It's a good 3* hotel but the biggest problem is the lack of reserved parking spots. You can lose up to 1 hour to find a parking spot and this can be really annoying. Attic rooms are problematic because they don't have curtains so you get up early in the morning with the first lights and you can't rest well. Maybe you should consider other options for your stay in Brasov.

Ramona at the reception is friendly and helpful and provides any assistance, even if it is outside the framework of work, such as booking a train via the Internet, which is an honorable interface for hotel services

We stayed here after escaping Ukraine, and we are incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff for going out of their way and supporting us during a difficult time. Not only was the hotel within a beautiful setting and with all the amenities one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the staff also made our stay an absolute delight. We can not thank you enough! We were provided with food (very much needed after five days of traveling) upon our arrival within the early hours, and the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and provided stellar service. I have informed all my friends and family to stay at your hotel should they visit Brasov. And I will be a regular customer when visiting one of Romania's most beautiful cities. Thank you again for all your support, and we will see you again soon.

Friendly staff, great location, spacious rooms.

Lovely hotel in central Brasov, with friendly and helpful staff. We had a room in the roof, which had lots of space and a huge bed. The room had a mini-bar, air-conditioning & electric Velux windows. The hotel was light & airy, with lots of traditional features. Breakfast was included, and there were a number of vegan options. I would give five stars if they had non-dairy (vegan) milk & non-dairy butter/margerine

Good location,nice clean rooms, friendly service. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights and one star off because of quite poor soundproofing in the second floor room facing the aula/reception. 3rd floor room was silent. Had breakfast just one morning at the hotel, there are cafes/restaurants near by.

Well, It's feels like a 4 star hotel at least. The room was so good, so big! Had everything. A minibar, and a HUGE shower. The heating towels work better then the air conditioner ;) all was amazing. The stuff was really friendly. Would recommend to everyone. The only bad side is there is no parking. But if you know how to managed in packed city that's okay you can find parking spot somewhere close

Very beautiful hotel with a extraordinary staf, delicious food and nice rooms!

Cute, cozy, old fashion hotel (nicely redone), close to the main square. Instead of the full breakfast you can just order coffee and croissants in the room!

The room was dissapointig. In 401 the floor was squqie at every step, even in bathroom. One of the cabinet had broken doors. The TV was very small. Breakfeast and the personal from kitchen was wonderful. The lobby hall from reception is quite unique.

The pictures of the rooms look a bit cozier than they really are, and the breakfast isn't great (not a lot of options), but everything is super clean, the bathroom is well stocked and the location is amazing.

We stayed two nights. Old fashion building but clean. Our mistake was that we booked attic room and we hit the roof with our heads more than once 😅 Very good location were you have everything you need. Close to Tampa too.

Excellent hotel, good location, nice staff, clean, tidy.

We booked a room at Residence Hirscher and afterwards we received an email saying that breakfast is served at another location and asking us if we want a parking place. We called at the reception to tell them that we need a parking place and a baby cot. When we arrived at the location we saw a big notice that the place is not safe in case of fire and they did not reserve the parking place that we had asked for, although the baby cot was there. The next morning, we went for breakfast at Hotel Gott. It was very bare, only a few slices of fresh fruit and a small variety of cheese and salami. Could do better for this value for money!

Excellent location minutes away from main square, black church & other attractions. Loads for bars/restaurants nearby. Excellent water pressure. Fridge in the room bottles are 5L each about £0.90 (water and cans of fizzy drinks/coke etc). limited number of hangers in the wardrobe only got 4. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was a surprise but that might be a Romanian thing. Watch the stairs too especially the glass steps down from the top floor. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Very clean and spacious rooms. And also located very close to the main touristic area. But parking there is a nightmare and they won't offer any solutions. Also the service is average. So if you're looking only for a decent clean place to sleep this is a good place given you managed to secure a parking somewhere close by. Anything else beyond that, do not expect much.

An intimate, cozy, old (but nicely redone) building. I got room 401, single. Clean and warm with the old touch as design. The ceiling has wooden beans and there are also wooden plaques on the walls (but not up to the ceiling). I had a nice view of the mountain but there was just one window, in the ceiling (my room was at the 3rd floor, the last one). I had a quiet stay even though the noise from the outside parts of the air conditioners near my window made noise. There was just one small garbage bean in the bathroom. Maybe enough for just one night. You can have breakfast but you must pay for it at the reception. You could eat eggs (boiled or scrambled), cheese, processed meat, hot dogs, ham, salad, some few cereals, jam, honey and some cookies. You could drink coffee, tea or milk. It is sufficient food but I can't say it would be appreciated by those wanting to eat healthy. All in all I liked this place and I would return here.

This is a very beautiful, clean and cozy hotel, located in the heart of Brasov. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I think it is one of the best places to stay in Brasov. Highly recommended if you are traveling as a couple or with family.
