Visited Complete Immigration Medical Centre for Canada Immigration medical checkups. It is a very well managed facility with proper appointment slots. People in reception gave a warm welcome and redirected us to the documentation area. After quick documentation and billing , they took us to blood tests, X-ray and doctor checks ups. All of these activities took less than 1 hours for 2 of us and they provided proof for medical checkups. Staffs were very cordial. Overall a great experience.

I had a disappointing experience at the immigration medical examination center. I had to visit this place more than five times, and on two occasions, the staff failed to take a proper x-ray. Even during my scheduled appointment last week, I encountered issues. They eventually took the x-ray, but after a week, I received a call saying my x-ray results were missing. It was frustrating to learn that the person responsible for the x-ray had failed to send it. Moreover, throughout my visits, I found the staff at the x-ray department to be consistently rude. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. It's disheartening to see such a lack of courtesy and competence in a place that should prioritize patient care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall experience for future visitors

people were nice and easy going process. X-ray we had to do at different place however in the same building not a big deal but staff at that place was horrible. Lady was processing my request for X-ray and while I was waiting, they took 3 people came after me so I just asked her about the status of my paperwork and her answer was very rude. "we have lots of request and we are processing" That's fine but you should process all request in sequence.

Though I met quite a number of people who also came for medicals and were there before me, the process wasn't stressful. The staff were courteous and dutiful ,especially the one that helped in printing out few documents that were still in my phone . They also responded to questions with ease as I had a little challenge catching up with what got to me as their" fast paced speech delivery " lol, that wasn't a fault of theirs though, but was as a result of my background. Good experience all through. Kudos!

Went for my immigration medical exam, the staffs were responsive and quick. The examination was smooth. The only issue I faced was that there were less directions in the building to take you to X-Ray booths, but staffs responded quickly. Overall a smooth experience.

Last week I called on the given number to book an appointment and the person who picked up my call was so rude. She picked up my call and said I’m busy will call you later. Okay! I understand you guys are receiving numbers of calls but being a customer service representative for more than 2 years I know there is a proper way to say the thing. And after some time when she finally called me back she was keep saying whatever they had available slot. And I was like hold on mam! Just listen to me. I’m not available at that time. Just listen to my availability only then let me know if that works for you guys or not. Really! You guys need to work on your listening capabilities.

I was very impressed with the service! I drove my family all the way from Quebec and it took only around 1:30h to have the four of us examined, including the x-rays which were checked before we left to make sure all was fine. I definitely recommend the services from this immigration clinic.
