It makes you walk through the entire store twice to reach the cash register.

Really cheap, its like a long 3 floors hallway you have to walk through, lots of toys. Very roomy. Toilet is only on the entrance, non on the other floors

Jumbo is a well-known toy store but for some reason they decided to turn it into an 'everything you need' kind of a store, combining under one roof toys, school supplies, hardware, computer and electrical accessories, clothes, shoes, supermarket, outdoor and many more. Bottom line is instead of exceling in one or two areas, they fail in multiple areas. Furthermore, they make you go through the entire 2 levels of the store no matter what you want to buy or if you already found what you wanted and just want to get out and pay. An occasion shortcut to the exit is customary in this kind of shops. Jumbo don't have them.

This is a huge store with a large variety of products. Prices are good, but you tend to buy more than you wanted, to.

A wonderful place where you can find many products from children's toys , home and garden supplies to clothes, hygiene products and school supplies. Upon entering, you will be forced to see all the place to be able to exit - Like IKEA

Horrible, horrible store design. You need to walk about 20 minutes in order to be able to exit it... This is wrong. Never experienced this. Products are ok. But we wanted to buy a puzzle at the end, and we decided not to spend 30+ minutes to go fetch it.

I have no bad things with this shop. It is really nice and interesting, But we had unpleasant situation with employees… We had to return the product (it was not used at all, but in open box), because it didn’t fit. As we know from the legislation(rights)of Europe and Romania we have 14 days to return the product (even unpacked). So we went to returning table and when the employe hears that we don’t speak Romanian she started to call someone. Then, this “big boss” came(man from the photo) and started to say to us, that he Doesn’t Believe that it is not fit!!!!! That he will not make return and that in Romania they do not have such low about returning!!! In the same moment Romanian woman came and made the return of underwear and they made return for her without any problems!!!! This man started to acting like he is the main Director of the shop…I said that I want to know his name, because I know my rights and I want to call to consumer protection, he told me “No” and started to ask me my name!!! For 20 min my husband was talking with him. I went to the street. At the end this man came up to me with his phone( it was looking like he wanted to record me) and said: “Ok, I will give you back the money”, it was like he did me a favor!!!! At this moment all I wanted from him just to step back from me! But it is not a favor, it is your job!!! And it is doesn’t meter from Romania I am or from Ukraine!!!! All people have rights. As for me it was looking like racism and exceeding his duties… The Big Boss is on photo….

Loads of stuff,decent prices on most of the products.the only down is the "ikea"style setup,we have to walk about 5000 steps from beginning to the exit

The shop is huge and has many things , we went early morning and was not so crowded, I bought many things for my kitchen, the items are mostly from Greece , the quality is good , bough 2 sets of knives turn out excellent.

Great store, best place to find lots of household items. Not somewhere for groceries, lol. But good prices and they make sure you go through every section to exit. Haha

Jumbo has always been one of our favourite stores to shop because you can find everything and in affordable prices. Since last year that we've been there (Brașov store) the variety of products has increased. A general disadvantage ALL Jumbo stores have, is the "labyrinth" they make us follow. I am guessing is because they want to force customers to pass through and see everything so they buy more. Or because with this way it is not so crowded. I don't know. However I personally find this a minus. The previous shelf arrangement was so much better as you could go to an isle again and again. It was open space and shelves were in line. Now if you know you have already passed through the toys let's say, that were on the beginning and you are almost at the end it's more likely you will skip going that far back. Shopping there before was a more pleasant experience! I hope they will make the shelve arrangement as before!

On google maps it says it closes at 23 and I was there at 21:52 and on the door it says it is closing at 21. So please update your google maps because some people do not have time to go and they rely on google maps programme

Amazing place with lots of stuff around the world,but very,VERY crowded. Took me around 2.5 hours to reach the end of the shop

Unfortunately no english was spoken. I asked for something they had, but said they did not. I spoted though on my exit.....

We were passing through Brașov and some friends insisted to go, as they wanted to get some things... The store is like the commerical they have on Tv...very very bad.Starting with the fact that you have to go through the whole shop to get to the exit or event if you want to get a specific item, to most of the products which are low quality and not worth buying even at the low price the sell them

Such a big place where you can find almost everything😜. You plan to shop for an amount of money and you end up leaving the place buying 3 times more products. Great value for money.

A lot of China made (low prices) items. Some of doubtful quality, some ok. Payment accepted by card. Quite large free parking area. Store impressively clean and organized. Navigating throughout the shop is difficult and rather lengthy, the are no Ikea "shortcuts" in place. Once you enter, you have to complete the whole lap, until you reach the cashier's desk. Beware: In close proximity of cashiers' desk there are a lot of junk/sweets heavily overpriced than a regular store.

A store with "cheap" things, pleasant at first sight but extremely poor quality. The prices are strategic placed, from cheap to expensive. I will not return.

Good shop with a lot of necessary things, but I don't like "being forced" to walk the entire store to get to the exit.

The worst personal, they need lot of training how to work with the costumers, and secind you should not have a store more than half empty opened...disgusting.
