A wonderful travel destination. Safe and touristy area.

A must see if you are travelling in this area. You can also do some water cruise and even take the ferry to the other shore. Although many beautiful areas and landscapes are nearby, the local tourism is yet to reach a decent level of organisation.

Best place to visit in this city. It doesn't have a lot of restaurants or other places to buy stuff but it's about the view and nature. If you go when there is an event the thing will be different (more crowded and a lot of stands with food, toys, games etc.).

Amazing view of the Danube. On the right side you can see the old cranes that used to load the ships with goods ready for shipping all over the world. On the pier you can find black swans chilling in the shade of those cruiseships parked next to the old mill of Brăila. Walkin north you have the parking lot and up the hill some good coffee shops and liquor store that have all the Irish brands (no Mc'Gregor 's thank God for that). You can see on a clear day or night the bridge, that is similar to the one in San Francisco, but newer 😎

If you want to see the River Danube, now you have the chance, because Faleza is right on the waterfront of the river. Lots of green, beautiful fountains, benches, and you can feel the scent of the Danube. Right on the shore there are friendly small restaurants which offer drinks and food. There's also a small private marina. You would love the peaceful moments spent there.
