This hotel is well situated, has a good amount of parking (19 euros for 24 hours) and is comfortable and clean. The rooms are a decent size and the pool and sauna area are both nice as well. It was very reasonably priced and felt quite up market for the amount of money that we paid for it.

I have been there for two nights. The hotel is comfortable. The room was clean and with some comforts. The bed was too softy for my standards and at the end I didn't sleep well. The best part of the hotel is the breakfast: tasty and with many choices. The worst part is represented by the employee. They are rude and totally unfriendly (with some exceptions at the breakfast room). They hardly gave us a smile when we arrived at the hotel.

An old, somewhat characterless place with original decor from the 60s and 70s. It smells a bit dusty. There's some charm in the suite where, on the 7th floor, you have a great view and a good amount of space. One can imagine politicians staying here during the capital years. At the moment hotel is next to a building site which will probably exist until 2022. It's not peaceful when the windows are open and the swimming pool looks onto a wall of containers. Location is of course good and if you can get a good price you'll be satisfied on VFM but Hotel Bristol is nearing the end of its life and needs a massive renovation, or rebuilding.

It is OK. Old hotel. The lift rattles. Room is simple. The cupboard in my room has only one door and they leave it like that no efforts to repair. Maybe because I am asian? Breakfast minimal, at least for me

Clean room, helpful staff, classy building. However: old and shaky elevators, cannot work in the room (no electricity outlets available, poor WiFi, no decent desk), small room, small bed, AC not working (too warm unless by opening window that has not been cleaned on the outside for a very long time), small and old TV with limited channel selection.

We were given a room that someone smoked in, the front desk said there are no rooms permitted for smoking, however there was an ashtray in the room? Go figure. Anyway, they changed us to a new room without much hassle. Large size rooms and a decent view

This hotel shouldn't have 4 stars. In reality the bathroom equipment is not the best, and the wifi (at least for me) was unusable during my whole stay. It should be such a basic service, instead I had to use mobile net. Otherwise it's clean and the beds are OK.

This hotel should not be 4 star at all, all the furniture are too old and damage, the sofa photo attached " dirty and cut" and the bed in my first room was broken and the room dont have save box, they told me you need to but all the thing in reception, I believe even you can't find such low quality in 2 star hotel, the fridge is damage and when I ask why it is not cooling they said this is what we have. No min bar service at all, the TV 14" which used for desktop computer 😡😡😡😡, the SPA area is too old and not clean, most of the equipment there are damaged, I really not recommending anyone to go. This is my advice !!!!!!!!!😡😡😡

Catastrophic hotel. I think they're manipulating their reviews massively. If it wasn't for an important meeting scheduled there I would have left right on the spot. Bad mannered receptionist, agreed upon booking schedule ignored, impossible to lock room properly, disgustingly dirty including but not limited to bloody fingerprints on the curtain, holy dirt mess at the shower and several months worth under the bed. Wi-Fi and several electrical outlets and lights not working. Narrow bed. Separated to the next room only by kind of wooden door, I unfortunately heard virtually every poop. Tv channel selection was outdated. There are better youth hostels for a fraction of the excessive price. In this supposed 4star hotel they even offered to share a room with a stranger at their discount rates. Last but not least their claim that the hotel is located very central has to be taken very literally with freight trains passing by at night and other construction work related noise stuff in the middle of the night. Turning on supposed air conditioning annoying green light turned on stylish in the night.

We chose this hotel for its central location, which is great, but that's about it. Had a suite booked. When we entered the suite, there came the terror- our bathroom floor was flooded, wall skirting had 2cm of dust on it and carpet under beds had not been vacuumed for some time... When I adressed this to the front desk, they where quite ignorant about this, like its an every day thing. By check out nobody cared to ask, how was our stay or anything of that sort. I would be embarrassed to work there or stay there again. This hotel should get a motel status instead of 4* hotel. Never again.
