I traveled with two of my friends from limerick Ireland to this hospital for surgery. We were welcomed in reception by lovely Esra. She was so welcoming and very friendly. She has very good English so we were able to communicate very well with Esra and she was always there when we needed assistance. The other staff in the hospital were also extremly helpful and friendly . I will be back for another surgery in the future ❤️❤️

The best hospital services I have received in Izmir. Their staff is very kind and helpful. They provide foreigners with an English translator/interpreter who helps you out in case you do not speak or understand Turkish. She was very kind and made my checkups way easier than I had inticipated. Overall, I'd rate the hospital a full 10 on 10.

During my visit to this hospital, I was very satisfied with the quality of the services offered, particularly the reception and medical services. Another thing I was very surprised to be assisted by a translator, who is a very nice woman who was able to follow my requests to the end. I was a Solo traveler, on the beginning many questions were in my mind but trust me all yours doubts go away as soon as they start your treatment. The team picked me up from the airport in VIP van. They take all your medical history and fill some forms but don’t be afraid it’s a formality of every hospital you can even ask the forms in your language. Dr Bahattin Mercan have done his work awesome the results were the same how I wanted. The team is very friendly especially the consultant Hande Nur Hosgör she is very friendly. My overall experience was superb. I will highly recommend this Hospital.

So it was a really good choice for me to come to this clinic for physical therapy ( knee arthrosis and a cracked meniscus issues on the same knee ) the staff were super flexible with my Appointments and they tried to accommodate my wishes as much as they could.. caglar was the one taking care of the appointments and he was super nice and Ezgi was the one who took care of my sessions, they were both super helpful and professional. Ezgi helped me a lot and in just 6 sessions I already started to see the difference. I highly recommend this place ❤️❤️

I had my first surgery in April and second one in October. On both occasions the nursing staff were outstanding. They had very good bed side manor and great English but as I spread the Turkish language I had no breakdown in communications. It’s also a training hospital the nurses are young. The care team are lovely and gentle and so happy to help. I also have to mention the kitchen staff always a happy to change a meal if you didn’t like it. My surgeon is absolutely excellent. I had surgery 6 weeks ago and lost 15 kg. I was very satisfied with the whole team, and Dr. Haluk Unalp and Asya, the person who took care of everything, are very friendly and polite. And my nutritionist Ezgi answers nicely to any question at any time. Thank you all and in 6 months I will return with pictures before and after the operation. I recommend to everyone with confidence🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely brilliant hospital, couldn’t do more for me while I was there, very attentive and checked on me around the clock anything I needed I had within seconds. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering to visit Izmir for surgery. Hande who I was in contact with throughout planning and visiting to my time spent there and even booked a hotel to stay in for a week before we went home she helped us with everything and couldn’t do more for us, absolutely amazing, Thankyou .

From the second I walked through the door, the service has been amazing. All the staff are welcoming and polite. All my tests were done quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this hospital enough!

Everything is perfect in this hospital, I would recommend every native and foreign patient, especially I satisfied doctor Ozgur Demirtas and Taner Akguner , and all of them nurses....

I love the hospital very nice staff! And clean! The rooms are very pretty and large they have a couch for family to sit if necessary. A man comes around the floor and offers tea (chai) which is really cool! Great experience :) Pelin is very helpful and kind great contact in the communications department which will be able to answer any questions you have. I’m from the U.S.A and had the best experience!
