Jon
is
unquestionably
a
top,
top
coach
with
an
insane
amount
of
knowledge
on
personal
training
and
combat
sports
that
make
his
sessions
effective
and
enjoyable.
I
started
training
with
Jon
back
in
September
2022.
Having
never
set
foot
in
a
boxing
ring
my
goal
was
to
improve
my
fitness
levels,
learn
a
bit
of
boxing
and
hopefully
gain
enough
experience
to
start
sparring.
Less
than
4
months
on
I’m
feeling
in
great
shape
and
I’m
already
enjoying
light
sparring
with
Jon’s
other
clients,
who
are
all
great
guys.
I
definitely
recommend
Jon’s
classes
to
anyone
as,
fitness
wise
l,
it’s
the
best
decision
I’ve
ever
made.
I’m
really
excited
to
see
what
progress
I
can
make
over
the
next
12
months.
I
decided
to
look
into
PT
after
years
of
training
on
my
own
and
going
through
the
same
old
cycle.
Training
well
for
a
few
months
then
busy
dad/work
life
would
take
over
and
I’d
lose
track
and
be
back
to
square
one
again.
Jon
has
helped
me
stay
focused
and
with
his
sessions
and
guidance
i
can
finally
say
I’ve
broke
that
cycle
by
finding
a
fitness
regime
that
is
enjoyable,
challenging
and
also
mentally
stimulating.
