With the new app, shopping in carrefour is way easier than before since you can scan all the products you put in your basket and pay without getting everything out and in again. you can also use boxes to buy vegetables/fruits so you don't have to use plastic bags.

Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience with this shop. Yesterday we bought some fish. After getting home we found that fish is not cleaned. Turned next day to ask them to resolve it and clean it up but they just laughed at me. "It is not my business" said fish keeper, spoke very familiar and refused to do his job. Said that I am liar and it is not his business to clean fish and customers most ask him for. After i inforsed him to do his job he gave me pocked with dirty fish. He just cut it and took some entrails- most of them. Some pieces with blood he left. I don't think ge did anything with scales because there was a lot of. And gills was on their places. We had a bad experience before. Took some firewood and it was inside mold and it was wet as well. 2 times it was happened. So ,dear Carrefour team, congratulations. You will never see me or anyone from my family again and I will never recommend you even for my enemies. I hope you will understand your mistakes and close your business because there is no chance to make it good. You have no capacity to do it. Even in Turkey we didn't like to shopping in Carrefour Market. Price is nor equal to quality. Quality is lower than price. Best wishes.

Low prices with great quality. A huge supermarket. Everything you regarding food. Very spacious and no long waiting in lines for the checkouts.

It's a bit pricy, but ok. They have good deals to compensate for the prices. I did not interact with the personnel since I usually know what I'm searching for, and I'm using the self payment method, but i gues they are friendly and willing to assist. Also, this is the place where I won an Xbox 360 a long time ago during a promotion, so from time to time, there might be such promotions... Keep an eye out for them.

A really big hypermarket. Has a food court, some other stores, but the main focus is the big Carrefour store area.

Unhelpful staff, some products are mis priced and the security rules are beyond stupid. The security company employed by Carrefour Brașov are just a bunch of aggressive gangsters. To be avoided!

You can find everything you need

This place is a kind of commercial center even though it looks like just as a big supermarket. There are many shops. In the grocery you should find everything you need even if you are looking for vegan products. The parking lots are free to use and also there is a toilet inside. Very clean and modern.

Reasonable supermarket with a wide range. Also BIO meat and quality chicken choice. Wide range of wine. Self scan handy. Very disturbing is the loud music starting on the car park with American style rubbish Xmas songs. Leading into the supermarket. Loud (infantile) music seems the norm in public places.

For anything you want to buy there is a very big chance of finding it in here. Moderate prices and a wide range of products. Avoid as much as possible visiting this store the days before major holidays like Easter and Christmas. It gets extremely crowded. Update: 2022 Now it's crowded all the time.

My delivery did not include half of the items. They blamed the Courier for everything. This is not the first time something is missing from an order, but now there are more than four items?!!! You didn’t forget to write off payment for the goods that I ultimately didn’t receive!

Carrefour is most popular markets in europe and Romania.I have a Good experience with them.

Huge queues and we are in a pandemic. Case Numbers rising, but they have only 4 checkouts opened.aaaand they close one of them.... Thank you for your response. Last month i made a written complaint. No answer. 2 weeks ago, i've spoken to the till manager. Yesterday, huge queues, 4tills.. please take action asap.
