Hotel a bit far from downtown Accessible by bus (609) from the train station but it does not run very frequently... Room would need some renovation... Walls dirty at the exit of air conditionner which shows a clear lack of housekeeping/renovation. Breakfast was excellent... Not really fair to ask for additional money with the excuse of increase cost of energy..

The hotel was an absolute delight. We stayed Bed and Breakfast, and our downstairs room was roomy, comfortable and much better equipped than I even expected. The bathroom especially was stylish and perfect. Breakfast seemed your traditional continental, with delicious fresh fruit and some hot food. The small pancakes were a real treat! Every member of the team we spoke to was kind and polite (I'm sorry we only know basic German) and happy to help us out. All in all a very lovely place to stay.

horrible service. probably a toxic environment for employees as they all look unhappy and rude to the customers. Me and my clients decided to have some drinks in the lobby bar before we go out for the dinner and Bartender Aidin served us and then we quickly had our drinks and headed out for the dinner but the he stopped us at the doorsteps to say "you have not paid the bill" which was true as we had totally forgotten that.. I apologised probably 10 times from him and we returned back to lobby to pay the bill but he was talking like "You are an adult and you should learn not to leave without paying" and I thought he was joking so I didn't say anything but he was still talking in German and I didn't understand anyword.. I didn't care and ignored his rudeness, paid 11 eur bill and left for the dinner.. we returned back to the hotel after 2 hours and wanted have some more drinks with my clients so sat in the lobby ordered our drinks and same waiter, Aidin served our drinks with the bill in the hand and I said "Can you please add it to the bill because we will sit longer and we will have more drinks, not only one. so I can make one payment instead". He rejected it and said "you have to pay now because you should learn not to leave your table without paying it so you are paying now, not later". he clearly told these in front of my clients and everyone else in the bar and he was clearly getting more rude as we talk. Everytime we ordered drinks he told me to pay it immediately unlike all of the other guests in the bar and even worse was we had to call him a couple of times to order as he was deliberately ignoring our table.

I really like the hotel as it is close to the place i need to go. The people are very friendly, they organised a taxi as and when required to the city, they respect your privacy when you put a DND sign outside unlike other hotels in the region. My biggest and only complaint is the wifi keeps going off and it is really embrassing if you on a call.

must be the only 4 star hotel without an evening restaurant facility there is nothing within walking distance apart from that the hotel, is good excellent breakfast many choices but an evening meal is surely not a luxury are party had to resort to deliveroo takeaways

Room was nice and clean. Staff at the front desk and the bar especially wasn’t very polite. I travelled with a large group of colleagues and it seemed like they didn’t like to have to serve that many people. The breakfast was good but a hour prior closing, there were already breakfast items missing and no been stocked back. At the morning of Dec 24, we were asked to leave the hotel by 10am as it was closing (never heard of such a thing before!).

Nice hotel with confortable rooms, a good breakfast and kind service. A bit far from the city center.

As there was NO heating available in the room (it was snowing outside) I only give 1 star

- the best thing about the hotel is the staff. - the room smelled very bad when we checked in. Like someone slept there for a week and didn’t let air in. - the room could also be if it’s from light renovation. It was a bit shabby.

Despite the temperature outside being below freezing, we were told at check-in that the central heating was off and there was only a small electric heater in the room. A heater too small for a junior suite room. The room was very cold and my daughter had a high temperature the next day with a cold. During the night the bathroom was very smelly with cigarette smoke from other rooms. We were victims of reduced energy costs.

Thanks team for the great host. Our team felt like being home. A pity that you closed the restaurant.

Staying there for one night its ok but more than one night I prefer to stay elsewhere nearby the center.

nice rooms but no mention on reservation that restaurant was closed and no room service available. Hotel difficult to access, sign is sunk in poorly trimmed kept bushes

hotel room is nice. expense of parking a lot is reasonable. concierge is professional. Breakfast is very basic, bit poor compared to same price level‘s hotel.

I stay for short weekend there. Good hotel, restful. Their staff are friendly. Recommend for business trip or short weekend.

Hotel was not bad but not specialy perfect too. I found the breakfast a little bit light for some stuff. Restaurant was good (3 diner) but they need more deserts than just ice or home made Tiramisu. The hotel was calm but this depends more from other peoples. I find it a little bit too far out of the city. Parking was not expensive (6€ per day).

We used to love staying here but something has definitely change with the service and staff. They are less hospitable and accomodating. The rooms before were spotless and cleaner, but the last time we stayed, strands of hair all over the beddings, smelly bathroom and dirty floor. I don't think we would consider to stay here again.

Great hotel ! Super clean, polite service and very good and varied breakfast !
