The worst holiday experience in my whole life. The staff were very very very incompetent and let us wait for HOURS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (and we drove a long way too. Sooo tired). The general manager was VERY RUDE whilst it was THEIR mistake. Unvelievably irresponsible and unethical. They had the audacity to give us “just write bad reviews on social media, we don’t really care” attitude. The worst of the worst. I would never recommend anybody to stay here.

Ternyata Kamar gak bisa di pastiin ready di jam segitu . Sampe di kamar masuk jam 13.00 lewat dikit . AC panas banget . udah komplen . responnya lama. Udah gitu Gak ada kulkas mini seperti yg di jelasin di deskripsi dr apps tiket.com . Kasur kalo di dudukin Bunyi ngek ngek ngek . Keunggulan nya , disediain tempat breakfast seperti biasa . (Soalnya hotel2 lain fasilitas breakfast nya di anter ke kamar), sama bisa pakai kolam renang . Nice hotel, some room facilities are need to repaired. A little noisy from another room, no response when try to call the operator. Breakfast are great, but need to improve on the dining table placement, since there's area that too close to swimming pool.

The hospitality was not good at all, it was happened when i held a two days event there. First, when I registered the free parking around the middle of night, there was only one young staff (maybe around 23-25 yo) with bad service in a minimum of light reception area. Second, i was requested for a tea spoon to take the sugar from the bowl they served when breakfast time at resto, the spv or maybe manager (a lady with a vest) answered me that they just served it with the spoon that already in the sugar bowl, that is a soup spoon btw. The worst, my client lost her watch at her room, and my fried lost his 5 million rupiah at his room. It was happened when the first day of event is running. Unfortunately they told me at the second day of event. Too bad, moreover the event topic is all about CHSE standardization of hotel.

Hotelnya bagus, lobby juga bersih dan elegan. Kolam renang bersih dan kalo malam enak buat duduk-duduk disana. Ruangan kamar ada yang besar ada yang kurang besar dan rapih, tapi ada juga yang cerminya harus diganti, bantalnya cuma satu itupun tipis menurut saya, tapi empuk kadang ada guling kecil warna kuning, shower kamar mandi suka ada yang bocor, sering nemuin telepon kamar yang ngga berfungsi dengan baik. Untuk pelayanan ramah, tapi kurang cepat tanggap. Terakhir kesana minta breakfast diantar ke kamar kena charge 25ribu. Security ada yang ramah ada yang cuek. Untuk makanan rasanya ga wah buat sekelas hotel, tapi harganya juga ga nguras kantong sih (kecuali jus cukup pricey klo dibandingin dengan rasanya). Breakfast kadang asin dan ga menarik karna seringnya itu itu aja. Internetnya labil, kadang cepat kadang lama tapi lebih sering lemotnya, mungkin karna banyak pengunjung kali ya. Chanel tv ga banyak, cuma banyak listnya aja dan itupun ga bersih banyak semut and no signal. Lokasi strategis dan banyak minimarket serta jajanan kaki lima, pun dekat ATM CENTER Overall good, hanya mungkin perlu ditingkatkan untuk internet dan chanel tv nya aja kali ya, biar kalo sambil kerja lebih mood lagi. Stay in their Junior Suite. It looks like Horison just bought a license to do hotel business from previous hotel owner. It has apartment style. Nothing to complain. Everything run smooth. We checked-in around 11PM and have VIP parking. Can't do much detail review about the room, but i remember that there was 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Each room has an AC, but they only give one AC remote for 3 unit. Telephone not working. Had a nice sleep and solid shower. Pleasant stay!

There is no parking space available, and we were adviced to park the car across the street in front of shops with no guarantee of security. It was troublesome during rainy day. The corridor is a bit dark, because some of the light was off, and even if it turn on , it just still dark. One of the elevator was broken, so you need to be patient waiting for the elevator. When you take shower, the water can not flow properly to the drainage because of wrong elevation , and it makes the bathroom all wet and slippery.

Blanket is dirty. Maybe you can improve your TV to smart TV

Room is clean, but some spot is need repairs like wall mirror is not clear and water droplets from Air conditioner to floor and at least there are lots of puddles in the bathroom and it doesn't dry out immediately. Location is near from Toll road. Easy access by car. Easy booking and quick response.

Not so great experience, kinda overrated for a 4star hotel, i booked 2 nights here, the picture of the room are quite different with the actual situation. Firstly, there's no bellboy who helped us carry our luggage to the room, it was the FO officer who helped us, also we can't get extra key card when checking in FO says that the key card is limited. Second, there's no bolster in the room like in most of the pictures, when asked the FO just said that it was never available. Third, parking space for car was limited and the system for free parking was kinda hit or miss. Fourth, selection of the breakfast buffet was very limited equal to 3 stars hotel, so don't expect a great breakfast experience. Fifth, the room was not so clean, we see a lot of ants / bugs in the table and around the curtains, thankfully there's none in the bed. Sixth, there's lack of basic toilet amenities such as shower cap, hand soap, and hand towel We just got a toothbrush, soap&shampoo, and bath towel. Seventh, there's no minibar/fridge and no closed wardrobe in the room, there's a open wardrobe with 4 hanger The good thing about the room was hot water was fast and consistent, there's a working hair dryer in the bathroom, AC was cool and can be configured easily. Overall i still give this hotel a good enough rating for the price. Although the facility is not up to par with a 4 star hotel, i got the room with a cheap enough price that make this experience kinda justified.

keep the hotel as your last option. several reason i would not recommend this hotel: - my room was clean, but it has big water spots near the AC. - the AC was noisy and it took long time to cool down the room - the bathroom exhaust fan is not working i do not think the other room quality that different from the one i was staying (i stayed at room 529). my family stayed on other rooms and they had several issues too.

apart hotel concept. we booked the two bedroom suite. everything in the room works perfectly. the only issue was we were given the smoking room at first even tho we specifically requested for the non smoking room. but staff are helpful enough to exchange our room and gave us late checkout since we got delayed upon checkin.

It's a condotel , the room quite spacious (junior suite, equal to 2BR Apartment)

Pros: all employees are nice, responsive, and friendly. Quite bright room with a balcony. Nice swimming pool next to the restaurant. Cons: not that clean, found some broken furniture, hard to find parking space, limited tables and chairs for breakfast.

I’ve gone here for a job. The ballroom was nice and neat and the snacks for break time were adequately tasty. Unfortunately, the AC in my room was noisy and there wasn’t a hair cap in the amenities. I like the food, and the view outside the restaurant.

Over all, this place is okay, location nears tol access, but little bit takes time to central of town, although there's quite a lots of lovely place to visit nearby, restaurants, mal, and so on
