I stayed here for two days, first of all, it is one of the best locations to visit in during summer, a hotel located among the magnificent pine trees on the mountain, one of the rare places where you can have a rest, the hotel rooms are really nicely decorated and very hygienic, the restaurant and food are great and staff are very polite

It's definitely one of the best hotels I've ever seen. The journey you have from the moment you check in, cleanliness from rooms, which such polite and friendly staff, tasty food from restaurants, amazing breakfast, worth to visit and try the experience. Every year, I'm excited to come back.

I loved it. We were here before christmas time. Beatiful buildings, beuatiful inside, we booked a room without balcony, and when ee arrived, they gave a room with balcony. The smells, the spa and the cleaning were perfect. The best part was the jacuzzi outside. Sometimes snowed and we sat on the warm water. Five star, without problem. And the breakfasts wrre very delicious, very good tastes!!!

Definitely one of the best hotels in Poiana Brasov, if not the best. Tastefully furnished rooms, everything is very modern and new, very good quality bedding, impeccable service. The breakfast is at the level of a 5-star hotel: truly spectacular. The SPA part is also at the highest level. It should definitely be the first option when choosing a high class hotel in Poiana Brasov.

Very nice hotel, very elegant and high-end, with good service and good spa facilities. Location is top and the entire set up of the hotel is very mountainous oriented. They offer an entire array of services including ski passes. The prices are high for the rooms especially in the week-end. The breakfast experience is out of this world.

An overall good experience, with more expectations hearing about the exquisite hotel, than we maybe should have had. The kitchen is acceptable, but nothing extraordinary. But you get a complementary bite for free, which is nice. The serving was good at the restaurant, in the bistro you need to stand up, go to the bar and order another drink, as otherwise nobody checks on your mugs and glasses, or asks you if you want to order anything else. Probably the hotel itself is very good, we wouldn’t be able to say that. But we would probably not even try it out as the kitchen and service at the bar did not convince us. As we like to have an overall great experience for our stays.

The best hotel in Poiana Brașov (I stayed in other 5 hotels). Very well located, near the slopes, the wooden church, "Vânătorul" (The Hunter, an excellent meat restaurant), with nice views. Expensive, but this is what happens when there is little competition and the demand is higher than the request. The massive use of wood helps creating a cosy, mountain atmosphere. The restaurant has very good food and wines, but expensive. The service is better than the one delivered by the competitors. Recommended.

Am amazing hotel, always a pleasure to stay here and enjoy their services. The room is spacious, with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The mattress and pillows are heaven, is one of the most comfortable beds I slept in. Breakfast is delicious, a lot of options, always fresh food and fruits, plenty of sweets and pastry, coffee can be improved. It was a pity the jacuzzi was out of order this weekend, but we enjoyed the pool and saunas.

Excelent hotel with great service and super clean rooms. Everything is a superlative regarding this hotel. But be aware that the price is pretty high. Great hotel to stay in Poiana Brasov.

I have spent a Christmas in this hotel and I was disappointed: the restaurant is a joke with poor service and mediocre food. But that is something rather subjective. What makes this hotel one of the worst is the fauna populating the establishment: moldavian and ukrainian racketeers, romanian dubious interlopers, noise little characters etc. I was in the parking lot and a family accidentally dropped a ski helmet without noticing. One of the guests, a romma driving an expensive Suv immediately jumped in and nicked the helmet throwing it in the back trunk of his car. Kind of gives an idea of where these people are coming from. The rooms are OK but when you ask 300€ for one night, it doesn’t bring you 5 stars. And, let’s face it: there is absolutely nothing to do in Poiana if there is no snow. And if there’s snow, you wait two hours to get a ride uphill. Austria and Italy for ski trips: less expensive than this hotel and better venues and slopes

First experience at this hotel. Rooms are nice, but nothing too fancy, i'd say it's a standard room. It doesn't explain the price per night..the service was great, everyone tend to your needs very well. I really enjoyed the restaurant, starting from the very complete breakfast with everything that you would like to eat, to the food that's served at the other meals and the entertainment part (artists that sang live music or a string trio that covered known musical pieces). Prices here are not that expensive, i'd say similar with the ones in the western part of Europe. Last but not least, the spa part it's good (3 saunas, my personal favorite was the wet one infused with eucalyptus oil; a rather small pool, 2 jacuzzi bathtubs outside, and some rooms for massage therapy - better book a massage days before your arrival, because on site it might be already booked). All in all, a nice experience. I'd return there.

The hotel is huge and quite a labyrinth. Service is what you expect for the price. Room was small and you could hear the neighbors speaking. Be prepared to speak in English with the personnel, as most of them are Asian and do not speak Romanian, but they are friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and furniture very nice; the food was very good, the staff very professional and very helpful. Even if they had a lot of employees from South East Asia, they were very good in speaking Romanian and English.

We went to the restaurant and waited over 30 minutes for no one to even look at us. To be mentioned that only about 25% of the restaurant was busy and plenty of waiters. The feeling we were left with was awful and we will not ever be back again. After serving lunch we wanted to rent a room over night, but with such disgusting service, there was no point. Hope you learn how to treat your customers right :) I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Yes the hotel is beautiful but not worth it for their service.

I stayed in the Teleferic Grand Hotel few times already. One of the best hotels I've been to, top-notch superb equipped rooms, staff who go an extra mile and great surroundings. Really looking forward to visiting this place again.

Nice staff. It's just that the kids under 10 are not allowed in the pool without supervision and they're still there with their street shoes... Running and splashing water all over the place... It's not the hotels fault but at least they could tell them to follow the rules and don't disturb the others.

Dear administration, this page shows you supporting with discount people escaping war, when I called and some women told that she knows nothing about it, and told you dont have free rooms even did not tell me the dates I need. We held our wedding reception at the Teleferic Grand hotel several months ago. Iuliana who was our event manager did a great job at coordinating our day and she was very prompt, organised and beyond helpful. The staff was very professional and friendly and the venue was breathtaking, the service was spectacular and our guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve had. The night started and ended perfectly and we were very happy with our experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Poiana Brasov this is the one! You won’t regret it! Mr & Mrs Davey

The hotel is situated in Poiana Brasov, one of the biggest and luxurious mountain resort in Romania. The rooms look amazing and very clean. Quality food and beverages. The surrounding area is beautiful and relaxing. You can hike (up till Cabana Postavaru), go mountain biking or just take long strolls in the area. I recommend it for a vacation or even business travel.

Worst massage ever! I was expecting a relaxing massage, as advertised by the masseuse from Philippine but the masseuse had no massage training whatsoever. I paid for a “frectie” with my shoulders in pain! And the massage prices are very very high compared to the lack of expertise of the masseuse! The hotel is ok with friendly people and good food. It’s a pity that a nice hotel doesn’t have a professional spa team.

Everything was great - the room was very clean and well equipped, position and view are amazing, breakfast is diversified and delicious (baby corner also available). Kids area is also very nice.

Magnificent hotel. Beautiful decoration in the room and in the lobby. Clean room, perfect textiles, fresh and crispy bedding, good choice of pillows, good cosmetics in the bathroom. I love it when everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail. Small note, it would be nice to have a towel dryer in the room. Definitely, this hotel is an aesthetic pleasure! The staff are super nice, some you want to take home with you😀. The breakfast…. is fantastic! One of the best I've had in my life. All high quality. A nice bonus at breakfast is live music. The atmosphere of the celebration of life. I will gladly return again!
