how to adjust room temperature on controller in winter. There was DJ party I hotel which went on upto late in night.

Hotel charan plaza is located near the metro station hazratganj.They serve very good quality and taste in non veg variety and i would recommend if you are visiting this hotel than if possible take metro because it is heavy traffic area.I have visited the hotel charan plaza at a birthday event and the experience was soo good.The view from the hotel top was really amazing as it has the restaurant area on the fourth floor soo you can enjoy your meal with a amasing view.
