    I’ve been going to RM Fitness now for over four years. I was NEVER into sports and my level of fitness was pretty low. Over the last four years RM fitness have helped to transform not only my body but my attitude to general health and training! I now attend classes four times a week and I can assure you, that no two classes are the same! The coaches are second to none, and are always available to help, support and guide anyone of any ability. This has been the only gym that provides a real sense of community between members, drawing in people who support and encourage each other! Whatever your looking for, whether it it’s to loose weight or gain muscle, I’d recommend RM fitness to anyone!

    The best money I spend each month is on my RM Fitness membership! I went from dreading exercise to feeling excited to attend 3 or 4 group sessions every week. The coaches are friendly and down to earth and truly go out of their way to help you gain confidence in the gym and reach your goals. The gym is a high-energy environment where you get to monitor your progress in a positive way without any pressure. It's an inclusive environment where all abilities are welcome! RM Fitness has done wonders for my physical and mental health, and I've even made some friends along the way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get fit and have fun!

    THE BEST GYM!!! This is a premium gym that combines the best of lifting, group exercises, personal training, Cross-fit all in pre-programmed guided training. You pay for premium customer service, not some broken kit in overcrowded gym, while being stared at (insert your worst commercial gym experience here). Yes, I am biased, but let's look at facts here. All reviews are positive!!! Does the gym have good kit that's enough for everyone? YES!!! Are all sessions lead by helpful professionals with clear instructions? YES!!! Is the program suitable for everyone? YES!!! Does the program include weight (the most efficient muscle building and toning - check science) as well as cardio for stamina? YES!!! How about long term support to SUSTAIN your goals? (No-one wants to be a second time participant in the biggest loser) YES!!! How about nutritional guidance about the rest of the life spent outside gym? What if you are on holiday, or in Self-Isolation? After all, 1h of gym leaves 23h every day for other stuff. Is there any support to life outside gym??? YES!!! So what else might someone want from Premium gym??? Honestly any answer here would be just an ad-hoc additive that would not really impact your actual workout. (i.e. all gyms could have have an in-house masseuses and physio-therapist) but from the training point of view you have everything you need. And more. What is the catch then? Is this more expensive than commercial gym??? Yes, but you get all the best gym support. Is it cheaper than PT sessions??? PTs are >40£/h and yes this is much cheaper (My membership works like 6£/h, but that depends how often you come here). Although having a PT has lots of added benefits and may be what someone needs. Should I try the 28 day start program that sets you up for success? Depends. If you have good knowledge of everything you need to do in gym, have time to plan your programme, have the needed nutritional guidance, and most importantly, willpower to come to all gym sessions and someone who keeps the checks and balances that you show up and do it properly, then no, you already have everything you need, and probably commercial gym membership will be sufficient to you, provided the gym is not too busy and has the right kit. Otherwise, this is exactly what you need to finally get rid of lock-down "gainz" and restart your health journey. Personally, I have been here 6 weeks, coming 5 days a week, and have already lost 5kgs of pure fat (did I mention In-Body body scanner support?) Furthermore, working with Olly/Sam/Fintan is truly a pleasure and is the best hour of my day.

    RM Fitness has been my fitness home for almost a year now, and it's been an great experience. The coaches are excellent, and their unique programming approach has been a complete game changer. I've learned a lot and made significant progress as well as meeting some good mates along the way. If you're in any doubt about where to start your journey, RM Fitness is the place for you. Highly recommended!

    I've been a member of RM Fitness for just over a year now and it has completely changed the way I view the gym and fitness. I've never enjoyed or stuck to a programme for as long - probably because the coaches just make everything so easy for you! It's also such an amazing community. There's no judgement or egos and everyone is always helping each other out and supporting each other - and the socials are excellent!! Would highly recommend to anyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

    Recently worked with Sam on my nutrition and he not only helped set me on the path to achieving my goals, but did so in a way that was enjoyable, non-restrictive and, most importantly, sustainable. A great team to work with plus lots of useful resources on top of that.

    I joined RM a few months and I have noticed more progress in my mental and physical well-being along with my self-accountability than any other gym before! The coaches are really great in their approach and very attentive towards improving technique and habits. There is a great gym sprit with a sense of community where we do activities together outside of the gym. I would honestly recommend it to anyone considering giving it a shot!

    I recently joined RM fitness to vary my training, as going to the gym was becoming repetitive and I hit a plateau. I also wanted guidance with my nutrition. The team have been great! The sessions are fun and challenging, with the coaches always there to help and motivate you to push that final rep! Had some great nutritional advice too and have managed to drop body fat whilst maintaining muscle mass! Great gym, very friendly environment and would highly recommend!

    One of the best things about RM Fitness is that all you need to do is turn up. The session is already planned out for you so all you need to do is get there and do the work! It’s such an amazing community to be part of and I have honestly never been more consistent or enjoyed the gym more in my life. I am stronger and more body confident than ever and couldn’t have done it without the help of RM Fitness!

    I have been with RM Fitness over a year now and it has been the best investment I have made in my fitness journey. Every class is well structured, planned and enjoyable. I would fully recommend RM Fitness as a place to train and the best bit is it is suitable for all fitness levels. Great place, Great coaches and even more so Great people.

    Couldn’t rate this gym and the community it’s built more highly! The coaches are amazing and there for you every step of the way, no matter what your ability. The changes I have seen in the last few months have been incredible! I can finally say I feel comfortable in my skin and have definitely regained my confidence. If you’re looking for support, encouragement and a judgement free zone - you’ve found the right place! 💪🏼

    Joined over two years ago now and it continues to be the best gym I’ve ever been a member of by a long way. Helpful and attentive coaches with all the equipment you’d ever need. Supportive fun and friendly members. makes for a great sense of community too. I’m fitter, stronger, leaner and healthier than I’ve ever been. Give it a go!

    Joined RM Fitness nearly 4 months ago now and will never go back to a commercial gym. I've always had a love / hate relationship with the gym, often struggling with a lack of motivation due to being bored or not knowing what to do. The sessions are challenging, fun and varied. The coaches are really knowledgeable and have completely changed my life in terms of the nutrition side of things. I'm 1000% healthier and feel stronger, as a result this has really benefited both my work and personal life. Everyone is really welcoming and friendly, it's a really nice community. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

    The best investment in myself! I joined RM in my attempt to incorporate weight training into my life and improve my physic, as I had never used any weights in my training before and I would always get stuck in regular gyms, not knowing where to start or how to do the exercises properly. The coaches at RM are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and have been explaining everything clearly and planning very effective workouts throughout the week. They have also helped me a lot with nutrition and I am now at the healthiest I have ever been. If you too feel stuck, not knowing how to operate at the gym or feel confused about nutrition, I cannot recommend this place enough!

    High quality fitness training to meet your goals in a fun, friendly and supportive environment! I've been a member for several years and I can honestly say RM is a game changer for me. I'm more motivated and willing to just go to the gym because it's a friendly and supportive environment. All programming is taken care of so I don't need to think about it (which is a barrier for me at commercial gyms). The staff are fitness and nutrition experts and give sound advice and support that enable me and the other members of all levels to excel at their personal goals.

    I have been a member for close to 1.5 years now. It has helped me be my best mentally and physically for my family and at work. It is one of the best investments I have made in recent years. Every session is different and is high energy. Shout out to the coaching staff: Fintan, Olly and Sam for being a great bunch. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Can't recommend enough!

    I've been a member at RM for just over 6 months now, in that time my whole mindset towards exercise has shifted and I'm really loving being a member here. My main goal when starting out was to be consistent with my training and this has been made easy by the structured training schedules, the patience of the PT's and the group session dynamic. I leave each class energised and knowing I am getting stronger and growing in confidence with my strength and conditioning training. Joining RM has been a real game changer for me, I highly recommend RM to anyone who is looking to train in a friendly, structured and fun gym.

    I started RM Fitness last May and I'm so pleased I did. I've tried loads of different types of exercise before but I've struggled to stay consistent. The trainers are amazing! You just turn up and follow their programme. Some days I don't feel like training but because it's such a welcoming and fun place then I just turn up and work as hard as I can. They give support, encouragement and advice. I am now stronger, fitter and more toned. This year I'm more motivated then ever to keep going and hit my goals!

    I joined RM a couple of years ago and it was the best decision I ever made. The coaches are all so supportive and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your goals and take a genuine interest in your progress, giving you support or tips when you need it. The programming is done for you and the sessions are always enjoyable which really motivates you to show up. The members are all great too, everyone is welcoming and so supportive. The whole environment is such a positive one which can be so hard to find in a gym. Absolutely the best gym I’ve been to!

    RM Fitness has got me back into strength training and I love it. It’s a full community where you can meet people as well as work out and it pushes me to go. Everyone who runs the training classes are great & push you more than you’d push yourself in the gym!

    I've been a member for just over 12months now and it has been the best decision for my health and wellbeing. The classes and the environment created by the coaches & other members is second to none. I have tried many different strategies over the years to get fit and more importantly stay fit... this is the only one that has worked long term and with minimal mental effort! This for me is the best part: the planning is done for you. I would 110% recommend to anyone looking for a fun, sustainable way to achieve whatever fitness goals you might have; RM Fitness caters to all.

    I joined RM a couple of months ago and have absolutely loved it so far - this is the first time I've ever looked forward to working out. Not only has it been massively beneficial for my strength/fitness/mobility but it's also a joy to go down and get involved with the RM community. The facilities are awesome. Olly, Sam, Fintan and Russ are high-level coaches that really care about your progress. They're great guys too. Would fully recommend RM no matter what level you are at.

    I recently joined RM Fitness for their team training program, and I have to say it's been an amazing experience. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and always make sure to challenge us while keeping our safety in mind. The workouts are intense but fun, and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout. The community at RM Fitness is also fantastic - everyone is friendly and supportive, and I've made some great friends through the gym. Overall, I highly recommend RM Fitness to anyone looking for a top-notch team training gym.

    The workouts are fun, the members are inspiring, and the coaches give hands-on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome – no egos, just great people. You will make friends and you will see results, no question. It’s a genuine life changing gym experience. That sounds like a massive exaggeration, but it’s helped me handle stress, boost my confidence and live a healthier, happier life. Joining was the best decision I ever made.

    Not just a gym but a community with a great group of people and fantastic coaches. Having been a member for 2 and a half years, I’ve never been as consistent with the gym before as I don’t have to worry about planning my next gym session as it’s all done for you with a variety of exercises . Having become stronger, fitter and better educated on nutrition I would hands down recommend RM to anyone. 🙌🏽

    I have been a member of RM for a few years now, such an amazing gym with the best coaches. Hands down the friendliest gym environment, everyone is so encouraging no matter your level of fitness. There is no gym anxiety which is one of the hardest things about going to a new gym but everyone will welcome you with open arms. A gym to get stronger physically and mentally :)

    I joined RM Fitness after lockdown and it was easily one of the best decisions I made all year (second to deciding to get married). The Team at RM have got me back into my fitness and on the path to full strength in record time. More than that though, it is 'hands down' the best gym I have trained in. It is a very well equipped gym, but, by far, the greatest asset are the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a great attitude which allows them to put across training in a fantastic way. This amazing atmosphere rubs off on all of the members and it makes for the best training experience you can get. The ultimate test is turning up at 7am Monday morning, working your socks off for an hour, leaving exhausted but having had lots of fun. I challenge anyone to come to RM Fitness and not get significant gains from the experience.

    I joined RM Fitness nearly 4 years ago now, looking for more effective workouts and feeling fed up of doing endless cardio in a commercial gym as i didn't know anything better. I'm still so grateful I did! It's completely changed my attitude towards exercise - it's no longer a chore but something I enjoy and look forward to. The main difference is the programming, which ensures you train effectively and removes the need to plan your sessions yourself, and the community. The coaches have created a really positive, supportive, but also fun environment that really adds to the experience. Raising the bar on the Manchester gym scene!

    I am a new joiner and while the workouts are intense, I appreciate the variety and process of workouts per day. It really challenges you and will leave you tired afterwards but will feel good afterwards. Also the team and the environment are very friendly and not intimidating which is one of the reasons why some new joiners not continue with membership. Looking forward to my 3 month adventure before I leave UK soon!

    I’ve been going to RM Fitness for 3-ish months now and the only thing I’m gutted about is that they have probably ruined every other gym for me forever!! The sessions are absolutely perfect and varied yet enable you to progressively increase weight and get stronger. I barely did any upper body before joining here and now my arms, back and core are so much stronger. As advised by my coach I’m not as focussed on the number on the scale as I was but looking at the decrease in body fat % and increased muscle mass (this is aligned with my specific goals) You get paired with someone each session so it’s been a really nice way to meet new people especially if you work from home like me and I’ve made new friends. The coaches are so friendly and always remember stuff you mention you’ve got going on in life and ask about it which is subtle but it’s very nice:) There’s no toxic gym culture here, everyone supports and cheers everyone on, no diet culture, just focussing on long term sustainable change I’ve tried everything, training in the gym myself, gym classes, high intensity classes (similar to Barry’s) and this is the only thing that’s worked for me and that I genuinely enjoy. So if you’re reading reviews and wondering if it’s time to take the next step, this is your sign!!! I 100% wish I did it sooner

    Joined 2 months ago and it's been brilliant. The team there are so welcoming, they make you feel at ease and continually explain how to do the exercises correctly. I thought it might be intimidating but nothing could be further from the truth. I normally do the same time slot (7.00am) and the group who go at this time seem fairly regular so you get to know people and they help etc. It's so much better than going to a "normal" gym. Give it a go! 26/05/2022 update, can't really add much more than above. The experience remains fun and the routine also helps to stick at it. It's way better than going to a "normal" gym. Don't be worried about going, everyone's really nice and you'll feel at home!

    A gym like no other - The atmosphere is very professional but also very friendly, workouts are complete and different every single day. The big difference with other gyms is the coaches: Very experienced, always keeping you motivated, hard-working and safely training. Going to the gym feels part of your daily routine since day 1. Definitely the best place in Manchester to work out mind and body.

    I initially started withn RM Fitness back in 2017 and loved their no-nonsesnseI initially started with RM Fitness back in 2017 and loved their no-nonsense approach to helping individuals attain their goals. After the pandemic, having many things gone wrong, I was overweight and needed a quick start with someone to hold me accountable. Even having moved out of Manchester I reached out to Sam and asked him by name to coach me remotely and create a program. 8 weeks later, I was down in fat mass by over 8gg and my strongest ever! I would recommend RM Fitness to anyone regardless of age and ability. These guys know what they are talking about and care about each and every client.

    I started with RM in 2021 and loved that they took all the thinking out of training for me. With the workouts already designed, it's so easy to plan your week, and the trainers are so supportive. Didn't realise when I started how much of a community it is and how much I'd love not only working out (massive shock to everyone) but also the team and the other members. Since starting I am the fittest and strongest I've ever been- couldn't recommend RM more!

    Joined this gym in Feb 2022. It’s a great place filled with like-minded individuals. There’s no people wearing string vests and staring at themselves in mirrors. When I moved house in early 2023 I tried a few other gyms around Manchester City centre but nothing compares. I’ve since come back to RM and don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. It’s filled with friendly folk who enjoy training as well as the social side of it. The coaches are good quality salt of the earth blokes who make training so much more enjoyable than doing it by yourself. Would 100% recommend RM to anyone looking for a new gym

    RM Fitness stands out from any other gym that I've visited. I have found the mixture of strength and conditioning classes to be really engaging. The classes are focused and never dull. Before joining, I lacked confidence in attending gyms and had limited knowledge of equipment and techniques. RM has boosted my confidence, instilling a new mindset that makes going to the gym enjoyable and having a routine second nature. Furthermore, the coaches at RM are incredibly supportive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The gym fosters a strong sense of community with many friendly faces regularly attending. Cheers guys!

    Great gym with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They help a lot in getting used to different exercises, as a newcomer. They keep members informed with regular emails and the overall scheduling of sessions also makes it easy to develop a fitness routine. I started 4 months ago and since the sessions are planned a week in advance it makes the entire experience much more easier and exciting.

    The best gym I’ve ever been to! I’ve always struggled to know exactly what to do in a gym, so group sessions with a designated coach is right up my street. You never feel out of place, they will always help you no matter your fitness level. The timetable is also exceptional- I’ve never known a gym to offer so many time slots - you really have no excuse to miss a session! I at first thought the price was too high, that I would do my 28 days to get back into it and take my learnings to a cheaper commercial gym. But investing in yourself is worth the money. I’m noticing I’m spending less on takeaways / meals out / drinking, so it’s balanced out my spending more than anything. The value for money is excellent.
