Great staff and very friendly. We had an issue with the air conditioner in our room and the staff took care of the problem for us and made sure we were comfortable. We have a two year old and mentioned that we needed a crib at check-in and before we even got up to the room the crib was there. The restaurant staff is great as well, especially Rebecca. Took great care of us and remembered us when we came in for the few nights we were there. Interior of the hotel is modern with a warm feeling. Very swanky. When we come back to Brasov we will be staying here again. Thanks

Hotel is big and modern also very close to the Coresi business hub . Rooms are big , clean , modern ( new furniture and appliances) The bathroom is divided from the rest of the room by a glass wall this can be a good thing for a young couple looking for some sexy fun or a solo business trip looking for the same thing local , there is a curtain that can be pulled over the glass wall if bathroom privacy is needed . The included breakfast is diverse and buffet style however this is expected at the price... If you go here on a business trip and the location is important or if company pays you can't go wrong Would not recommend for holiday travel though.

The hotel is one of the best in the city of Brasov, great location, near to Coresi Shopping center. The rooms are pretty big, the bed is very comfortable and incredibly clean. The breakfast is very tasty with an amazing variety of food.

We had a great time. They served quality food that was tasty and the music was good. A bit to warm in the room I would say( it could have been a little more airy) but very nicely arranged.

Absolutely, recommended place for conferences and business meetings! The hotel, as well as the equipment are brand-new and on a high qualitative level. Not too far from the old town as well, from the city centre of Brasov the location is recommendable. Just across the street, you gonna find the largest shopping mall in town. So everyone can find something to do just in a walking distance from the hotel.

Here's aI recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just outside the city center and adjacent to a huge shopping center that includes restaurants, clothing stores, a cinema, a supermarket, and even a Gymboree for kids. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with friendly staff always greeting us with a smile and offering to help with our luggage. The fact that parking is free was a huge bonus for us as we had rented a car. The road is easily accessible and we were able to get to all the centers of interest in the vicinity of Brasov within half an hour. The breakfast was not extensive but the food was delicious and of high quality. Overall, we felt very pampered during our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Brasov. Highly recommended!

Nice staff. They let me in for early check in at 6am although i offered to pay a half or full night. Comfy rooms and beds. Very new and modern. Just next to massive shopping mall with food options. Otherwise a bit far from things to see

Great hotel, no negative points from my side. We stayed here for 4 nights for a family vacation and it perfectly matched our needs. The breakfast is very diverse, the rooms are very clean, and the personnel extremely polite and professional.

Bad drinks, the manu doesn’t have the ingridients for the cocktails and the waiter doesn’t know what the cocktails contain.

When in Brasov this is the only place I stay the staff are friendly and very attentive. This time I rolled in with a flat tire and maintenance fixed it and show me where to get what I needed. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back and see all my friends
