I had a very good experience staying here. The best services in Poiana Brașov. The rooms are big, in fact are apartments. The pool is cool, although small, but good. Be sure to double check before if it is open or not. The place is very close to the ski track. Sometimes, in the winter, it is too warm inside, too hot, so you have to crack a window, a bit for the night. Usually the air is very dry here, so if you have a nice air humidifier, you'll have the best sleep ever in the nights. In the morning, the food is decent, not an open buffet, but a service at the table.

I totally recomand Denisa! The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean with nice furniture and beautiful view. The breakfast was tasty. The only minus was the sofa... The kids slept on the sofa. Thin and uncomfortable bed mattress. With each movement the sofa also moves...

A pretty nice and quit place to stay and relax. The staff is very welcoming and makes sure everything is to your liking. However, for a long stay, it might get pretty boring since there are not so many activities to do inside the hotel, except for pool, sauna and massage. The pool has a more exotic feeling to it, but you need to be lucky and either be the only one there or with a couple of other people. I think that any more than 6-7 people would not have enough room to swim properly in there.

Nice quiet small hotel, our suite was very big and very nicely furnished, flawlessly clean. The pool and spa area are also very nice and enjoyed a top quality massage. Breakfast was also very nice, prepared and served for each guest (not the usual buffet type). All our needs were catered for, including the food preferences of a rather fussy small child. We will definitely stay here again when in Poiana Brașov

We stayed at Denisa boutique for 7 days ,just after Christmas and over the New Years eve..I honestly couldn't be any happier. We we're a group of 8 adults with 6 kids . The way they treated our little ones,the fact that they understood that kids can get noisy ,made our lives so much easier. From the moment we stepped there they suggested that we should feel as we are home and indeed we felt that. They were very helpful and always with a smile on their faces. Well done to the staff running this place....this place it's outstanding because of you.

I made a booking more than a month ago in Poiana Brasov for one night from 23rd to 24th of April. The hotel confirmed the booking, we even exchanged some emails, so they were perfectly aware that I booked only one night. One month later, I received an email where I was informed that my booking was cancelled. I was told that I have to book minimum 3 nights if I want to stay at that hotel. I find it surprising that they didn't inform me when i made the reservation but one month later when concidence or not the covid restrictions were lifted in Romania. So I can only assume that this is a bad practice of this hotel. The issue that I have now is that they informed me too late and I can't find any available hotels with swimming pools and sauna or if they are, there are more expensive than what I booked before. This was a surprise birthday trip for my husband and now it's all ruined.

Good location, outside parking. Cozy clean rooms with balcony. Very nice and kind staff. Good romanian breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Excellent quality boutique hotel, cleanliness and service beyond expectations! Stayed there on a visit to Poiana Brasov for 3 nights and enjoyed the experience very much. Very clean rooms, furniture and bedding of very good quality and design. Staff is very courteous and happy to attend to every need. The breakfast was included and both food and service by Romeo, the restaurant manager, were impeccable. Romeo makes the best cappucinos and espressos! The hotel in general was very nice it had very nice and cozy rooms and a lovely location members of staff where very welcoming however there was only one member of staff called Marian with long hair and a long white beard who seemed to be very rude and racist to people who weren’t Romanian apart from that one person everything else was great
