1. It’s not bad hotel, but some management staff need more courses to improve their knowledge. 2. Some day found serious difficult in water, in the toilet. The water been stopped few hours, then found bad quality of water (attached picture). The management doesn’t care of costumers, without saying sorry or apologise.

We stayed 1 night. We paid for 500k (incl. Tax & b'fast). So we have no expectations at all for those price. But we as a guest deserves a better improvement. Pros: 1. Good location 2. Quite clean Cons: 1. Very slow check in process. That was 2 front office staffs. But only 1 who handle the guests, another 1 was so busy with his computer. Eventhough he saw that already 3 guests (1 is on check in process), but he seems doesn't care at all nor asking how can he help. 2. I tried the key twice and I went to reception twice to activated the key but IT STILL DIDN'T work out. The 3rd time I went downstairs and I asked to change the key, and finally receptions staff (female) immediately go to my room and she tried it with a master key. Turns out the door was locked from inside & they need to repaired it. Actually it was also wasting my time after waiting for so long to check in. Finally they change my room to another room that in front of lift. 3. There was lack of sound proofing, it was very loud & noisy, I heard every time lift was opened & another guests come & go. I can even heard a loud motorcycle from 5th floor. I can barely sleep. 4. There was no basic amenities, such as shower cap, soap bar or handwash. I asked for shower cap & they don't have it. How come? 5. They stated that forbidden for smoking inside the room, and guess what? My towel was smell of cigarettes, it was disgusting. Very ridicolous, right? I thought for that price at least we can have a better services, since this hotel is big hotel group.

They have good hospitality. The location is near to Bogor Botanical Garden. Worth price and service.

Strategically located. The room was clean and comfortable. A walking distance to the Bogor Botanical Garden. Many restaurants and cafes along the street Clothing stores and factory outlets are nearby. Easy to get transportation.

A very decent hotel well located in Bogor city centre. It is 5 minutes walk to a big mall with all the services and the botanical garden, plus some restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms are good but I did not like the sound insulation, it was very poor and apart of the mosque every night at 4 am we could hear people talking, walking and speaking over the walkie talkie in the corridor, which is quite annoying. Also the WiFi was not strong in certain areas. Breakfast is ok: standard variety of Indonesian food (fried rice, noodles, soup, rice porridge and eggs) but short of Western one (plain cereals, milk and three types of fruit) no proper juice, bread or other toppings, so it gets boring after couple of times. Staff is very polite, well trained and attentive. They clean your room, change bedsheets plus towels daily. You have drinking water available on the restaurant area and can chill there. It would be good to have a simple gym: couple of machines would do it.

Great place to stay near Kebun Raya Bogor, and also lots of places to eat around the hotels overall is quite good experience while staying here, looking for another chance to get here

Stayed for a night during ramadhan and I wished they used a brighter bedsheets as they seemed to turn a little greyish and doesnt give a clean appeal. The breakfast was quite good whn delivered to the room during the ramadhan month. The front lobby parking was rather limited only fiitted several cars as we had to park our car in the next door empty 2 lots away. Overall, its ok but a bit pricey at the time especially for such a hotel in Bogor area.

Friendly and polite service with quick responce for assistance despite technical challenge at the building of budget hotel.

-- Room -- Standard hotel room. There is actually nothing interesting that I can point out aside from the couch that is positioned directly beside window. Too bad I don't bring my books. -- Staffs -- Helpful with information and ready to help. But the funny thing was, I told them this is my first time staying with Zest and they don't even bother to show or tell me how I can access my room. I had to get lost a bit and looked like a suspicious person before I met one of the staff walking around. -- Location -- The hotel location is really great. A lot of restaurant chains are within walking distance. If you're willing to walk a bit further, hospital, shopping malls, entrance to the bogor botanic garden, and other kinds of busy shops are nearby. There is a Starbucks reserve nearby. Too bad I found out it was exclusive to selected areas and bogor is one of them.

The staff will parking your car through the free valet. When I visited there is no deposit and I booked from Agoda with no problem. The room pretty spacious. There are tv channels with lots of option. They located right beside the pedestrian so it’s easy to find. And in front of them is Bogor botanical garden so you can visit it.

the service is 10/10!!! Quick check in process. Agoda promo available, super help full 24h. Clean rooms and hygiene toiletries. Located in the heart of Bogor, near caffe, mall and any attractions. So good.

one of best budget hotel in bogor city with stategic location and affordable price, suprisingly they also sell some of cupcake and puding at lobby and also street food at front of hotel, thank you mr rio and rivaldi for the excelent sevice during my stay with family, highly recomended

The elevator was down, not fixed, the breakfast room is very small, when there are many guests , it's full, will haave to wait, not every guest can get seats immediately.

Clean, comfort, nice hospitality, quite enough for small fam with 2 kiddos. Good location, near KRB, lippo plaza, McD 24-hour, Burger King, dominos pizza. Many pros and just slight cons, you get only 1 access card (no reserve card) and quite audible sounds of vehicle on the highway.

Need a place to crash for a sudden extended trip. Place is very strategic, room is small but cozy. Good deal for a fair price. Be ready to pay a deposit of IDR 100k upon checking in

Nice hotel that suffice your staying needs. The provide sahur for Muslims who are fasting. Friendly receptionist that handles the guest's needs well. It is at the city center so it is quite close to almost everywhere or good places in Bogor.

Decent room design for 2 star. Somehow ac is not using hand remote and it very loud it like 3 years old boy playing freaking violin. 1 of light in my room is not working. i got bite by something at night probably mosquitoes or dust mite Ps : bring bug ointment

The room was comfortable. I couldn't use the in room safe, though. The fried noodle and pisang bakar were tasty, but the coffee latte wasn't suit my taste (was it using instant coffee?)

Easy to find meals for family, takes about 5minutes on foot to mcD, BurgerKing, circleK, local meals(warteg), Lodaya es durian etc And about 10minutes on foot to FO's (factory outlet) at jl. Pajajaran. there are about 3 banks, a Silloam hospital, and another hotels around. Lovely location .. Reffy

Small room with leaked noise sound from another room. Also in the morning ive been woke up with sound from vacuum cleaner in the hallway. No bell boy, just security help.

During my 2 day stay at the hotel, I really appreciated their humble staff, both front liners and security. When I arrived, the hotel room was clean, nothing was dirty and tidy. All the facilities are quite complete, but I regret that the room is not soundproof, for 2 days I really couldn't sleep because I was disturbed by the sound of people passing through the corridor, both the guests, and the staff in charge on that floor. Then for the breakfast, I like the menu and everything was delicious, thank you to the cheff and staff who served quickly. And the last, the location of the hotel is strategic, close to the food court.

I stayed here for one night and booked the room via Traveloka. When you checked in, you need to have a 100k deposit. Room access use card as usual. Room facilities are TV, AC, water heater, safe-deposit box, and amenities such as Nescafe coffees, Tong Tji teas, sugar, two water bottles, shampoo and soap (2 in 1), two toothbrushes, and toothpaste. No hair dryer in the room. No shower cap provided. Besides the twin beds, this room also has extra space like a sofabed near the window. The bedsheets are clean enough. Many electric sockets are available. They have common spaces like a dining area and a children's play area. They have 2 elevators so it's not that long to wait for the unit to reach your floor. They provide live music sessions on Saturday nights. The location is strategic in the middle of the city. They also have a spa service in the same building

A suitable place for a holiday with family, the location is strategically located in the middle of Bogor city. There is a wide variety of food and drinks, from hot to cold. There is also Streetfood every weekend with its mainstay menu, namely hero noodles at very affordable prices. The meeting room is also comfortable, cool, the wifi is also fast. The staff on duty are also very friendly to guests. Basically, Hotel Zest Bogor is the best
