I went to buy a monitor, they had lot of stocks. Nowhere I found display models for monitors but in this branch they kept display models, it help a customer to have a touch and feel. Sales staffs are polite and answering to all our inquiries. Here I bought Samsung M5 white colour monitor except this store I don’t see a stocks in nearby outlets. There is no discount on the product :(

I would not recommend anyone to buy any product from this place Vijay sales. We bought one Fridge and Washing machine. Guess what Fridge gave us problem in 2 years the cooling fan gave up. Then today the washing machine gave up. The washing machine we bought was 2 months old. Not working we have no clue what it is not working. We phoning them to get hold of anyone to assist us, nobody is interested answering the call. This is sad. Please don’t buy products from them.

In fact, I also visited the Vijay Sales at Ghatkopar and Santacruz, but nothing can beat the spectrum of models on display and the professionalism of the Borivali one. We brought a cooler from this store on 20 April 2023, they had insured us that if we buy extended warranty for 1 year the replacement will be done for the same if any problem arises. Water leakage started happening from the 4th day of buying the product. So we made a complaint in the same store. The technician come for the first time, still the issue continued then he come for the second time still the issue continued, till now today (29 may 2023). The issue is not solved!!! We have demanded for a replacement. Now they are not taking any action anymore!! We call in this story 3-4 times in a day for the issue but still they don't take any action. Don't buy any product from Vijay sales anymore as they just give big big promises and don't take action. This should not happen with any other persons.

Worst and bad experience of this Borivali Vijay sales. I was sold a faulty 43” LG TV. Just within 2 days or so a Horizontal line appeared on the TV. I complained to Vijay sales and they definitely provided me with a REFURBISHED TV. But just after the warranty was over similar Horizontal line appeared on the replaced TV. Since it was Lockdown period we did'nt take a step forward. However now below the horizontal line Flickering has started. That’s where I felt Vijay Sales and LG Tv has given me a FAULTY TV. I visited Vijay sales, Borivali and asked them for replacement or refund my money BUT NO HELP WAS PROVIDED. The senior customer service person is telling LED TV has only one year or one and half year life, so ridiculous. They mean to say Customer should BUY new TV of Rs. 43,000 and to repair the panel after 1 year We should spend another 18,000. Just imagine the loss of the customer. This go to show that Vijay Sales & LG Company believe in only selling the product, after which its not their lookout if the product works or does not. Hence its my advice never go by names because they only foold people & break the trust. I will never ever recommend anybody to buy any LG product or go to Vijay Sales.....they believe in just following the Rules which is never meant to help a customer or retain a customer......but they do not believe in going out of their way, their ridiculous Rules & Policies and help the customer. Miserable experience with the Company and its Distributor

It's a good place to explore consumer electronics, during special days the whole centre turns into a chaotic places because of offers given on all products which is good in way for the consumers but it's tiresome at times. The billing queue is for almost 1 hr plus which is a serious mis management by the centre and has been constant over the years during festive days and special days and national holidays. Which is a major concern as to select the product it takes 20-25 mins but billing it takes 1 hour flat.

They have almost all electronics. Its one stop for all electronics. But they did one wrong stuff at the covid time when i wanted a laptop they gave me damaged piece which they said cannot be exchanged. Soi would not rate them more than this

Worst Customer Care of Vijay Sales. For nearly 1.5 year purchased refrigerator repairing they gives 2 days timing for technician call. Full on timepass answers getting from Customer Care. For refrigerator, customer care Ms Vini said, all gudgets are equal now a days. So if Vijay Sales like big Brand customer care person will give such type of answer then what will be worst situation for gudgets. Vijay sales team atleast teach your team every gudgets cannot count in equal category. Am spoling my things which kept in refrigerator, and the Vijay Sales Brand says all gudgets are equal. Take responsibility of your staff and teach them proper service and no ghumav firav answer which is very bad for your future. Wirst experience so zero star for you.
