I’ve been sitting here waiting for them to take my order while the workers all just sitting around inside just for them to finally 10 minutes later tell me they aren’t taking orders. So much for the 24 hour service they advertise. Worst service I have ever seen at a McDonald’s.

Service is severely lacking do to labor shortage & the fact McDonald's is operated by young adults & teenagers. They will close the drive thru & the dining room at 9-10pm. They will say they do not have enough employees to serve you. Food is made okay. Same as most McDonald's but they do not want to work & close the restaurant to customers. Wonder how management has not solved their labor shortage challenge. Should be looked into by corporate authorities.

The gentlemen at the machine and first window Alex is exceptional. This guy want above and beyond to make my order and my quick couple minutes hilarious. Alex made my day. Tell Alex you appreciate him and he deserves a raise or a promotion for outstanding service.

Workers are good people. Need managers that don’t look at their phone all day. Managers may be good also but no training. A/C set on max cool. Condensation everywhere. Ceiling falling down. Mold starting on ceiling all over. Needs to be fixed or next call to health department.

Only go hear if you want a dirty floor stale food, and workers who spill your drinks. I watched the girl go around the corner looking for my table. Ignored the front of the house. She then proceeded to walk back to the kitchen with the order in hand. And drinks tipped over. After waiting for 30 mins. NO ONE CALLED OUT THE ORDER NUMBER. I had to go up and tell them I was waiting for my order I say she had. The guy gives me a shocked face then yells at a "Christina" who the comes around the corner of the counter holding the order, no attempt at cleaning the spilled drinks, or somewhat fresh food. The fries were cold like they came out of a freezer. The chicken nuggets were rock solid. The frappe was melted. Not to mention there's no tables for anyone to sit at and trash all over the lobby. The kiosks have what looks like ice cream sprayed all over the screens.

We ordered from the Drive In Lane. The line moved quickly and we received our food immediately as we pulled up to the window. The pace at the window was too quick though. We drove off and unpacked the kids' food so they could start eating as we were driving down Tamiami Trail. We got a few miles down the road when we realized that the large drinks for the adults that we paid for were never handed to us by the person manning the Drive In window. We decided not to go back, because it would mean waiting in the line again, so we were ripped off.

Who owns this McDonald’s? Do you hire anyone to work Night Shift? Sincerely surprised this location is still even open at night. Don’t go here at night. Drive to Naples, it’s worth the extra miles and quicker by the time you drive there and back, you would still be waiting in the line at this place

24 hour mcdonalds not accepting orders right now. Typical terrible customer service for a mickey ds not sure why u even try these shitholes anymore! F mcd's. Seriously this chain has the most consistent bad service! I promise to never pull in to any of your parking lots ever again! Don't worry Wendy's is still open.

If you thought San Carlos Park McDonald’s was bad…this one puts them to shame. They say 24 hours but never serve food past 2am. Only take cash late night and don’t offer anything but fish filets and fries. I even crushed a cockroach running across the floor while waiting at the register to be told they won’t accept anything from the McDonald’s app. Worst McDonald’s in SWFL.

On Tuesday morning on the 26th September 2023 at 2:00 a.m. a cashier (Paula) according to her, left me hanging at drive-thru after she told me to go ahead and order whenever I'm ready. I then parked my car and went inside only to find her with co-workers and friends at the table while eating and laughing. I noticed that she still had her headphone monitors on. Felt deliberately ignored. I did express to her that she left me hanging at drive-thru. All she did was roll her eyes at me while she proceeded to take my order.

We ordered 6 soft serve ice cream and three cookies. We smashed it all up in a tuber-ware with a brownie, Reese’s, chocolate syrup and sprinkles. It was heaven. Thanks for great soft serve.

Went to McDonald’s for my birthday and shout out to Antonio and the girl working with him they were the best workers I’ve ever met ever!!

This is in Bonita Springs off US 41. The food was fresh and the service has always been quick especially for a Saturday morning.
