I’ll
start
with
the
positives.
The
rooms
were
definitely
luxurious
and
spacious
in
comparison
to
other
hotel
rooms
we
stayed
in.
The
bed
was
large
for
European
standards,
though,
as
with
most
European
hotels,
we
only
got
2
small
pillows.
The
balcony
was
huge.
The
negatives:
the
receptionist
lady
was
very
rude
and
annoying.
We
quickly
learned
from
one
of
her
colleagues
that
she’s
like
that
to
everyone,
not
just
hotel
guests.
I’m
not
sure
why
anyone
hired
her;
she’s
terrible,
and
needs
to
go.
We
later
asked
for
extra
towels
since
our
room
had
only
one
large
towel
and
one
robe,
and
she
sighed
loudly
as
if
we
were
inconveniencing
her
and
then
she
proceeded
to
rudely
ask
us
“exactly
what
do
you
want?”
The
restaurant
looked
nice
but
we
never
got
to
eat
there
since
we
were
seated
but
nobody
came
to
take
our
orders
until
it
was
too
late
and
the
kitchen
closed
down.
We
then
had
to
drive
in
the
city
to
buy
groceries
from
a
24/7
store
and
ate
in
the
car.
In
my
opinion,
if
you
seat
your
guests
at
a
hotel,
you
should
serve
them,
not
keep
them
waiting
for
25
minutes,
and
then
tell
them
“too
bad.”
The
room
air
conditioning
was
loud
and
did
nothing
to
cool
the
room.
It’s
also
placed
on
the
floor
next
to
the
windows/under
the
curtains,
which
doesn’t
make
much
sense.
We
had
to
keep
the
door
to
the
balcony
open,
and
consequently
had
bees
show
up
in
our
room.
The
parking
spaces
were
tiny,
and
we
literally
had
to
crawl
into
the
drivers
seat
from
the
passenger
door
to
pull
the
car
out
several
times.
At
least
there
was
covered
parking,
though.
