If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. First and foremost, the secretarial staff is terrible. One of them in particular, the more senior one, is always on the phone making personal calls. When a patient calls the office, the secretaries put the phone call on speaker which should not be happening because they need to respect the privacy of their patients. Furthermore, when performing blood work, they never wear gloves and they don’t sanitize the chair you sit on. Even during Covid I have personally seen the senior secretary take off her mask to sneeze and then put it back on. Outrageous! The secretaries are rude, don’t listen to patients and are simply there to collect a pay check. They have no compassion for their patients. Most times they don’t even answer the phone and when they do, they speak so unprofessionally. Now, Dr. Singh… he’s the only good thing about Medical Care Center. He gives his patients his undivided attention, listens to them and is always willing to answer their questions. A doctor like him is hard to find. Unfortunately the secretaries and other staff at the centre suck!

2 STAR IS FOR RECEPTIONISTS NOT FOR DOCTOR. Dr Ahmed khan is a great doctor and he is very professional but receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. They lack manners and don’t realized they are at work, not at home. Every visit there gets ruined due to unethical receptionists but I would still go there just because of my doctor. He has been great since the day one. He treat patients very good and listens to them and try to identify the problem.

Today my wife & son had an appointment for annual checkup.My son was crying and the doctor ( Farhana ) didn’t do the check for both of them.she didn’t even wait for 5 minutes to get my son to calm down.she just left & said that to get another appointment for some other day.This is so UNPROFESSIONAL. Doctors should attend the patient’s with smile. I will complaint Definitely to CPSO.

Female Dr. is so rude and mannerless, she has accepted so many patients over her capacity and now can not manage. She doesn't event explain you your problem. Most pathetic dr I have ever encountered. And top of that the staff is too unprofessional.They give the appointment for same time to multiple patients and then your turn come as walkin. Expect 1-2 hour wait time in each visit. No complaint about male doctors. They are nice and professional.

This clinic even doesn't deserve 1 star actually it's 0 star. They don't care about patients time. Either you have appointment or not they will say to wait for 10 minutes and these 10 mins might be 2 hours (min 45 mins for sure). I experienced this thing every time. Receptionist are so rude. Instead of greetings their response is ever rude.

This review is not intended towards the amazing doctors but the receptionists who work there. My family and I have been going to this clinic for years, one of the receptionists who works during the evening is extremely unprofessional as I was waiting in the lab to get my shot and although there were barely any people in the clinic, she was taking her time talking about her personal life to the other receptionist. She even got a call at one point and put the caller on hold to continue her conversation. When she gave me my shot, she was rushing through it and it hurt really bad, whereas when the receptionist with the headscarf does it, she really takes her time and does it really gently, I really like her and I always hope to get it done by her. Moreover, the other receptionist also has made some calls to my home telling us we have an appointment but when we go, we are told we don't have any appointments. I understand if she did it once as a mistake but this has happened twice. The clinic is far from our home so we have to drive quite far. Really unacceptable behavior.

Doctors are amazing however all the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. They will treat you horrible and I would just recommend to go find another family doctors office and I guarantee that you will not enjoy your experience here. The receptionists need to be taught a lesson and or deserve to be fired.

Dr. Farhana at this clinic is my Mother's family Doctor. The way this doctor talks, my mom gets really nervous, anxious and scared to see this Doctor. She should not be able to practice anymore. Her license needs to be revoked. On the other hand, her husband Dr. Ahmed khan is extremely nice. Most of my family switched from Farhana to Ahmed because everyone was mistreated by her.

Please do not open clinics or offer services to the public when you have no manners, compassion or ability to provide customer service. This place should be shut down- experienced racism, aggressive behaviour and disrespect for bringing my child in. Please do your research before taking your kids anywhere. Giving it a one star because it will not allow me to give 0.

So bloody unpleasant and unprofessional staff....trying to reach them since one week to get hold of my and my wives medical records. We live around 70 kms away from brampton, but these guys are not responding at all

Love.. Love.. Love...Dr. Jaskaran Singh, hate is a very strong expression but hate everyone else. They never pick up the phone. Even if the office is completely empty they will just ignore the calls, and when they finally decide to pick up the phone they will say HELLO as if they are at a verge of killing me for calling them.

This is the worst clinic ever. I came here for a check up for pain I was having and was not allowed to visit any other doctors because he refused to serve patients whose family doctor was his wife. I was told to come back at a different time when my family doctor was in but it was a time I could not come back. This is the most stupid interaction i’ve had with the front desk ladies and will be changing my doctor for good. Please save yourself the time and do not come here

Dr farhana very rude and mannerless . She dont knw how to speak with patients. She dont make u comfortable. Very bad behaviour with me and my husband . She just wanna say her talk , dont listen to us. Very dominating. Never go there. Very poor medical care centre. She is saying everything on ur face . We are sitting there and listening to her, she just stand and said u can leave . U just wasted my so much precious time. The time, she wasted of ourself is not in the counting . Very disgusting.

This place is ungracious front desk staff is very rude and uncivil, dr. behaviour is very unprofessional. They don’t listen what customer need, lack of manners and way of talk with customers is very impolite. I asked for medical test results report Dr. Farhana said you have to pay for that if you need print out and we cannot email you the results. All communication is verbal did not show the reports and start my treatment. All staff have no manners and respect towards the patient which is key responsibility of nursing care. Do not recommend the place please find someone else they don’t care about the patient, very rude and disrespectful place I have ever seen.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The clinic is labeled as a Medical Care Centre AND "Walk-in Clinic." I needed to see a doctor for a stomach flu, and was turned down by the receptionists because "they don't take walk-ins." I came at 9am when they opened... so why advertise as walk in when you don't take walk ins? I was struggling to get myself into the clinic, only to be turned down. Don't label as walk in clinic if you don't take walk ins.

I came to Dr. khan in 2020 for workplace injuries. He didnt take me seriously and i got more hurt. he refused to order any tests to see why i have pain even after 4 years of seeing him many times. He takes good care of my parents though. This unfair treatment has made me feel depressed and untrustworthy of him.

I hope staff members from that Medical Centre look these reviews and improve. I always feel that staff at reception desk need to go through Customer Service training. I agree Dr. Singh spends more time with patients then other doctors at this facility. If you have choice then try other clinics.

Rude, arrogant and above all uncaring and the sad part is this is a healthcare facility. I really want to bring this to the notice of Medical council of Ontario to look into this facility. What this clinic cares about is billing and making money which is not bad as long as they treat patients fairly, give them time and listen patiently .

Front desk is the face of every brand/business and front desk receptionists have failed in their primary role which is to Deal with patients respectfully and dignity. You speak with them personally or talk over the phone, all ladies are at their best at rudeness. Even if you try to convince them to speak nicely, they get ruder (personal experience). Wish management reads our feedback and send them off for some training. Basic training, just to behave and speak nicely.

I have been to the medical center a few times, wait times for walk-ins have been not long on weekdays but Saturdays early hours usually even with appointments may lead to wait times, especially fasting blood check up might not be a good idea to schedule for saturday mornings... again my experience! Dr Jaskaran is very knowledgeable, great listener and answers all questions very patiently, never felt rushed and found his prescriptions very effective. At times during weekends or peak hours, i feel the appointments could be better handled. But overall staff is friendly, listens to your inquiries, answers calls.. which i felt matters as in some places they dont answer calls or follow up.

Front staff is very unprofessional and rude. They are arrogant and just want to talk amongst themselves - instead of being helpful to the patients. Even over the phone they are useless - if asked to repeat anything, they start speaking in a very rude tone, to emphasize their irritation. They also rarely answer the phone in the first try. The office itself smells bad when you walk in. Dr Farhana Is usually always in a hurry, but tries to make a connection with the patient.

Would never recommend Dr Farhana, she just tries to get rid of the patient as fast as she can and won’t listen to the concerns at all. Definitely would recommend Dr. Singh.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. The secretaries draw blood and I have never seen them wear gloves/use sanitizer. Dr Ahmed and Dr Singh are good doctors, they will listen. Dr Farhana does not listen to her patients AT ALL, gets annoyed very easily especially if you want to discuss more then one thing with her, i am not waiting for 1-2 hours to discuss one thing, she is rude. Would not recommend anyone going there ever.

Unprofessional staff. There are two doctors in this office, husband and wife. Husband is polite and listens. The wife is abrupt, rude and doesn't spend much time listening. They get mad if you don't fill the prescription from the pharmacy inside the doctor's office,probably have some deal cut with the pharmacist there. They don't clean the rooms after it's been used. Horrible front desk, never smile and straight up rude, especially the short chubby lady.

They don't wear gloves while drawing blood from patients.They don’t use hand hygiene before and after drawing blood. This is really concerning. The place is a mess. Reception has no clue what they are doing and are often rude. Unhygienic Place and stinks all the time. Overcrowded, unhygienic cramped and dull place. Dr Ahmad is a very good Doctor.

I have Dr. Jaskaran Singh as my family doctor. He is very nice and energetic. I don’t know about the other doctors. Staff is fine for me but it can take a while sometimes.

If you're there for your appointment (or even as walk-in).. they won't talk to you about your 2nd thing. One visit, discuss only one thing. For 2nd thing, come again so that they can claim your another visit. And Dr's a bit rude towards their patient.

Wish i read these reviews before i came here. The receptionists are absolutely rude, disengaging & miserable. The two receptionists made me stand there for 5 minutes without even acknowledging me. No hello, no eye contact nothing. Seeing how many negative reviews there are you would think they wouldve been fired or at least given some feedback to try and be more friendly. Pathetic service, this establishment should be ashamed of themselves for employing such miserable and unprofessional cretiens.

Charging extra money for no reason and taking payments in cash only and doesn’t give any receipts. Offer services like free consultation for diabetes but later on charges way too much money.

Is there an option of less than 1 star for a review? Very rude and an unprofessional staff. I must particularly point out one of their infamous senior receptionists, Ms. Meenu. Try interacting with her, be it face to face or on the telephone. It would not take long for you to decipher, how arrogant and condescending, she is! The medical clinic itself, feels unhygienic, be it their waiting area, doctor's waiting room or even the washroom. And all of this compounded by "arrogant and non chalant" bunch of staff, around. Average doctors.

Dr Khan is an excellent doctor but the team he's got is a shame really. The front desk does not know how to talk to the patients. I have never seen rude people like these before and place stinks so bad that if you weren't already sick, you'll definitely get sick soon as you step in.

Staff is unprofessional. Visited this location couple of weeks ago. I have alberta health card, valid six months in Ontario. But receptionist refused to accept alberta health card, and asked 50 CAD in cash towards doctor fee.

Dr Farhana is my family dr. But she doesn’t know how to handle the patient!! Specially on Saturday, her clinic is busy with patients, she doesn’t like that and she is being rude with every patient. I went for my physical test and I shared with her that I am having headaches constantly and she replied book another appointment for that, you are here for physical. I visited her another Saturday before she behaved the same way and I thought it’s fine sometimes they are also tired, but today again. Clearly recommend not to go with her.

The worst family Doctor. Dr. Farhana is my family Dr. She had no knowledge about what is going on with her patient. You present with symptoms and she has no idea. She can’t even diagnose the patient. She is incompetent and doesn’t deserve to be Dr. She is rude, negative and has no accountability towards her patient. She needs to go back to school and learn the basics how to be a good physician. I was turned down by the extremely racist receptionist. She said “we don’t take walk-ins”, simply because I wasn’t Indian. I sent my Indian friend in right after me, and she was immediately accepted for a walk-in. Avoid this clinic at all costs, they only serve their own people.

On Monday 20th November 2023 I needed urgent medical attention after my Surgery and living in the Brampton area for 47yrs and couldn,t see my doctor in Toronto ,I walked over to this clinic for which I have done several times in the past ,the reception said to me that this is no longer a walk in clinic and I must have a doctor at this location in order to get medical attention ,I was sadened and devastated by her attitude and no service was given to me.I am a Canadian citizen and my medical rights was so violated by this advertised walk in clinic and also a senior and was just out of hospital and this location is my nearest.I need to know to all who see this what is my option by this refusal..
