Good, attractive, but unhealthy street food. Usually it is purchased by snowflakes and tourists on budget. It looks good, the franchise has national coverage (from what I know), but its popularity doesn't make it a good choice for eating out. Not recommended to friends.

Produce was good, but not very warm. The person who was serving was very not carrying that much, I would not say very rude but quite an ignorant behaviour with " rolling her eye" in front of the client for asking for a bag ( after ordering 4 covrigi.

I absolutely loved this place. Try the Nutella one while it’s hot. We went back to get more. The one filled with cheese had raisins inside so it was a bit disappointing. Even Pizza was nice but I strongly recommend you to try pretzel that’s why they’re famous for. I repeat. Try the Nutella one 😍

Hey guys, I am the client you treated like garbage this morning for the only reason that you were not prepared to give me back 3 Ron change on my order. Your comments, your agresive attitude without any other reason at all... I liked the face of the shop employees when in a calm way I have requested back my money. Today's personnel definitively should not be in this business. For the hard working employees, keep up the good work and do not accept shop coordinators or colleagues who are dragging your work down.

It doesnt even deserve a star. 8:20 and still empty. Inside, someone's washing up in the sink, and the counter's empty. Here on google opening hours from 8:00, but on the door from 7:00. I don't understand why it's empty at 8:20 and the clerk doesn't bother with anything.

Pretzels sesame, pretzel caramel, salty or sweets are nice, quick service, card or cash payment, the lines are self explanatory. Just an advise, please add some labels on English for the tourists will be easier to order. Recommended! P.S. Luca bakery on same street maybe is another location of same company :)

Great food, but the girl at the window was very rude and snapped at me because she wanted me to give 2 lei more so she could give 5 lei back as change, and I did not understand her at first. Thank you for making my day even worse than it was.

The food was extremely nice but the service was really really poor, the young lady that served me today 24/08/23 at approx 13:05 was rude, she did not engage with me at all and when I’ve paid she counted the change under the desk not in front of me then threw it on the desk and turned her back - some basic customer service training will help her and please ask her not to swear as customers can hear from outside and there are children too

Amazing pizza and sour cherry strudel.

The first time we went I double checked 'it's cheese?' However received jam so disappointed. Every time after I received what I asked for. Their pastry is super delicious. I miss the shop since I'm not near it anymore 😁
