The location is great, very close to the beach and the seaside promenade. But this is where the good ends. The room is dirty, as well as the public spaces. Everything is old and needs repairs. We had to wait for pillows and towels for the whole day. And it's needless to say that towels and sheets were never changed during our 1-week stay. Moreover, they turn off AC during the day when it's most needed. The receptionist doesn't speak English. So it is a bit hard to communicate with him. I cannot recommend this place. Though the price is relatively cheap, it doesn't cost the money and your nerves and memories about the holiday.

If u want to travel economy , this pansion is a great place. We just wanted a place that is near the marina area and not expensive. The personel were very helpful ,cooperative and kind. I just suggest them to offer cleaning more, as the room floor became dirty very soon and the bathroom was not very comfortable. But all in all I recommend it .

Not recommended! The price is completely inadequate to the quality. No hot water during the whole stay. Air conditioning, which the hotel boasts about - does not work. All towels we got were dirty. There was no wardrobe or shelves in the room - a problem for a longer stay. The staff treat women disrespectfully. The staff only talk to men, women don't even reply ''good morning''. This happened every time. Such conditions may be acceptable if you pay half their price. Location great, internet works without problems.

Dirty! The toilet bin was full of dirty toilet papers. The ground is dirty. Other rooms were opened and not cleaned. The receptionist promised me to clean my room when I'm outside, but when I came back at night to sleep it was still dirty. No toilet papers, no shampoo. No towel. I had to ask for a clean towel. The hotel is old building, it's not a hotel!!! The terrace is a small rooftop.

Its a perfect location, hospitality, clean, so lovely staff and the view and unbelievable rates for Bodrum standarts. Thankyou very much for your kind welcome.

Worst hotel I've ever been (and I'm used to cheap places). We arrived at 9pm (no precision about check-in time were given and they had my credit card as guarantee) BUT they rented our room to a couple for 2 hours (no need to explain why) and said we can have it right after. We refused and after one hour of negociation they gave us another room. The room was small, smelly, dirty, no hot water. We don't blame the receptionist but the manager because we called him and he didn't care about our situation. Don't go there!

Unfriendly Host that tried to modify the number of rooms on the reservation and prices, filthy rooms that we're not cleaned in weeks if not more, ticks (very well fed ones) on the curtains falling on the beds heads... Glass panes on room Doors that let the light enter from the corridor. Non-functionning toilets that double as a shower place... The view from the terrace is quite good, and it's the only clean place of the hôtel but it doesn't save from the very neglected rooms... Would not recommend by any means, all the surrounding hôtels are far more professionnal It could be a decent place for a resonable Price if the employees weren't just drinking and smoking all day instead of working properly.

Water wasn’t working so had to use other rooms to have showers- zero room service and beds needed changing as it was like sleeping on a car suspension. Only good thing is that the hotel is in a good location.

Budget accommodation in central Bodrum. Not the cleanest but is cheap. Staff are okay, however there is no parking actually available except if you walk a couple of blocks.

The hotel is in 3-5 min from the seaside! We rented 3rd floor room with the view. That's amazing. You just wake up and hear AZAN from the mosques. Get up from the bed and see the panoramic view to the city. Amazing! It has terrace on the top of the building. Price was reasonable from 300TL, but in the season can be twice or more expensive.

Started with the receptionist trying to get me to sign up for an intimate massage (and touched my body inappropriately). Then got shown and given keys for one room, when my partner and I showed back with our bags we got moved to a worse room and badgered for a tip before being allowed to enter. Room was rough looking and didn't have hot water, but was safe-ish and had working AC. Location was good for walking around, but there is absolutely no parking so plan accordingly. Good luck driving to the front of the hotel!
