I'd consider myself a tough critic for hotels. This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. You can control the room temp and there's no loud clunk when the AC kicks on. By far the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel. Service is super friendly and accommodating. Location is great and safe. They actually have maid service each morning - most hotels don't offer that post covid. Aura breakfast isn't the tastiest but the service is great. I had hoped they'd open before 7am though. The bar has nice options as well. I wish every hotel was a nice as this one!

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The room's attention to detail and comfortable ambiance provided a relaxing retreat, while the staff's exceptional service left a lasting impression. The hotel's eco-friendly initiatives resonated with me, and I was pleased to support their commitment to responsible tourism. The dining experience was a true highlight, with a menu that celebrated the region's flavors and culinary traditions. The hotel's central location made it an ideal base for exploring the city's cultural treasures. Without hesitation, I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enriching stay.

I have to say, this is hands down the most spectacular hotel I've been to on the east coast. To start we arrived 3 hours before check in and were ready to leave our bags but our room was ready and they just handed us our cards. 🙏🏽 Spent some time exploring, there's a beautiful herb garden and little terrace on the second floor. AND there is basically a fitness club- a pool, options for massage and isolation/sound therapy, a gym and a sauna and okay you obviously have to pay for a massage or the therapies but hello a steam room! I had a workout, swim and time to unwind in the steam and I have never been so relaxed. Such a great experience. Also the restaurant food at Tamo was delicious if you can get in there for tapas before summer ends I recommend it.

I may be biased because I lived here for months when it first opened but it also gives me context for comparison. The staff is as attentive and entirely customer experience focused as ever. The rooms & suites are yet tip top, as one would expect of Boston's finest, and the in-house restaurants serve delightfully delicious meals. The Seaport district is now a bustling haven for all manner of entertainment and this hotel is in a prime location for walking, sailing, and just about any other mode of touring you could wish for. The event spaces and support are also top notch.

I have stayed at several 4 star hotels in Boston. I was amazed at the service I got at the Seaport Hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and had a great view. Very convenient to restaurants. Will stay again!

As a mom of a wild 3 year old boy and an 18 month old who is following suit, our stay at the seaport hotel was warm and welcoming. Everyone who worked there from the front desk, to the waitstaff we're very accommodating, friendly and put our family's needs first. We felt so welcomed and you don't find this everywhere especially when traveling with littles. Thank you so much! Can't wait to return to Boston!

Staff is friendly here. The room is pretty roomy for 2 adults and 2 kids. Has a nice indoor pool. When we check into our room the tissue box only has 3 tissue in it and the small personal sanitation wipe they provide was use by last guest which they didn't change ( it should be change after each guest) and didn't provide any slippers. But wasn't a problem when we call housekeeping and they bought it to our room. The only thing I really didn't like is the bathroom ventilation. It has vents but it doesn't seem to work. If u stay there longer than 10 mins it get really stuffy and hot. I have to leave a small gap on the door to be comfortable doing business in there. But otherwise it was a nice stay and overall a good experience. Also location is close to the bus line so its very convenient.

Was an exceptional hotel. Rooms very nice, bed was comfortable, restaurants within hotel were great and parking was convenient. As someone who is in the fitness industry though, I know the fitness center isn't always the "focus" for the hotel, but the treadmills were a little gross with sweat stains and rusting. The fitness center staff was great and the variety of equipment was great! My only thing was the visible cleanliness of the treadmills I noticed.

Great location - walking distance to all of the seaport attractions. If you’re in town for a conference at the BCE, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the venue. Spacious rooms with some beautiful views and equipped for all of our tech gadgets. The front desk agents were super friendly and helpful, particularly the gentleman who works during the weekday evenings. The attached underground garage made for an easy parking experience. Would highly recommend staying.

Excellence in guest experience must be this hotel's motto because they certainly deliver it... and when I say "they" I mean absolutely everyone I encountered while I was there. Kindness goes a long way and I'm thankful for everyone who made my stay such a pleasure!

Great location, Good food, Clean rooms. I stayed at the hotel 2 months ago. I had a good sleep on my first night there, which is rare. The room is impressively clean, and the restaurant on site is good. Looking forward to my stay there next week again.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Great location. Close to port for cruising. Can't say enough about concierge Daniel (Danny) who absolutely went a step above and beyond. First time travelers needed lots of help. He answered emails and texts for two months before we arrived and proceeded to answer every question once we arrived. Made our great trip even better. Thank you Danny!! We loved Boston and you help make it happen.

Excellent hotel! Room is nice. You can get water from front. Very quiet but very nice location. Lots of restaurants around. But best part was service. My shower room was a little broken and I called the fronts desk. Within 5 min Service person came and fixed everything! I will definitely come back !

I stayed at the Seaport Hotel for a weekend trip in Boston and had an amazing experience! The lobby and our room were very nice. The people working at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Great shower and also clean! Comfortable bed. All other staff members we encountered during our stay were also so nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Make sure to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. Centrally located to pavilion for a concert or really anywhere in the Seaport. Tons of Restaurant options within 10 minute walking distance. Every room has a sort of view higher up you go. Rooms are higher convenience end. Different food options in house as well. On site parking garage.

Absolutely great place, I highly recommend staying here. I was here for a conference at the exhibition center across the bridge and it was so well connected. You can access the direct bridge on the 3rd floor of this hotel. The rooms were so comfortable and clean! I had a room on the top floor and it was an obstructed view but I had a lot of natural light every morning. The bed was super comfortable, but the pillows were a bit flat (didn’t expect any different from feather pillows). The bathroom was also really nice with a spacious, walk-in shower that had dispensers attached to the wall for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There was also space to put your own products, which many hotels don’t have, so I appreciated that. The hair dryer is a bit harsh because it doesn’t have a diffuser on the end, but that was a minor detail — I’m not complaining. The hotel lobby was also a really nice feature of staying here. It rained the day after I arrived and I needed a place to work, so I went downstairs and found a lovely seating area next to a fireplace (that’s always on) that fit the bill perfectly. There are outlets and tables that are free for your use. The restaurant in the hotel is a bit pricey and they don’t do room service, but you can go down and get your food to go for your room very easily. It’s just a wait, so keep that in mind. I ordered a pepperoni pizza (1 topping), which cost me $23 to take it away myself, and I had to wait almost half an hour for it. But it was tasty, so there’s that. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance, the staff were lovely and welcoming. They also had a concierge that was available to help guests with so many things that I didn’t get to take advantage of… and they had complimentary bike rentals that I wish I had the time to use. Next time!

Had a great stay at the Seaport for marathon weekend. It was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the location is great...so, all in all it was a wonderful stay. It's very convenient to the airport and the train station, with a Silver Line right station (World Trade Center) right next door. And you can be anywhere in the city in minutes and not have to worry about driving or parking. There are some good dining options within walking distance to the Seaport, for example City Tap House, Legal Seafood, and Yankee Lobster. And a couple of great breweries......Harpoon and Trillium. They have a very nice fitness center, cafe, and full restaurant on-site. They had some nice amenities for race weekend for runners which was a plus. We have stayed at some of the other big hotels in the seaport district and this one ranks among the top in my opinion. Sorry no pics.

Unfortunately you can't give 4.5 stars. Great hotel, but a couple of little things did not allow to give 5 stars. The faucet in the shower did not work well, there was no hair conditioner (empty jar). One of the electronic keys did not work. The problem with paying for a souvenir. The rest is excellent. Clean, great bed and linens. Friendly staff, garage availability and valet service. Compliance of price and quality. Choosing a hotel based on the recommendation of my daughter. Now it's my turn to recommend to others.

Recently stayed here and had a phenomenal experience. The hotel was clean, beautiful, the food in the lobby restaurant was delicious, the gym/locker rooms were fully equipped with everything you could need and more, and the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience

The staff were excellent, and I appreciate the service inclusive approach. The Seaport area has become an excellent place to walk around and grab drinks and food, so the location works very well. The rooms are good, they're clean and well set up, but I don't think they're very special. Also, the walls and ceiling are pretty thin (or our neighbors were very loud), so if you're a light sleeper, consider earplugs. Noise from outside wasn't a problem, though.

Aaron at the front desk is perfection! Everyone at the hotel was kind and courteous. We had the fortune of getting a corner room that looked out onto the water and we could even see the airplanes taking off and landing. The room was clean. There was a mini fridge and even I nightlight in the bathroom in case you needed it in the middle of the night. The location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

My go-to hotel for events in the Boston convention center. It's a very pleasurable 4* hotel with a decent gym and super friendly staff. I've enjoyed every single stay here and wasn't disappointed coming back post covid after three years again. Breakfast was a little pricey and I missed a buffet option. Restaurant is solid with a nice and small menue.

Absolutely loved our stay here and so glad we chose it! We wanted to stay out of the city but still with lots of stuff walking distance and this hotel provided! Staff was super friendly and both concierge and front desk were helpful with everything we needed/asked. Gave us tips and tricks for planning our day which made all the difference for us first time Bostoners. Rooms were very nice, spacious (we had a King Suite) and very clean. Would definitely recommend for a place out of the city, with great views of the harbor right outside the doors, lots of restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks (required by husband)! Also plus, the silver line station is right outside and goes to airport all day for very cheap!

I loved this hotel. The staff were super friendly and even gave my siblings stuffed animals at the door to our room, which was primed and ready upon arrival. it's in a great location, just out of the thick of things but still has many cute stores in the Area. Everything was clean. highly recommend

The room was a decent size, clean, and they had free water in the room. We stayed 5 nights and they did miss cleaning one day and we had to ask to have fresh coffee pods and cups. They immediately sent someone to take care of things. The bed was very comfortable. I very rarely sleep the first night in a hotel but in this instance both my husband and I sleep incredibly well all 5 nights. The first night the front desk personnel were great, said if we didn’t have enough water, just let them know. We asked for 3 extra bottles of water in 6 days and they did seem put out. The location is quite close to the silver line to get into town, but most of our trips took 3 different lines/buses to get to the touristy areas of town. In addition to the public transportation we logged about 5 miles a day.

Came into Boston for a business trip. I ended up getting a room on the top floor facing the city with a partial view of the water. The location is near perfect, there is lots to do around and the views from the higher floors are great.

Best hotel!!! By far our favorite in Boston. We stayed here for a mini vacation and could not have been happier. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special! The rooms were gorgeous, clean, safe, and the kids loved all the high tech extra touches...like the TV having a personalized welcome message for us. The pool was great. We also loved the on-site restaurant! The calamari was to die for!! We will definitely return!!!!

Amazing experience. I stayed with family and we enjoy it. The Check-in process was smooth. Very friendly staff. The room was super clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a very nice view. Amazing indoor pool with glass ceiling and city views & beautiful patio seating area too. Hotel located next to nice restaurants such as Pink Taco. I highly recommend it.

Very nice and comfortable. Check in was easy. Lady I dealt with was very educated on the hotel and its workings. Nice to see today. She cared. My wife and I will return for another stay. Highly recommend if you wanna stay in the seaport.

Very clean, modern hotel. The staff (Alberto and Joe) went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful during our stay. The pillow menu was great. Complimentary water bottles in the room each day. Complimentary warm apple cider and pumpkin bread in the lobby each afternoon. Highly recommend!

Rooms are nice sized and layout is pretty good. Location is great for seaport area. Loses stars for staff and lack of service. Housekeeping didn’t touch room once in 4 night stay. After the second day they didn’t clean I went to the front desk and was assured the room would be cleaned the next day, it was not. Night before we left I went to the front desk and was told “I’ll be sure it’s cleaned after you check out tomorrow”. Not worth the price.

Phenomenal place to stay. High quality hotel, with exceptional service 👌. One of, if not the best hotels in Boston. Perfect location, with dozens of restaurants within walking distance. 12-15 minute walk to Quincy Market area.

  • 5/5 Katrin S. 2 years ago on Google
It was a great experience there! Perfect cleanliness, coziness and attention to details such as a sanitizing machine, automatic curtain opener, disinfecting wipes and even a dozen different types of pillows by request. The only thing to improve is to include some body lotion/cream in the room implements. Thank you Seaport Hotel!

Great priced hotel with parking, small Starbucks, restaurant inside and much more. Its location is great and close to nearby shops and within walking distance to the North End and Chinatown. Customer service is good and the staff are friendly but they can seem lost in their own social life at times and some of the older ones have a chip on their shoulder. That aside, I would recommend this hotel. 👍

Very quality hotel and comfortable stay. Staff was excellent and went over and above on everything. Harbor views from some of the rooms are wonderful, got up in the morning and watched planes take off and land. Restaurant is solidly good. A lot of nice touches in the room and a pleasant, clean bathroom. Slept so peacefully in the bed.

  • 5/5 Robert P. 2 years ago on Google
Nice place very clean and lovely view of the harbor. The front desk had a seating area with a fireplace. Unfortunately the bar, and restaurant were both closed due to staff shortage. That was one of the reasons we went there to relax and have dinner and just go up to the room. Was not informed about the closures. Very disappointed. Confusing to get there due to construction. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking in the basement but you must pay. But in the morning there is a small coffee spot that serves Starbucks and breakfast deals, the two gentlemen that ran this place put a smile on both our faces, they were friendly and just a great way to start the day.

One of my favorite places to stay in Boston, hands down. My family has been coming to stay here for more than a decade and have always had a great time. If you’re lucky, you’ll snag a room with a view of the harbor and maybe even Logan Airport. The room we stayed in most recently made for some GREAT plane-spotting. They have a nice parking garage and easy access to the MBTA Silver Line (rapid-transit bus). The Seaport neighborhood is a lot of fun, too.

April 2021 - Hotel checkin was long, front desk woman ( eastern European ) was rude/ snobby. Hotel Parking was expensive. Hotel room was beautiful. Our group was able to get rooms close to each other, luckily we called in advance. We booked 2 time slot (back to back) to use the pool. The older gentleman who was managing the pool was awesome, humble and personable ! We basically had the pool all to ourselves . He definitely redeemed our entire hotel stay.

My wife and I spent last weekend with our six month old. I can't speak highly enough of our interactions with all of the staff, particularly Kayce at the front desk (I apologize if I'm spelling your name incorrectly). She was kind and accommodating, locating our room at the end of a quite hallway for the little one. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the added pillow options were a welcome bonus!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The experience, the location, the service -- it was all top notch. I came into town for a business trip, and my stay at the Seaport Hotel made the experience wonderful. From the very beginning, the check-in process was super quick and easy, and the the first impression of the service was that the staff were professional and eager to help. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room was impressive. They also cleaned and turned-down the room every day, which I've noticed most hotels stopped doing. The gym and pool were really nice, too. I also loved the location, or two reasons. First, it was an easy walk to pretty much everywhere (the office building, coffee shops, restaurants, etc). Also, it's right next to the harbor, which has a beautiful walking way. I highly recommend this place!

Seaport Hotel we meet again a year later and things only feel a lot better, The amenities were as expected, free water in the mini fridge, ice bucket, robes and towel, standard for many hotels but the view was just as perfect as I remember. overseeing the seaport part of Boston its a great getaway for both business and pleasure. Its nice to be greeted with "welcome again Mr. x" props to the service training team for that. the concierge staff was helpful, but not overly friend, which is fine they seemed super busy, the point is they got the job done without any issues and it was a smooth check in process. price 7/10 this is not a cheap hotel but the amenities, view, location and service do show why the price is what it is. its a quiet hotel at least in my section. what really surprised me was that i was great

Maybe for an individual traveling this is a fantastic hotel, but being a part of a large group, it was not accommodating whatsoever. I’ll certainly consider coming back, but it’s not high on my list. It’s a nice classic hotel, but could use some modernization to be flexible with the needs of others. For example, they allowed super early check-in (11am) but refused giving an extra hour to check out. Even an extra 30 would have been helpful. Restaurant also closed a bit earlier, and bar service shut down at the same time. Again, wonderful hotel in a solid location. If I come back, I’d look at many other options for sure rather than come straight back.

Great location in the seaport area, short walk to the Leader Bank Pavilion if you’re in town to see a show. Polite, friendly, professional staff. Room was very comfortable, loved the walk in shower & fluffy towels & bathrobe, ac was extremely efficient. Used valet parking this time round, but next time will take advantage of self parking which is accessible from elevators inside hotel. Ate in Tamo one evening, not a huge menu, but what they served was excellent. Highly recommend & will absolutely stay here again.

I absolutely love this hotel. It’s a “Yes, we can help you” at every request. Want an upgraded room? Yes. Need anything fixed? Right away, ma’am. Can’t link your phone to the tv? We’re sending a tech immediately. Need something completely crazy at 9pm (spoons and fruit). Sure, we got you. It’s super close to the subway (World Trade Center stop), close proximity to the water (for 50 more bucks a night get the water view), and is very close to the children museum and Boston tea party museum. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Daily room service, which is hard to find right now. I don’t always spend 400 bucks a night on a hotel room but glad I did this time!

I cant say enough about This Beautiful hotel, great service , great location and great views. We are right in the middle of everything. You can walk or take the train , plus close to the airport. This is our second time here. The first time we took the water taxi over from the airport , this time we took a lyft to get here from airport. We are here now for 4 nights. So far its great as usual. Looking forward to the next few days here. Here are a few room view photos.

Nice hotel nice location but very disappointed! We came to celebrate a birthday and go to see The Celtics play! We received no prior notification that maintenance would be in progress! Very disappointed that the pool was closed due to maintenance for most of our stay. The steam room needs sanitizing, it had a musty odor. It’s a great location for Summertime. Downtown for this trip would have been better! The beautiful fireplace was lit for few days then it was turned off! No explanation was available when I asked why? What I’d like Seaport staff & executives to know is that when guests book the hotel, they are expecting to have all amenities available as described on the website. If I knew the pool was going to be closed & the steam room not sanitary I would have booked downtown. ALL staff was friendly! Kudos for that!
