Great service for the price. Good breakfast even though it was the same every day, but there were a lot of options. Not enough parking lots, but we parked on the street and payed with t-park. The building does not have an elevator, so you will have to carry your bags on the stairs, but there are only 2 floors. The hotel is kinda close to the city center by car. The staff is friendly and approachable.

The hotel is placed in a quiet area, on the Long Street, it is beautiful, simple. The problem is that there is no ac so in summer you fell like in an oven and other problem is that people often stay on the balcony and make noise, this also makes dificult tu stay with the window opened if you want some privacy.

I have been accommodated in many places of this range in Brașov, but this is by far the best. Clean and spacious rooms; very comfortable beds, diverse breakfast,the best scrambled eggs. Very welcoming and professional personnel (in all my stays). The location is accessible. I warmly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure trips. I can easily compare it to 4 star hotels.

The service is very good, the food as well, it's in a nice location, in the city close to a lot of things. The only thing that I don't like about it is the room, more precisely the bathroom and the shower that bothered me, but in general it's a nice place

Clean, prompt, welcoming and good air conditioning!! My stay at Long Street was great! The manager and staff were so welcoming and friendly. I needed help with putting a costume together and they helped with that. The shower head broke and the owner was there in a second to fix it. AND the breakfast buffet was delicious as well! Thank you for a nice stay and being so accommodating and wonderful!

I really enjoyed being there. The staff is very nice and caring, the rooms are clean and simple. I appreciate a lot that they are using eco aware things in the bathroom. All we received there is wrapped in paper and is eco friendly. We also had a good breakfast there. Our room did not have air conditioning, but it seemed that at the end of June, there is no need for AC in Brasov, so there was no problem for us. Definitely we'll return!

We arrived at around 22:00 and first impression wasn't good. Radiator was closed and the room was pretty chilly. A group of kids were allowed to play in the parking lot and we found our car scratched. The hotel staff told us and I quote "maybe you hit it somewhere else" (the car was brand new and under 3000 km driven, parked only in our property). Also hotel rulles were not applied to the group of kids and family and when we called the reception they told us "sorry we can't do anything". AVOID THIS PLACE!

I have booked about 20 rooms in 2020. The global coronavirus pandemic has begun and our trip could not happen. The borders were closed. On my offer to rebook rooms for 2021, the hotel representative replied, that closed borders are not his problem and refused. As a result, I lost about 2000 euros. The hotel did not want to return even 400 euros for breakfast.

Rooms are smaller than they look in pictures and there's no AC, overall it's nice but consider the above.

It looks very nice from the outside, the rooms are decent too. However, I have quite a big complaint: it stinks. The bathroom was smelling really bad and right before we went to sleep the room started to smell pretty bad too. Very unpleasant. Was expecting more.

Stopped here for a night, it had everything we needed for a family.... however, the shower leaked like crazy when any was in it. The parking is on the inside courtyard and is tight. The staff was decent, and helpful. There is no restaurants close and we had to Google one. But for one night, not including the shower it was okay.

Very nice place. The view is great, the rooms are very clean and bright and i believe they're also soundproof. The staff was friendly, prices are ok, especially if there's a sale of some sort. Also it's nice that they have private parking. Overall i was very happy with our staying, looking forward for the next time! :)

Long Street hotel is such a beautiful place to stay, it is the best choice I made while traveling in Romania. I visited Brașov many times and tried many hotels, but Long Street is far the best! Great accomodations facilities, tasty breakfast and polite and professional stuff, along with friendly managment, that will make you feel welcome, like you're staying with family! As a professional Tourist Guide and a Tour Leader, I highly recommend Long Street hotel. I was there bringing a group of tourists and it was the best experience in Brașov. Great location, close to the city center. Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms, aboundant and tasty breakfast, impecable organization and managment, and most of all warm and friendly stuff making you feel the most welcome and cared for. I surely will be bringing my groups here again every time. Best recommendations for Long Street!!!
