This man is rude !!! And disrespectful! Nor sure if he's a manager I surely hope not... but he needs to be fired asap!

customer service is practically unknown at this location…I had ordered a mobile order and called in to ask them if they could make the food a little later because i was stuck in traffic and knew I wasn’t going to make it by the check in time…when I get there she tells me that she threw the food away because it got cold (which I completely understand) I politely told her that I paid for the food and was told her in advance that I was going to be late and asked if there was any way she could remake it or refund me. She responded with attitude and had an unwillingness to help. It wasn’t just her acting like that, but ALL of the staff. Not to mention the Mc’Donalds is crammed right by a gas station and there is little to NO room in there and it looks unkept and unclean.

Today I had the worst experience. I ordered my food and they gave me a completely wrong order. The young man seemed to be having a conversation with another employee on the head set and wasn't paying attention. He took my order completely wrong. When I got to the second window, the employees were speaking Spanish and cursing. Not ok. Then, while waiting for the rest of my food, the young lady at the window tried to say they gave me the right order. She was extremely rude. She also had dirty finger nails and looked unkempt. She had a terrible attitude. I repeated that the order was wrong, but they were acting like I was lying or something. They all need to get retrained or replaced. But what can I expect from McDonald's.

Just stopped to go P….bathroom. Never seen a McDonald’s in a gas station like this place. Had a Vegas like Quarter machine thing where you drop a quarter in and the idea is to get like 3 back….never works fyi! House always wins. I know, I live 3 hrs outside Vegas. Anyway, dirty and scuzzy looking here. Also Had a help wanted sign for gas station for an “Experienced Cashier”. That’s cool. Though, nobody has to add/subtract these days so really, no experience necessary. Good luck peeps/Floridians/Snow Birds!

I don't do MC Donald's but my granddaughter begged me so what's there to do but take her. Surprisingly it was very fast,clean and staff were all busy taking care of things. Only down side I feel is the touch scream order system. To many places are being replaced with this system. I'm not a fan. I would rather speak with someone and get my order right then touch something heaven knows how many people have and spend way to much time trying to figure it out.

Wish there was a better way to say buyer be ware. I ordered the Mcchicken and got a dried up piece of chicken and 2 pickles. NOTHING ELSE. It was so bad I couldn't eat it. Sloppy employees and they are really kind of nasty and think they are great

The only reason why I go here is because it is close to my job. Most of the people that work here don't have any manners. I have called 3 times in the last 4 months. Horrible service. There was/is a manager - Gilbert - he is amazing - I knew him from another MCDONALD'S that he worked in.

I stopped in on my way to work. The location is basically inside a convenient store so there is a very small ordering/waiting area. I ordered a egg McMuffin and a hash brown. I received a McMuffin with sausage instead of the correct Canadian bacon. They had no condiments out, nor did they ask if I needed any, so by the time I realized there was no ketchup for my hash brown I was already out to my car and didn't want to navigate back through all the waiting patrons. Also the main customers and staff were Hispanic and spoke spanish even when calling out your order # so you need to pay attention when they place the orders in their pickup area.

Everything was clean. The employees were courteous and very professional. They did not rush you. The fish sandwich was very good in my opinion. The bread was soft and the fish was not hard.

Burger was flat, dry and I left hungry. Culver's was like night and day difference. Delicious food 😋
