We
stayed

night.
We
paid
for
500k
(incl.
Tax
&
b'fast).
So
we
have
no
expectations
at
all
for
those
price.
But
we
as
a
guest
deserves
a
better
improvement.
Pros:
1.
Good
location
2.
Quite
clean
Cons:
1.
Very
slow
check
in
process.
That
was
2
front
office
staffs.
But
only
1
who
handle
the
guests,
another
1
was
so
busy
with
his
computer.
Eventhough
he
saw
that
already
3
guests
(1
is
on
check
in
process),
but
he
seems
doesn't
care
at
all
nor
asking
how
can
he
help.
2.
I
tried
the
key
twice
and
I
went
to
reception
twice
to
activated
the
key
but
IT
STILL
DIDN'T
work
out.
The
3rd
time
I
went
downstairs
and
I
asked
to
change
the
key,
and
finally
receptions
staff
(female)
immediately
go
to
my
room
and
she
tried
it
with
a
master
key.
Turns
out
the
door
was
locked
from
inside
&
they
need
to
repaired
it.
Actually
it
was
also
wasting
my
time
after
waiting
for
so
long
to
check
in.
Finally
they
change
my
room
to
another
room
that
in
front
of
lift.
3.
There
was
lack
of
sound
proofing,
it
was
very
loud
&
noisy,
I
heard
every
time
lift
was
opened
&
another
guests
come
&
go.
I
can
even
heard
a
loud
motorcycle
from
5th
floor.
I
can
barely
sleep.
4.
There
was
no
basic
amenities,
such
as
shower
cap,
soap
bar
or
handwash.
I
asked
for
shower
cap
&
they
don't
have
it.
How
come?
5.
They
stated
that
forbidden
for
smoking
inside
the
room,
and
guess
what?
My
towel
was
smell
of
cigarettes,
it
was
disgusting.
Very
ridicolous,
right?
I
thought
for
that
price
at
least
we
can
have
a
better
services,
since
this
hotel
is
big
hotel
group.
