I went to purchase samsung galaxy buds pro which was at a retail price of 8499 on the samsung website. But when I visited the store they quoted me a whopping 16000 for the galaxy buds pro way above galaxy buds 2 LOL. And when I told them it was retailing for 8500-9000 they were laughing and said " Sir aapne galat dekha " when I said it's even 8500 on the samsung website they said it must have been a one time offer. So I showed them and they were like huh ok. Also in Croma it's retailing for 8490 + discounts when I told them this they behaved rudely said toh yaha kyu aaye waha se lelo . These garbage sales people don't know how to behave only. No wonder why samsung is better off parterning with croma to display there .

Not giving proper information and even attend properly, behaviour is very rude.

I visited the store when I was looking to buy Samsung Galaxy Buds2, I was told I could get them for about 6k but when I visited the store again the next day they said the price was 8K and when I enquired about why I was told 6K earlier, they got v defensive and stated that the prices for electronics keeps changing everyday. It's incredibly rude of them to fool customers like this and increase the prices by 2K within a day. I would suggest you look for better pricing for products at Vijay Sales or Croma as they are better in terms of customer service and provide better store experience.

My phone display was broken but touch was working fine, they replaced both of them and charged higher bill. After the repair they did, corners from back side were damaged and got transparent (originality white) After using phone for 2 weeks, touch is working fine
