horrible
service.
probably
a
toxic
environment
for
employees
as
they
all
look
unhappy
and
rude
to
the
customers.
Me
and
my
clients
decided
to
have
some
drinks
in
the
lobby
bar
before
we
go
out
for
the
dinner
and
Bartender
Aidin
served
us
and
then
we
quickly
had
our
drinks
and
headed
out
for
the
dinner
but
the
he
stopped
us
at
the
doorsteps
to
say
"you
have
not
paid
the
bill"
which
was
true
as
we
had
totally
forgotten
that..
I
apologised
probably
10
times
from
him
and
we
returned
back
to
lobby
to
pay
the
bill
but
he
was
talking
like
"You
are
an
adult
and
you
should
learn
not
to
leave
without
paying"
and
I
thought
he
was
joking
so
I
didn't
say
anything
but
he
was
still
talking
in
German
and
I
didn't
understand
anyword..
I
didn't
care
and
ignored
his
rudeness,
paid
11
eur
bill
and
left
for
the
dinner..
we
returned
back
to
the
hotel
after
2
hours
and
wanted
have
some
more
drinks
with
my
clients
so
sat
in
the
lobby
ordered
our
drinks
and
same
waiter,
Aidin
served
our
drinks
with
the
bill
in
the
hand
and
I
said
"Can
you
please
add
it
to
the
bill
because
we
will
sit
longer
and
we
will
have
more
drinks,
not
only
one.
so
I
can
make
one
payment
instead".
He
rejected
it
and
said
"you
have
to
pay
now
because
you
should
learn
not
to
leave
your
table
without
paying
it
so
you
are
paying
now,
not
later".
he
clearly
told
these
in
front
of
my
clients
and
everyone
else
in
the
bar
and
he
was
clearly
getting
more
rude
as
we
talk.
Everytime
we
ordered
drinks
he
told
me
to
pay
it
immediately
unlike
all
of
the
other
guests
in
the
bar
and
even
worse
was
we
had
to
call
him
a
couple
of
times
to
order
as
he
was
deliberately
ignoring
our
table.
