Lucien was our guide at the Louvre and Paris Opera. He was FANTASTIC!!! We had been previous visits to Paris but our college age son had not been to Paris and Lucien made the tour interesting for all. It was a great progression through time o the beginnings of the Louvre and the special stories in history to make it truly memorable; not just marking down pictures/sites as being seen. The Opera and its interiors were stupendous and none of us had been there previously. The Versailles tour with Jean was wonderful (had never seen Petit Trianon) and Umberto at Fontainebleau so special with good correlations to other sites and time periods (special thanks for assistance with transport for our son back to Paris). Thanks to all these educated, congenial, and kind young men. Thanks to Lucien, Jean, and Umberto for a well informed, interesting, and all the organized visits. We would love to work with all of them again!!! Also, Manon arranged for our private champagne tour for my husband and I with Lucie-marvelous. Worked out perfectly and she was a truly great guide with lessons for us being more informed about Bordeaux wines. She taught us more about champagne private growers. My Private Paris put together an amazing customized tour for the 5 days we were in Paris. When we first had reached out, Alexandre got back to us right away. We gave him a list of places we were interested in seeing and they did all the rest. Alexandre designed a great itinerary, booked/bought all the tickets and even included a car service from the airport. We had 5 different guides and all were knowledgeable and engaging. We were traveling with 2 teenagers and the guides were especially good about catering to their interests. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this company…they helped us make the most of our trip!

My Private Paris set up our full day tour to Versailles perfectly! We were greeted by our guide Laure (Lo) and her driver at our hotel right on time. On our drive, she gave us a bit of history on what was to come. When we arrived, everything was prepared and we zipped through the lines to start the tour. We had a great time and Lo was very knowledgeable about the history and art at Versailles. She was a very fun and interesting tour guide and my husband and I wished we had more time to tour with her in Paris. Next time I hope!!!!

I had a very significant birthday in January and as travel was still too unpredictable we simply decided to celebrate at home in Belfast. For many years I had wanted to visit the Orangerie and Giverny as, many years ago, we had stood in awe at the Waterlilies with only very few others in the Orangerie and on subsequent visits to Paris it always seemed to be closed. So my very thoughtful husband organised for me to fulfil my wish and he chose My Private Paris to travel out to Giverny. Both our guide, Raphaëlle and our driver Anicet both added so much to this experience! Anicet had been brought up in Normandy and was able to make the journey out from Paris so much more interesting, and all I can say is the Mercedes was very luxurious and the aircon was definitely welcome. We have travelled a great deal over the years and have completed so many guided tours but we both rate Raphaëlle as one of the most knowledgeable, friendly and simply interesting guides. Her command of English was superb, ( as a retired teacher of modern languages I really appreciated this.) Her knowledge of art and in this instance of Monet’s work was prodigious and delivered with touches of humour. We cannot thank her enough for making this such a marvellous trip, especially after 2 years of confinement and hoping in advance that the effort to travel to Paris would be worth it. I personally would like to thank the company and would recommend this experience.

We had an amazing tour of Montmartre with Audrey, who is local to the area so really was able to share a lot of off-the-beaten-path areas and information. We learned the history of the area and really gained a deeper appreciation for the artistic history and the more contemporary street art. We found ourselves seeking out the same artists' street art in all the other areas of Paris we explored during our stay! Audrey's tour was great - highly recommend!

I booked a trip for my daughter and husband on their honeymoon and all services were superb. They did a private walking tour including the Louvre. Guide was fantastic and they saw some really nice behind the scenes view of Paris. The second day they did a cheese and wine tasting that was excellent in a private cellar setting. This is the third or fourth time we have used MyPrivateParis and they never disappoint. Highly recommend. Kudos to Bertrand and Marie for arranging.

Our family of 11 (that included three generations) had the best week with the knowledgeable and personable guides of My Private Paris. Bertrand and his team organized a thoughtful and thorough itinerary that covered everyone's interests, and each tour guide did a fantastic job of sharing their vast knowledge and keeping us all comfortable. Excellent tours of Paris and the famous sites. The tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. They genuinely loved giving the tours. The private small tour format gives you much more of the history and lets you go at your own pace. Highly recommended especially for families.

We can't say enough great things about this service. We booked two tours that both exceeded our expectations. First, our Versailles tour with Victor was a dream, especially for my wife who lives for experiences like these. Victor was warm, friendly, smart, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable about the museum and grounds. There is no possible way we could have gotten this experience ourselves without his incredible details and ability to avoid the crowds. Next we had a tour of Montmartre with Audrey. Again, just a perfect tour from someone who clearly knew the area and gave us a charming, warm, and informative two-hour tour that was exactly what we were looking for. Walking away from these tours it was very clear to us that the guides are intellectuals, artists, and love to share their knowledge. We felt like Victor and Audrey were both people we would enjoy spending time with in real life and that made all the difference. Highly recommended.

Our tour with Audrey of the Paris Highlights and Arc de Triomphe was AMAZING!!!!! We were picked up by our private transport and driven by Rethy- who was also wonderful! Audrey took us to all of the highlights of Paris including Sacred Heart cathedral and the breathtaking area surrounding it. Audrey gave us tons of facts and information that we didn't know! We also had some delicious treats at the Galleries Lafayette. Audrey had us all pumped up and ready to climb the Arc de Triomphe- we went to the top and saw the magnificent views of Paris! We also had Christina with the Black Paris Tour- she was wonderful too and super informative! And Lee our driver was great! Alexandre planned our trip to perfection- thank you Alex!

I don’t leave many reviews but Victor from my private Paris was awesome. To tour the Louvre with someone who studied at the Louvre and had passion and enthusiasm for art was amazing. He created an environment of infectious enthusiasm and my wife said it was the first time art moved him. This was the crown jewel of our trip to Paris!

Charlotte, Elliot, & Christina made us feel like family and locals, too! My first time in Paris was an awesome experience! We felt like we were being shown the ropes personally by family. We were able to navigate, successfully, like locals afterwards. We even found a favorite haunt, we became regulars, and like the tv show 'Cheers,' everyone knew our name. It gets no better!

We booked a private tour of the Louvre for 6 of us. Our guide, Flora, was Fantastic! She asked us a few questions to determine what we would want to see and off we went. She takes her time and makes sure everyone is included and adjusts the tour on the fly based on questions and how we are responding. I highly recommend taking this tour.

We traveled to Paris in March 2023 for my daughter's Sweet 16 and used My Private Paris for several tours that week. They were amazing! Lucien took us on a Napoleon and Josephine tour.... he was incredibly knowledgeable and it was an amazing experience. We were able to get into all of the museums and areas without waiting and see so much! It was the highlight of our trip to Paris.

Had a memorable two days of two different private tours. First was of Versailles in the morning and a drive and tour of Giverny and the home of Claude Monet. Our tour guide, Ludivine, was very knowledgeable and imparted a great deal of wonderful information about both sites. She also helped us to find a wonderful restaurant for lunch in Giverny. The next day Lucien met us at the Louvre for a marvelous tour throughout several of the sections of the Louvre that we were interested in seeing. He listened to what we were interested in as well as how we reacted to what he was showing us to personalize and adjust the tour throughout our time together. I highly recommend this company and their wonderful tour guides. We will definitely be using them again for future tours when we return to France.

I highly recommend My Private Paris if you are looking for a guided tour service for a trip to Paris. We are a family of 4 that had only 1 day in Paris - so we wanted to really optimize our time there & hit the highlights. Manon was great to communicate & coordinate with and designed an appropriate experience for us. Our tour guide Ludivine was super knowledgeable & such a pleasure to be with for the few hours we were there. The booking process was easy with clear and timely communication. Coordination with the tour guide on the day of was also super easy. The tour included a clean car & driver (with water bottles!) and the tour guide & driver communicated well with each other.
