Fantastic B&B. Great location, 5 mins walk to The Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Clean, compact rooms with everything you need including comfy beds with good pillows. Nice and quiet at night which is often hard to find in Blackpool. Breakfast was great (veggies and vegans were also well catered for) and our hosts couldn't have been nicer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect! Don’t want to go home! Leigh and Sue could not have been more friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is excellent, room was warm, cosy and clean and breakfast was delicious. We won’t be staying anywhere else for our trips to Blackpool.

Location few minutes from pleasure Beach, south pier, tram stop approx 15 minutes from Blackpool South railway station, sue and Leighton are incredible host's so nice and welcoming

A lovely hotel with extremely friendly Leigh and Sue running it Our room was small but plenty big enough with en suite and very clean Our hosts were always prepared to offer advice and recommendations about places to go It was a pleasure to stay here

Excellent B&B perfect for the pleasure beach and sea front, very friendly hosts and very helpful with local attractions and dining. Room was clean and comfy we had the TVR room. Free Wi-Fi and Free parking. Would recommend, would stay again.

I had a short stay and despite travel issues the hosts were very accommodating (despite me being awkward). They couldn't do enough for you and provided lots of usesful info. They even let me stay in their car park after I'd checked out, to save money on parking in the town. The room was nice and the bed was comfy (even for my knackered back) and the breakfast was lovely. If I'm ever back in Blackpool I would definitely stay again. Thanks 😊

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Leigh and Sue were outstanding hosts also very knowledgable and friendly. Stayed here with my husband and two young sons who loved it also. Breakfast was lovely too, we will definitely be back.

A fabulous family run b and b. We have had the pleasure of staying somewhere where the hosts genuinely care about the customer. Very clean, tidy and pleasant. Owners went above and beyond. Highly recommended and will definitely revisit.
