A really nice and cozy place, loved out stay here. It sits in a quiet area of the city, with a nice view of the Tampa. The host was super nice and friendly. The garden is beautiful, you have space to sit and enjoy the cool air and serve breakfast here. Breakfast was part of the stay fee and it was quite good. We got the Omelette and Full Breakfast options. From here, you can get to the AFI mall center in about 15 mins and the old city center in about 30 mins on foot. There are some pets here, but the dogs are kept separately, so it shouldn't be a problem if someone has a problem with them. The location was a bit pricey, but it was overall worth it. You have access to a small kitchenette where you do have a couple appliances which can be used freely.

Incredibly cosy location, really great atmosphere, quietness, the friendliness of the staff (no matter who it is), everything was just right. And on top of that, you have good home made pălincă and wine made by the family who owns the place. How nice is that? A really nice touch, bravo! It's my favorite place in Brașov now!

We booked two different rooms here during our week long stay in Transylvania. The rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable. Particularly, the second room was exceptionally large with a balcony and two bright windows, a king size bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi (spa bath?) and bidet. In the villa there is also a small kitchen available to all customers, fully furbished and free of charge. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, really went above and beyond to provide us excellent service. They served us excellent breakfast both times, adding items not included in the menu at our request. Parking is available on the road in front of the hotel, free of charge. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 30 minutes walk from the city center.

Super experience we had while staying here ! Super hostess (Raluca is the most kind and helpful person that I have met in the hotel business in Romania...), super breakfast, very nice facilities with details that show that all care was taken when preparing this accommodation place. The rooms are really nice. The only recommendation would be to have them maintained a bit. We will definitely be visiting again soon, that is how much we enjoyed our stay !

Lovely place - elegant villa building, close to the city centre and sites in Brasov. The family who own and run it are helpful, friendly and professional. There is an outside area for dining and breakfast, the rooms are comfortable and the food and customer service spectacular. The owners gave us suggestions on local sites and venues. The breakfast is of high quality and the rooms are quiet at night. Amazing time spent here ♥️🙌🏻

One of of the nicest places I had ever stayed in - friendly and very welcoming host, perfectly clean rooms and delicious breakfast in the garden (several options available, even for our really picky kids). Would definitely come back real soon, at least to check the city in winter as well.

Very cute place. Bathroom was cleaner than in 4l-stars hotels. Nice servicing and great location in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Took down a star for a misstep at breakfast. Still, would go back again.

It's not uncommon to find 5* rated accomodations these days so I was glad when I found it, but wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary. This villa however is anything but common. You can really tell that the owners take pride and pleasure in what the do, so that you truly feel welcome. In the winter you are welcomed with mulled wine or tea, you have home brewed wine at supper and they even put a bottle in the fridge aswell. The villa looks exceptional, rooms are quite big and the food is absolutely delicious.

We totally loved our breakfast in the garden. Very good communication and amazing hosts. Ps: ask for the house wine, we enjoyed it very much.

Nice and elegant Villa. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are very clean and is very quiet. There are parking spots in front of the villa. The breakfast is tasty and they have a dinning inside and also outside. We will certain return
