The place is very elegant inside. The terrace is large, but nothing special, concrete pavement and tables. The playground is great for kids. The menu is diverse, good options. The prices are quite high and food did not match. The rollover salad with beef rolls filled with gorgonzola, pomegranate and raddichio is quite good, ok at 32. The lamb cutlets were disappointing. The meat hard to eat and no spices as advertised oriental dish, there were 2 seeds of pomegranate, 3 small dollops of hummus, 1 handful of tired tabbouleh and same for baby spinach raw leaves. 3 commercial tortilla chips and some commercial fried onion. Definetely not good enough for 60 lei, also not consistent. Drinks also pricey, both beer and lemonade (lemonade 15 ron, plain one and flavoured ones). The service was slow, uncaring and the waiter did not wear a mask. Would not return.

This lunch at Carol restaurant in Braila was almost a fine dining experience. Everything was so nice, the atmosphere was relaxing, serving was impeccable and the food was great. We tasted the turkish menu, chosing lentil soup and some appetizers ( spicy zacusca, hummus and eggplant salad). All of them were great. I recommend this restaurant for a perfect experience in the city of Braila.

Nice , climatic place . Service ok , tasty food but the portion could be little bigger . Prices are higher but adequate to place .

Probably one of the nicest places in the city. During summer mosquitos might come in packs after 9 PM. Good selection of food and drinks, although they could do better on the beers.

We enjoyed the time spent in this restaurant: prompt and friendly staff, good looking place, and lively atmosphere. We enjoyed the options on their Turkish menu, and recommend their Ali Nazik and Cuptor Beyti. For most dishes, their prices are reasonable but you can also find more expensive options.

A very nice location in the city center, the building has been carefully refurbished; it includes a restaurant, ballroom and cellar. The food and services were very good. Recommended.

I had a wonderful afternoon at this restaurant. There’s a nice well maintained playground that my kids loved. The food and service were of good standards. The rest of the location and the outside terrace are nicely furnished and arranged. This is an above average establishment for the area and I highly recommend it.

Great serving and cool place with tasty food. Their pizza Carol is a good choice, the barbeque sauce base is delicious. Also the beef is cooked amazingly well, a lot of flavour and great sauces to acompany it.

We had a very pleasant dinner in this location. Fair price over quality and services. One of the few restaurants in Braila or Galati, that I would recommend for family dinners. We have been here last year, same impressions, good work!

A great culinary experience in the center of Brăila city, in a location that keeps it's historical exterior and furniture, yet has a really modern vibe and feel. A very courteous staff, ready to make sure the wants and needs of their guests are met. Good pricing for the food and drinks, you need to keep in mind that the location is great and it implies a certain price range.
