This was a wonderful dining experience. I loved the pâté, their bread was fanatic, and the crab cakes had a very interesting flavor that intrigued me. I'm a sucker for French fries, and they were hot and crispy. We were given a complimentary scoop of sorbet (amazing raspberry flavor) while waiting for our main entrees, which was a nice touch. My beef Wellington was delicious and I highly recommend it. My husband ordered the hamburger that had an interesting flavor profile. They mix it up with unique ways of making original things taste new and interesting. The key lime tart was mind blowing. The patio is gorgeous and the ambiance set a romantic tone for our Friday night dinner date. Check this place out!

Very good food. The beef wellington is the best thing I've had on the menu. Although the wait time cab be long at times the staff is quite friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place for any special events or occasional fancy date!

The food and drinks here were incredible! My husband and I took a trip to Red Rocks for a concert in May and decided to explore nearby areas during our time. This restaurant popped up as a great option and I’m so glad we dined here! This meal is in my top 5 favorite meals I’ve eaten at restaurants in my travels. Everything here was cooked and prepared perfectly. I wish a restaurant like this was closer to home so I could enjoy it more often!

Where do I even begin! First, 1.5 months before our wedding date, our original wedding venue (an Airbnb) canceled our reservation due to the sale of the property. Obviously, in a panic, my husband and I were desperately searching for a new venue to host our intimate 17-person wedding. When we contacted the Greenbriar Inn, their coordinator, Taylor, was immediately responsive and compassionate about our situation. We went there the next day to see and instantly fell in love with the entire property's vintage, natural, warm, and intimate feel. Taylor is truly heaven-sent, she helped us feel so good about the unexpected change and took us under her wing to help us quickly plan our special day. The day of was everything and more we could have imagined - from the cozy cottage to get ready in and stay the night, to the flexibility around our vendors and helping with a unique setup, to the incredible food and drink, and the unmatched beauty of the property that gave us the most joyful and stunning photos. Our day was magic, and we owe so much to the team at the Greenbriar Inn. We adore you all and will never stop sharing you as a recommendation!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, professionalism, and work to help us create the best day of our lives. -Maycie & Humberto Buniotto

One of the best meals in the area. Food is fantastic, top notch service, they have a garden where they grow 60 items to use in their food entrees. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We have eaten inside, outside, Sunday brunch too.

Wonderful, elegant historic restaurant located in Boulders foothills. Great service by Don. Food was excellent and cocktails were yummy. Happy hour for cocktails starts at 5pm. Many wine pairings that the server can recommend. Outdoor seating available. Cozy, romantic sunroom seating available. Clean restrooms.

My husband and I got married in the presence of our immediate families at Rocky Mountain National Park this past weekend and hosted our post-wedding dinner at The Greenbriar Inn in the Little Room! First, when making reservations for this event, both Taylor and Emma made the process an incredibly easy one and worked with me through phone and email correspondence to create our menu and explain different details. They also helped with wine pairings and gave us different recommendations for appetizers, entrees, and dessert. On the ceremony day, they were very attentive, the service was prompt, and our food was delicious! We plan on hosting a large reception sometime within the next year to celebrate with our friends and family and, we had such an amazing time at The Greenbriar Inn, we just plan on coming right back here! Thank you again for everything!

Nice spot away from the Boulder bustle. Very attentive service. Was there with family for brunch outside. Our food took very long and some items were disappointing: the toasted bagel was cold and borderline stale, small lox portion, the montecristo also cold and dry

Had our wedding here on June 3. We got comments from all the guests that the food was they best they had ever had at a wedding! The staff - Emma, Taylor, Valerie - and the rest I can’t all name here - phenomenal. I won’t get married again, but if I did, it would be here 😂

Let me say that when you just pull up does not look impressive. However the setup inside and the atmosphere is really great. The food is delicious and they have a great wine cellar with any wine you can think of!(I could not believe it if I didn't saw it with my own eyes!) Of course the prices are high and everything is extra but your in a high end restaurant that has its own garden of vegetables, etc. Me and my wife thoroughly enjoy our anniversary dinner! She got the Grilled Colorado Filet of Beef marinated and cooked perfectly and I got the Beef Wellington which it was also very good. ENJOY!

The GreenBriar has always been our special occasion restaurant. It is an historic treasure of Boulder County and provides fine dining in a beautiful setting. My entire table enjoyed the oysters on the half shell very much. I had the veggie omelet today and I was extremely happy with my meal. They accommodated our wishes to have a table in a smaller separate room due to one of my dining companions being a hard of hearing. The owner, Phil and his son Ryan have put their hearts and souls into this place since they purchased it in the 90s. Original wood ceilings, the fireplaces, a few different smaller rooms for parties or special requests, an extensive and wonderful wine list and amazing food. Always make reservations. Make reservations weeks or even months ahead of time for Valentine's Day or Mother's Day or any other such occasion. The owner, the staff, and the chefs all take great pride in their work and the happiness of their customers. Myself and my dining companions had special requests and menu alterations that were met with complete accommodation and friendliness. They have a gorgeous patio for when the weather is lovely. Thank you Ryan for your excellent service today as I know my table was high maintenance! You handled everything with such professionalism, warmth and humor.

Absolutely love The Greenbriar Inn! I had my wedding there last month and everything was wonderful! The scenery, the food, the service! Amazing! Special thanks to Emma and Taylor! I truly appreciate everything you both did for me! Cody and I are already talking about making a reservation for dinner soon!

Dropped in for dinner and had a great time with my girlfriend. Staff was super friendly and provided some of the best service I've ever had at any restaurant. They were on top of everything. Great cocktails - particularly recommend the bees knees. Food was excellent - the pan seared scallops were a real star.

We could absolutely never have asked for a better wedding venue. Literally everything from start to finish was perfect. We originally booked the Cabin Lawn, which is a beautiful expanse of the greenest grass you've ever seen amongst the trees, but ended up having our ceremony in front of the water feature on the property after falling in love with that. Emma and Phil offered to set up appetizers afterward in an outdoor courtyard area for our guests to gather while my husband and I finished up photographs. Then, we made our way into the private dining room where we were treated to an amazing selection of food. Most of our guests ordered the Colorado filet--and everyone who did said it was THE BEST steak they'd ever had. We only had 14 people total, so opted for everyone ordering whatever they wanted off the dessert menu--you cannot go wrong with any of the selections from there. We went without any decor for the outdoor wedding because the venue itself is so stunning. The scenery is all you would ever need. The Little Room was the perfect size for our dinner, and we loved the original features of this building from the 1800s still preserved in there. In short, it was the perfect day due in large part to the beautiful and wonderful venue we found in the Greenbriar Inn. We also had the opportunity the day before the wedding to visit with Emma and Phil--they are some of the nicest people you would meet. We worked with Taylor in the months before our big day and she was great and very detail oriented. Lastly, Mike and the rest of the staff working with us that night were awesome. There are truly not enough stars for this venue!

Spectacular! We went on a Sunday in February, when it was fairly slow. Had great food, great service, and a great time. Hostess made a real effort to place us where we would be happy. Servers were efficient and personable. And the food was incredible. We have a Lobster and Crab Bisque, Wild Mushroom Strudel, Bay Salmon and Beef Wellington. All of it was fantastic! Highly recommend! We will definitely go back!

Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Value - 4/5 Food - 4/5 In a few words, the Greenbriar Inn is comfortable and hospitable. A lovely place for a special occasion and when you need an extensive wine list. The staff were attentive and very knowledgeable, particularly regarding the wine menu. For the price, the entrees should be nothing short of excellent but some did fall a little short, though the value of the meal is recovered by the complimentary items - excellent house bread and a very tasty pâté topped with béarnaise.

👍 We wanted Indian and all the other places in the area don't open until 5pm so we gave this place a shot. It is a food truck and there is no seating outside so you have to take it to go or eat in your car (which we did). They were so friendly and welcoming! Very nice people. The prices were the same...
