    Been training with Brian for about 6 weeks and he has been fantastic throughout, always checking in to keep you on track and supports you with any questions you have. Nothing ever feels too much to ask, he pushes you hard in your sessions and you always come away feeling pumped. Looking forward to continuing to work with Brian to build on my current results 💪🏽.

    Really enjoy training with Brian he is a great motivator and encourages you to go the extra mile! Definitely feel stronger and always feel better after our sessions. Also, he provides great nutritional resources and the recipes are delicious and easy to follow. Would highly recommend!

    I've been with Brian of BV Fitness since December. I was in a real rut both physically and mentally when I first contacted Brian. I write this review today from a totally different space. Physically I'm leaner and stronger. Brian drew up a nutrition plan that I could manage (I'm very time poor) and helped me to make small changes that 3 months later have turned into positive changes on the measuring tape and scales. Most importantly I am in the right place mentally now. My confidence is up and I am back to feeling like a good version of myself. Just a quick word on the workouts - they are mega. Brian knows what he's doing 100%.

    Brian is an excellent personal trainer. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about nutrition and training. He’s been training me over the past year and the improvement that I have seen in my body, but also nutrition and mental health has been amazing. He always ensures that I push myself further to improve my strengths. He’s an incredible motivator and will adapt the program to your needs and goals. Would highly recommend him 😊

    I have signed up for a nutrition plan with Brian. However he offers more than online/phone support. Brian adapts your nutrition to ensure you are able to stay on your plan and enjoy what you’re eating. Weekly check ins and encouragement which really has helped me keep on track. Very knowledgeable about about training/nutrition and is happy for offer his guidance. Also adapted an exercise plan which is achievable. I am so pleased with my progress so far and would highly recommend!!!

    I have been training with Brian since June and can honestly say it’s the best decision I made. I had previously trained with 1 PT before Brian but didn’t feel/see any changes which left me questioning training with another PT again..but I’m so glad I got in contact with Brian. He is an accomplished trainer, a true professional and an excellent PT. Brian is super knowledgeable in his field and passionate about what he does. He genuinely cares and listens to you and wants to see you get great results. He has been so supportive through out my fitness journey, I can’t praise him enough. Brian worked with me on mobility, nutrition, body and weight training and the results are amazing!! When he sent me my before and after I was floored... I’d forgotten how I looked...it was a huge change. In as little as 10 weeks I lost over a stone and inches all over!! This is the best I’ve ever looked. Brian keeps a daily record of everything from what exercises you’re doing to checking weight and measurements weekly, this shows how your progressing throughout which is what kept me motivated as I wanted to keep losing those inches. The sessions are challenging but effective, they’re also fun and very rewarding, you will feel the effects the next day but you know what you’re doing is working. Brian keeps you motivated and focused during session with his engaging personality and really pushes you so you get the best results. He is all about correct form and does not miss a thing as I found out few times. What I really like is that he educates you whilst you train and takes the time to explain in detail each exercise and what muscle it’s working. He tailors a program to your goals and limitations and will adjust workouts when/if necessary. Thank you so much Brian and it’s a pleasure to train with you, the only PT I will train with because I know I’ll get genuine results! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Thanks to Brian I have had amazing results. He is professional and polite and very knowledgeable about his work. He shows a series of stretches that are tailored and beneficial to each muscle group, and prevent injury. I would definitely recommend Thanks Brian

    As someone who is very self conscious about going to the gym, knowing the correct exercises or even considering having a PT, Brian is someone who makes you feel at completely at ease and acknowledges the fears and worries you have around personal training. After having a nutrition session, I had a better understanding of what to eat alongside training and he is always willing to have a look at portion control to help you with your weight loss journey. When training, he takes the time to know your strengths and limitations to build a good plan for your workout. Plus, he is someone that will always try to push you to do the best of your ability and he will also make sure you feel safe and secure with whatever equipment you are using. If you need a PT.     Since starting my personal plan with bvfitness online training, I realised that the fear I always had about fitness was wrong. Brian makes you feel comfortable and sets achievable goals which show results. I started on a weight loss journey but now feel better than I have done in years in such a short space of time- happier, healthier and like I can do it! I would not of even contemplated this change without Brian's help'.

    Brian no doubt is one of the best Personal Trainers in Birmingham, he is an all rounder, with knowledge on all aspects of training, muscle formation, diet, recovery, weight loss, weight gain, overall health physical and mental. Has helped me over the years with maintaining a healthy body. He is highly motivated, wants every session to count. Keeps in regular contact, very organised, cant be faulted in any manner, his services are highly reccomended and overall a very polite, respectful character. Great work Brian, keep it up mate.

    Best part of the experience of online training with Brian is the flexibility and tailoring everything to make you feel comfortable and happy with both diet and training Brian has always been available to answer any questions. Consistently checking in with end of day reports aswell. Tailored everything around me and my lifestyle.

    I have just completed my first week of a nutrition plan set out by Brian. My goal has been to try and build size and strength and have struggled for some time given my metabolism and diet before now. After one week of sticking to the meal plan, I’ve already noticed a difference both in the gym and on the scales. Brian listened to me and tailored the plan to make it easier for me to eat foods I already like/enjoy, making it easier to stick to. He also gave me some advice on my current training programme and what things I should make sure I do to try and achieve my goal. Would 100% recommend!

    I have been training with Brian now for just over 5 weeks and absolutely love it so far! The in person fitness sessions are great (tough - but great) and Brian gives you the confidence you need to do exercises that you would never have done before. I really enjoy the nutrition plan too which is carefully thought out and super easy to follow. I'm already noticing the positive changes on the scales and measurements and I'm so excited to continue this fitness journey!

    I have known Brian for some years having previously had personal training sessions with him and followed him on Instagram. I wanted to have a better idea of my nutritional goals in view of the fact I was training for a competition and needed to understand my calories and macro requirements better. Brian listened to what I wanted to achieve and developed a nutritional plan for me. He listened when I felt I needed a change and checked in with me really regularly to ensure I had everything I needed and could ask any questions. I was really pleased with the progress I made and the understanding I got from it and would definitely recommend him.

    After procrastinating for far too long, thinking that getting back in shape would not fit in with a busy work schedule, I finally took the plunge with Brian. The nutritional plan is great, as a vegan I thought this would be the hardest part, but I’m full and enjoying meal times. I have lost 3 inches off my waist in 7 weeks! And I feel great 💪🏻

    Its been about 8 weeks now since my first chat with Brian and I can truly say its the best decision I have made in a long time. Since Brian worked out my nutrition plan I cant believe how my weight has come off. Almost 5kg down and 7-8cm off my waist. The food I'm eating is delicious and I'm absolutely loving it...doesn't feel like a diet at all. Brian is fantastic to work with, he's supper knowledgeable, such a down to earth guy who's always there to settle any queries I have. I still have a long way to go, to where I want to be but I'm really looking forward to continue working with Brian to get me there. Thanks Brian, your an absolute star!

    I have trained with Brian for over a year and look forward to my sessions with him, when before I found working out to be quite boring. He is extremely knowledgeable and ensures proper form with exercises. This has been really helpful in preventing injuries. He also has amazing knowledge with mobility, which was really helpful in recovering from a knee injury I picked up from before I trained with him.

    Highly recommend Brian! I have lost 15lb in 5 weeks,I have dropped a dress size and feeling great! Brian is always available for all of my questions, he is flexible with the food i love and i am never hungry. I will forever be grateful for helping me get started on me being a healthier mama to my kids. I can run round &play football with them without being out of breathe

    Best part of the experience of online training with Brian is the flexibility for it to work around me. Brian has always been available to answer any questions, I didn’t have to wait a certain day or time. My plan was all tailored around me and my lifestyle. Having small children and working full time makes it hard to go to gym classes. With the online training I was given a plan of exactly what I should be eating which made food prep so much easier. It’s made me more active and aware of the foods and portions I should be eating. It’s been the best thing I’ve done!

    I have been training for the last year and chose to work with Brian for the last few weeks whilst on vacation in UK. Brian’s knowledge is awesome, really focuses on form and pushes me to perform harder. Brian is also a genuine and very nice person who I’ve really enjoyed working with and is happy to explain why he is using certain machines and asking you to perform certain movements. I recommend Brian highly if you want to see awesome results.

    Fantastic experience taking part in online coaching with Brian, with a tailored nutrition and a personalised exercise plan. Brian also makes weekly changes to food whenever I wanted! It was a lot more sustainable, and I found it much easier to do than slimming world as I don't have to think of new ideas for food as Brian can do it for me after mentioning a few ingredients or protein options. If you need motivation to make real changes, Brian is the person to help you!

    Online training for me as a busy working mum has been great as I can pick my training days to suit me, also I have everything I need to get going from my personal plan, anything I'm unsure of i can ask Brian and also use the videos that have been shared. I like how the plan has been tailored for me, and I have been able to make some changes to things that don't suit me. I've noticed a difference within myself and not just physical difference, i also like the support i get, and also the odd text throughout the week on how I'm getting on, and knowing i can message when ever I need. I have been honest on what I like and don't like, and that has been taken into account. My plan suits me as I am doing things I enjoy and not what's made for me to do, and that's why it works for me as I enjoy doing it, the food is also enjoyable to me.
